&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Como no se han presentado reclamaciones durante el término de exposición al público, queda automaticamente elevado a definitivo el Acuerdo de plenario provisional del Ayuntamiento de Alaior sobre la modificación de la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa de utilización privativa de dominio publico, el texto integro del cual se publica en cumplimiento del artículo 17,4 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Lley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Exp. 777/2021&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por utilización privativa de dominio público&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Régimen general de la ocupación del dominio público&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamento legal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 57 y 20.3 apartado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;l&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; del RDL 2/2004, del texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, de conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 15 a 19 de dicho texto legal, se establece la tasa por ocupación del dominio público local, que se regirá por la presente Ordenanza fiscal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ante la Ley 25/2009, de 22 de diciembre (publicada en el BOE de 23 de diciembre), y considerando que el Ayuntamiento puede delimitar claramente el empleo que se puede realizar mediante mesas, sillas, toldos y carpas, sin perjuicio de que otras autorizaciones deberán realizarse mediante el procedimiento de concurrencia competitiva, y considerando que la Ordenanza reguladora incluye normas de funcionamiento del procedimiento de autorizaciones, es por ello que se modifica la Ordenanza fiscal de acuerdo con el siguiente contenido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Considerando la Directiva de servicios del año 2006 y el RD 199/2010, de 26 de febrero, siendo el principio de que la explotación del dominio público además de ser limitada en el tiempo se debe ponderar la amortización de la inversión realizada, se introduce en el artículo quinto el cómputo de los plazos de amortización de tal forma que una vez amortizada la inversión del Ayuntamiento podrá denegar la prórroga de empleo por causas de interés general sin que dé lugar a indemnización de ningún tipo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hecho imponible&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Constituye el hecho imponible de la tasa del empleo la utilización especial o el aprovechamiento económico del dominio público local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3 &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sujeto pasivo &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tendrán la consideración de sujetos pasivos, a los efectos de la tasa regulada por esta ordenanza: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas titulares de la licencia de ocupación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las empresas, entidades o particulares beneficiarios de las ocupaciones o aprovechamientos, aunque se produzcan sin la oportuna autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Gestión&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Las personas o entidades interesadas en los aprovechamientos regulados en esta Ordenanza deberán solicitar previamente la correspondiente autorización de empleo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Una vez concedida la licencia de ocupación, el sujeto pasivo deberá liquidar la tasa de ocupación de dominio público correspondiente al período en curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Las liquidaciones sucesivas de las tasas por aprovechamiento de carácter anual prorrogados expresa o tácitamente se gestionarán mediante padrón o matrícula, y deberá efectuarse el pago dentro del periodo indicado en el correspondiente anuncio de cobro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. La persona interesada podrá presentar declaración de cese de la actividad o solicitud de baja por cese definitivo de la ocupación, cuando lo estime oportuno, la cual tendrá efectos en el padrón del siguiente ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Al comenzar el año el Ayuntamiento prorrogará o no las licencias anuales otorgadas. A tal fin los particulares que no deseen continuar con la explotación del dominio público deberán comunicarlo al Ayuntamiento a lo largo del mes de diciembre del año anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. El Ayuntamiento de Alaior se reserva el derecho de suspender temporal y puntualmente, para la organización de actos públicos, la ocupación de la vía pública, siempre y cuando sea posible, sin derecho a indemnizaciones ni devoluciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. En ningún caso las ocupaciones de dominio público por parte del Ayuntamiento sean de carácter puntual o definitivo darán derecho a indemnización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. El Ayuntamiento se reserva el derecho de vigilar que la ocupación de dominio público se realice adecuadamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9. Corresponde a la persona titular de la ocupación la limpieza del dominio público ocupado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 5&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Gestión mesas y sillas, toldos y carpas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El dominio público podrá ocuparse con terrazas, mesas y sillas o carpas siempre y cunado se trate de un establecimiento de restauración o se autorice con carácter excepcional o temporal por circunstancias debidamente acreditadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. La ocupación de la vía pública con terrazas, mesas y sillas, en los establecimientos de restauración quedará vinculada al informe favorable de la Policía y conforme a los requerimientos en él establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. En ningún caso el nivel de ruido que se produzca en las terrazas podrá superar los límites máximos autorizados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. En el caso de mesas y sillas se tendrá un plazo mínimo de un año de amortización; en el caso de los toldos y carpas, de dos años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 6&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bonificación de los recibos gestionados mediante padrón anual&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se establece una bonificación del 1,5% del importe a favor de los sujetos pasivos que hayan domiciliado sus deudas correspondientes a esta tasa en una entidad financiera, siempre y cuando éste sea abonado en el momento de su presentación al cobro. En caso de falta de abono del recibo domiciliado en el momento de su presentación al cobro, excepto cuando concurran circunstancias de carácter excepcional, ajenas a la voluntad del sujeto pasivo, se perderá el derecho a la bonificación mencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 7&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Devengo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Se devenga la tasa y nace la obligación de contribuir cuando se inicie la ocupación del espacio público o se obtenga autorización para la realización de la actividad, o se presente la declaración responsable de inicio de actividad, si así está previsto, según el tipo de ocupación de que se trate. A estos efectos, se entenderá iniciada dicha actividad en la fecha de la celebración del concurso de adjudicación o de la presentación de la solicitud o declaración responsable de empleo según la documentación necesaria en cada caso para su autorización. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Cuando la ocupación del dominio público haya tenido lugar sin haber obtenido la licencia oportuna, o sin la presentación de la declaración responsable de inicio, la tasa se devengará cuando se ocupe efectivamente el dominio público municipal, independientemente de la iniciación del expediente administrativo que pueda instruirse para autorizar el ejercicio de la actividad o para denegarla, en caso de que no fuera viable su instalación; todo ello, sin perjuicio del expediente sancionador que en su caso proceda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. La obligación de contribuir no se verá afectada por la renuncia o desistimiento del solicitante hasta el inicio de un nuevo periodo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;08.10 Cualquier tipo de empleo que no esté explícitamente prevista en las tarifas, se podrá liquidar por similitud con los aprovechamientos descritos anteriormente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Régimen de declaración e ingreso&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. La tasa por ocupación de la vía pública con materiales de obra exigirá en régimen de autoliquidación cuando los procedimientos se inicien a instancia del sujeto pasivo. A estos efectos, cuando se presente la solicitud que inicie la actuación o el expediente se formalizará también debidamente el impreso de autoliquidación. La persona interesada deberá adjuntar a la solicitud la acreditación de haber efectuado el pago de la tasa, que no se realizará o tramitará hasta que se haya realizado el pago correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. En el caso de licencias ya autorizadas o prorrogadas, que se gestionan por padrón o matrícula, se ingresará en el período que determine el Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. En las utilizaciones privativas y aprovechamientos especiales autorizados por el procedimiento de concurrencia competitiva, se seguirá el procedimiento fijado en los pliegos de condiciones o en el acuerdo de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. En los supuestos distintos del anterior, la tasa será liquidada por la Administración, que la notificará al sujeto pasivo para su pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 10&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Compatibilidad con otras tarifas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La tasa regulada en esta Ordenanza es independiente y compatible con cualquier otra tasa, precio público, impuesto o contribución que con diferente objeto pueda regular o tener regulado el Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 11&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exenciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Se exceptúan del pago de esta tasa las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Con carácter excepcional se podrá autorizar la ocupación del dominio público con mesas de venta a entidades sin ánimo de lucro para financiar proyectos de cooperación o solidaridad, o la propia vida organizativa, por un periodo no superior a 3 días, la cual estará exenta de pagar la tasa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Estarán exentos de pagar la tasa aquellas ferias y mercados organizados por el Ayuntamiento que tengan por finalidad promover la dinamización económica del municipio y que sean declarados de utilidad municipal. A tal efecto, la declaración de utilidad municipal deberá ser acordada por la Junta de Gobierno Local, por delegación del Pleno de la Corporación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Gozarán de una bonificación de hasta el 95% de la tasa las entidades sin ánimo de lucro y directamente relacionadas con el desarrollo de actividades que tengan especial interés o utilidad pública por este Ayuntamiento, previa solicitud de las personas interesadas, y cuando así lo reconozca la Junta de Gobierno. La Junta de Gobierno determinará el porcentaje de bonificación aplicable a cada caso. Los ingresos derivados del aprovechamiento privativo del dominio público deberán revertir en beneficio de la propia entidad sin ánimo de lucro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición adicional primera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Todo lo que no esté previsto en la presente Ordenanza se regirá por el Texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales y la Ley General Tributaria y, en su caso, por el Reglamento de Bienes y Normas Generales de aplicación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición adicional segunda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La ocupación de dominio público se acreditará con la copia de la liquidación efectuada. En otro caso, la autoridad competente cobrará la tasa diaria estipulada anteriormente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición transitoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuota 8.1, 8.3, 8.4, 8.5, 8.6 y 8.8 aplicables de forma excepcional debido a la crisis de la COVID-19&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De forma excepcional y únicamente durante el ejercicio 2021,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de conformidad con las competencias atribuidas en el art. 29.1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;t&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, Municipal y de Régimen Local de las Islas Baleares, debido a la reducción drástica e involuntaria de la actividad económica como consecuencia de los efectos del coronavirus y con el objetivo de contribuir a la reactivación de las empresas, al mantenimiento del tejido comercial y empresarial de Alaior y al impulso de la promoción y dinamización del sector comercial y turístico, la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s cuotas 8.1, 8.3, 8.4, 8.5, 8.6 y 8.8, qu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;edan de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
