text/html es ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:null">(https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/567524)</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>Primera.- Objeto de la Convocatoria</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Esta convocatoria se realiza con el fin de regular la concesión de subvenciones económicas en régimen de concurrencia no competitiva que concederá el Ayuntamiento de Felanitx durante el año 2021 los padres de los alumnos de los centros escolares ubicados en el municipio de Felanitx, para la adquisición de dispositivos digitales, que establezcan los centro en base al sistema que utilicen, para paliar las carencias de los alumnos con menor poder adquisitivo.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Esta subvención, deberá destinarse a la compra de dispositivos digitales para su utilización por alumnos hijos de familias con dificultades económicas.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Esta convocatoria se regirá por lo establecido en las Bases de Ejecución del Presupuesto General de esta Corporación, y en lo no previsto en ésta, se aplicará supletoriamente la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>Segunda.- Destinatarios de la Convocatoria</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Esta convocatoria está dirigida a todos los padres o tutores legales de los alumnos de los centros escolares del término de Felanitx, siempre que los alumnos cumplan las siguientes condiciones:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">a) Recibir enseñanzas de los ciclos: tercero, quinto y sexto de primaria o primero y segundo de ESO.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">b) Formar parte de un Plan Estratégico / plan de digitalización del colegio en el que se contemple el uso exterior de los dispositivos digitales.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">No podrán obtener la condición de beneficiarios de las subvenciones, las personas o entidades que se encuentren en cualquiera de las situaciones que se indican en el artículo 13 Ley 38/2003. En particular hay que destacar el hecho de no encontrarse al corriente de pago de las deudas con el Ayuntamiento y del pago de las obligaciones derivadas del reintegro de subvenciones.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>Tercera.- Dotación presupuestaria.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">El crédito asignado a la presente convocatoria es de CINCUENTA MIL EUROS (50.000,00 €) con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 2021/0 / 3230.480003 del vigente Presupuesto General.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>Cuarta.- Cuantía de la subvención.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">La cuantía de la subvención se determinará para cada alumno con necesidades, con un import para coadyuvar en la compra de dispositivos digitales de 150,00, euros por alumno.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Tendran derecho a esta subvención los alumnos que cursen 3r, 5º y 6º de primaria o primero y segundo d'ESO, que formen parte de un Plan Estratégico/Plan de digitalización del colegio en el que se contemple el uso exterior de los dispositivos digitales, que esten empadronados en Felanitx y siempre que las rentas obtenidas por los miembros de la unidad familiar en el año 2020 no supere las siguientes cuantías:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Número de miembros de la unidad familiar. font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Por cada menor de 14 años a partir de 3, se incrementará la renta máxima de la unidad familiar en 5.402 euros.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">La renta máxima por unidad familiar se calcula de la siguiente forma:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">1. La renta familiar a efectos de esta ayuda se obtendrá por agregación de las rentas de cada uno de los miembros computables de la familia que obtenga ingresos de cualquier naturaleza, calculadas según se indica en los apartados siguientes, de conformidad con la normativa reguladora del Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas aplicable. A los efectos de esta ayuda se computará el ejercicio 2020.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">2. Para la determinación de la renta de los miembros computables que hayan presentado declaración por el impuesto sobre la renta de las personas físicas, se procederá de la siguiente forma:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">a) Se sumará la base imponible general (casilla 435) con la base imponible del ahorro (casilla 460).</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">b) De este resultado se restará la cuota resultante de la autoliquidación.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">3. Para la determinación de la renta de los demás miembros computables que obtengan ingresos propios y no hayan presentado declaración por el impuesto sobre la renta de las personas físicas se seguirá el procedimiento descrito en la letra a) del apartado 2 y del resultado obtenido se restarán los pagos a cuenta efectuados.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">4. Los ingresos de los miembros de la unidad familiar recibidos para estar a un ERTE o en paro durante el 2021, se deducirán de la renta familiar de 2020, por tanto no computarán a la hora de aplicar la tabla de renta máxima de la unidad familiar, referida a este artículo.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>Quinta.- Procedimiento para la concesión de las subvenciones.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">1.- Criterios objetivos de valoración.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">1.1.- Para la concesión de estas ayudas, siempre que el solicitante cumpla los requisitos exigidos, haya justificado subvenciones anteriores y no esté incurso en ninguna de las causas de exclusión expresamente previstas en esta Convocatoria, se utilizará la siguiente fórmula:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Se subvencionará a razón de 150,00 euros por alumno para la adquisición de un aparato digital.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">2.- Presentación de documentos y tramitación</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">2.1.- Los padres o tutores legales de los alumnos que cumplan con los requisitos de estas bases deberán presentar la solicitud debidamente cumplimentada, de acuerdo con el modelo adjunto como anexo I firmado por el padre y la madre, o tutores legal de el alumno, acompañado de la siguiente documentación:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">a) Presupuesto total y desglosado de los gastos de compra de aparatos digitales o de contratación de datos para su utilización, con indicación de la subvención solicitada. (Anexo II)</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">b) Declaración de responsable de los datos bancarios (Anexo III)</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">c) Declaración de la Renta o en su caso certificado negativo de cada uno de los miembros de la unidad familiar de más de 18 años.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">d) Certificado de la matrícula del curso 2021/2022.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">e) Copia del DNI / NIE de los padres o tutores legales del alumno.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">f) Informe del Centro, donde se haga constar que el alumno forma parte de un Plan Estratégico / Digitalización en el que se contemple el uso exterior de los dispositivos digitales.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">g) En su caso, ingresos percibidos en el 2020 detallando sus conceptos.
