&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDIA núm. 2021-0922&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Sr. Juan Víctor Martí Vallés, alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Binissalem, dada mi ausencia del término municipal, del 12 al 15 de junio, ambos incluidos, y visto lo que dispone el artículo 44 y 47 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales de 28 de noviembre de 1986. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;HE RESUELTO: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- DELEGAR la totalidad de las funciones de la Alcaldía al primer teniente de Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento, Sr. FRANCISCO MOYA POL, durante dicho periodo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- COMUNICAR este Decreto al Pleno de la Corporación a la primera sesión que se celebre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- REMITIR este Decreto al BOIB para su publicación, conforme dispone el artículo. 44.2 del mencionado Cuerpo Legal. Binissalem, en la fecha de la firma electrónica. El alcalde, firmado y sellado.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
