ANTECEDENTES</span></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">1.1. Por acuerdo del Pleno de fecha 3 de diciembre de 2020, se aprobó, junto con el Presupuesto Municipal, la plantilla de este Ayuntamiento para el año 2021, siendo publicadas íntegramente en el BOIB número 7, de 16 de enero de 2021.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">1.2. En la citada Plantilla y, correspondiendo a la Relación de Puestos de trabajo, figuran vacantes y dotadas presupuestariamente varias plazas, la cobertura de las cuales se considera necesaria en el presente ejercicio para el buen funcionamiento de los servicios municipales.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">1.3. Atendido al informe elaborado por el Departamento de Secretaría, de fecha 16 de junio de 2021, el cual contiene entre otras conclusiones:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">«Se informa favorablemente la propuesta de inclusión de diferentes plazas dentro de la OEP de 2021:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">- Por tasa de reposición: 3 plazas.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">- Por tasa de estabilización de personal temporal o mediante la DT 4ª del TREBEP: 1 plaza</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">- Por funcionarización: 3 plazas, mediante la DT 2ª del TREBEP.»</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">1.4. Visto el informe de Intervención en el cual se verifica el cumplimiento de la legalidad y normativa aplicable.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">1.5. Visto el acuerdo conseguido en el seno de las Mesas de Negociación, de los empleados públicos de este Ayuntamiento, de fecha 23 de marzo, 21 y 28 de abril de 2021.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">De acuerdo con el artículo 21.1 g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de bases del régimen local y de acuerdo con las competencias que por ley se me confieren, <strong>RESUELVO:</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>PRIMERO.- </strong>Aprobar la Oferta pública de Ocupación para el año 2021 del Ayuntamiento de Capdepera, de acuerdo con la normativa aplicable y las limitaciones establecidas en el artículo 19 de la Ley 11/2020, de 30 de diciembre, de presupuestos Generales del Estado para el año 2021, que será la siguiente:</span></span></p> <table border="1" style="border:1px solid #000000;
