font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">La Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión celebrada el 4 de junio de 2021, y en ejercicio de sus competencias, en base a aquello propuesto (conforme a la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas), y el artículo 10.3 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares, y en virtud del Decreto de Presidencia de 3 de julio de 2019, publicado al&nbsp;BOIB&nbsp;número 102, de 25 de julio de 2019, mediante el cual se delegan atribuciones a la Comisión de Gobierno y el resto de atribuciones que le otorga la legislación vigente aprobó, el siguiente acuerdo:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:10.0pt"><strong>“(...)</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:10.0pt"><strong>Primero.-</strong> Aprobar el gasto por un importe de 17.500 euros que irán a cargo de la partida presupuestaria 2021.1.430.48000.01 del presupuesto general del Consell Insular de Formentera del año 2021.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
