    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Decreto 68/2012, de 27 de julio, por el que se regula el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), establece en el artículo 15 la competencia para ordenar la inserción de edictos en el BOIB y, en el punto 4 , especifica que las instituciones o entes públicos no mencionados en los tres primeros puntos deben acreditar los órganos y las personas que, de acuerdo con su normativa específica, están facultados para ordenar o solicitar la inserción de textos en el BOIB . Si no hay acreditación específica, debe entenderse que corresponde a quien ejerza la representación del órgano, el ente o institución que emana el texto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por otra parte, de acuerdo con el artículo 27 de los estatutos de la Fundación, la dirección gerencia de la Fundación es la persona competente para desarrollar la política de personal aprobada por el Patronato y, con esta finalidad, seleccionar el personal, suscribir o rescindir los contratos, ejecutar los acuerdos del Patronato en materia de retribuciones, acordar las sanciones, ejercer la dirección superior del personal al servicio de la Fundación y mantener las relaciones con los órganos de representación de personal, además de todas aquellas actuaciones que en esta materia le sean encomendadas, sin perjuicio de las funciones que corresponden al presidente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria de un proceso selectivo para la contratación de cuatro graduados universitarios en ciencias de la salud o áreas relacionadas con el referido campo, con las especificaciones y los requisitos establecidos en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Aprobar las bases de esta convocatoria, que se especifican en el anexo 1,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Ordenar la inserción de la presente Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO I&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Convocatoria del proceso selectivo para la contratación de cuatro graduados universitarios en ciencias de la salud o áreas relacionadas con el referido campo por el proyecto García Palmer 2021, del IdISBa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Fundación tiene encomendadas, entre otras, las funciones de gestionar medios y recursos al servicio de ejecución de programas de investigación clínica, básica y aplicada, el desarrollo tecnológico y la innovación en el campo de la salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El proyecto García Palmer 2021 de la Fundación pretende acercar la investigación biosanitaria a los estudiantes universitarios con la realización de trabajos teóricos y experimentales de introducción a la investigación biosanitaria en un laboratorio de investigación, en cualquiera de las áreas de investigación desarrollada en el IdISBa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 23.2 de la Ley 7/2010, de 21 de julio, del sector público instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, establece los criterios que deben seguir los entes públicos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma en la contratación de personal laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los artículos 17 y 18 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, disponen que se aplicarán los principios de igualdad, mérito, capacidad y publicidad en las contrataciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El apartado segundo B del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 23 de febrero de 2007, de modificación del ámbito de aplicación y de determinación del alcance de control del punto 5 del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de diciembre de 1995, prevé la contabilidad y la rendición de cuentas de las empresas públicas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, en cuanto a la selección de personal de los entes públicos de la Comunidad Autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, y en el ejercicio de las competencias que me atribuye el artículo 28.1 y de los estatutos fundacionales vigentes,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CONVOCO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El proceso selectivo para la contratación de cuatro estudiantes de grado en ciencias de la salud o áreas relacionadas en el referido campo por el proyecto García-Palmer 2021 en el IdISBa, con los requisitos, las características y los criterios de selección:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I. Requisitos de la plaza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Haber estado matriculado en el último curso de un grado universitario en ciencias de la salud o de áreas relacionadas en el referido campo durante el curso académico 2020/2021, (expediente académico y matrícula del último curso).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Tener un expediente académico de grado con nota mínima de 7 (a escala 0-10&lt;sup&gt;1&lt;/sup&gt;)&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Haber sido aceptados por alguno de los posibles grupos receptores. (Anexo III). Sólo se admitirá un documento de aceptación de grupo para candidato. Los grupos de investigación pueden presentar un máximo de dos solicitudes, si bien se limita a una única concesión por grupo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Nivel de conocimientos de lengua catalana: nivel B2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Tener la nacionalidad española, u otra nacionalidad en los casos en que el artículo 57 del Texto refundido del Estatuto básico del empleado público (TREBEP) se permita el acceso al empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Poseer la capacidad funcional para el desarrollo de las tareas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Tener cumplidos dieciséis años y no exceder de la edad máxima de jubilación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• No haber sido separado o separada mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio de ninguna entidad del sector público, los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las comunidades autónomas, ni estar en estado de inhabilitación de manera absoluta o especial para empleos o cargos públicos por resolución judicial . En el caso de ser nacional de otro Estado, no estar en estado de inhabilitación o en situación equivalente, ni haber recibido sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impida, en su Estado y en los mismos términos, el acceso a un empleo pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Formulario de autoevaluación cumplimentado (anexo IV de la convocatoria).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No se valorarán los CV de las personas que no cumplan con los requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II. Funciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Desarrollar trabajos experimentales, estudios y aprendizaje de las distintas metodologías y técnicas en el ámbito de un área de la investigación sanitaria ..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Búsquedas bibliográficas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Lectura crítica de bibliografía científica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Análisis de datos y resultados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Otras actividades o conceptos que considere necesarias y oportunas el responsable del grupo de investigación de la IdisBa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Una vez finalizadas el contrato, y siempre en el mes siguiente a esta fecha, las personas contratadas deberán entregar al Director Científico del IdISBa una memoria donde conste los rasgos más destacables del desarrollo de su trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;III. Presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se pueden presentar las solicitudes en el registro físico de la Fundación Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Islas Baleares (IdISBa), situado en Carretera de Valldemossa, 79 Son Espases, edificio S, 1º piso, o mediante el correo electrónico del Departamento de Recursos humanos (idisba.rrhh@ssib.es.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;El plazo de recepción de solicitudes será de 10 días hábiles desde el día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de la convocatoria.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas aspirantes deberán presentar junto con la solicitud la documentación acreditativa de los requisitos y la documentación acreditativa de los méritos que aleguen en la forma que establecen estas bases. No se podrá valorar ningún mérito que no se haya acreditado con la aportación de la documentación correspondiente dentro del plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IV. Admisión de los aspirantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes y de la documentación relativa a los requisitos para participar en el procedimiento de selección, se publicará una resolución (en la página web del IdISBa) mediante la que se aprueba la lista provisional de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas, con indicación de las causas de exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los aspirantes excluidos u omitidos dispondrán de un plazo de 3 días hábiles, a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la resolución provisional, para subsanar los defectos o adjuntar la documentación que sea preceptiva. En el caso de no enmendar o adjuntar la documentación indicada, se entenderá que desisten en su solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalizado el plazo indicado en el párrafo anterior, se dictará resolución mediante la que se aprobará la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas del proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;V. Reserva a favor de las personas con discapacidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Existe en el IdISBa una reserva del 7% de los puestos de trabajo para personas con discapacidad, de acuerdo con el Real Decreto Ley 5/2015 del TREBEP. Sin embargo, esta plaza no está reservada para este fin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VI. Tribunal calificador&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Dr. Miquel Fiol, director científico del IdISBa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Dr. Daniel H Lopez, gestor científico del IdISBa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Dra. Julia Garcia-Fuster, subdirectora científica del IdISBa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Responsable de Recursos Humanos del IdISBa, en calidad de secretario o secretaria del tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal calificador podrá, previo informe motivado, la convocatoria desierta por la no adecuación de candidatos y candidatas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VII. Resolución de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez finalizado el proceso selectivo, el tribunal calificador elaborará una lista definitiva de todas las personas aspirantes que formen parte del proceso selectivo, por orden de puntuación obtenida. Esta lista será publicada en la web de la Fundación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La contratación de la persona aspirante más idónea se realizará de acuerdo con el orden de prelación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VIII. Modalidad de contratación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contrato de obra y servicio a tiempo parcial (30 horas semanales), con una duración máxima de dos meses comprendidos entre el día 01 de julio a 30 de septiembre de 2,021 sin posibilidad de prórroga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Remuneración: 887,00 euros brutos mensuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IX. Acreditación de los requisitos y méritos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los requisitos y méritos que aleguen los aspirantes se acreditarán mediante la presentación de copia o copia compulsada de la siguiente documentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Experiencia profesional: mediante certificado firmado por la persona responsable de la entidad donde se han presentado los servicios con especificación del tiempo de experiencia en los diferentes ámbitos que se valoran en esta convocatoria. En caso de no ser posible, se debe presentar contrato y vida laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Titulación académica: copia de las dos caras del título, resguardo de pago del título y expediente académico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
