&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Asunto: modificación de la delegación de competencias del Servei d'Atenció Ciutadana y del Servei d'Igualtat i Cooperació mientras dure el permiso de maternidad de la regidora delegada de estos servicios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que, mediante la Resolución de Alcaldia número 82, de 5 de julio de 2019, se aprobó la organización de los servicios administrativos del Ajuntament y de la delegación de competencias a los regidores;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que, mediante Resolución de Alcaldia número 104, de 23 de julio de 2019, se delegó la firma de los mandamientos de pago y de ingreso derivados de la gestión económica municipal con arreglo al presupuesto aprobado;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que, mediante la Resolución de Alcaldia número 107, de 5 de agosto de 2019, se especificó la delegación de la presidencia al Consell Rector del Patronat Municipal de l'Hospital hecha mediante la Resolución de Alcaldia número 82, de 5 de julio de 2019;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que, mediante la Resolución de Alcaldia número 164, de 19 de diciembre de 2019, se modificó la delegación de competencias del Servei de Joventut; del Servei de Festes; y del Servei de Formació i Ocupació;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que, mediante la Resolución de Alcaldia número 26, de 27 de febrero de 2020, se modificó la delegación de competencias del Servei d'Atenció Ciutadana; del Servei de Transparència i Política Comunicativa; del Servei de Mobilitat; y del Servei d'Igualtat i Cooperació;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que, mediante la Resolución de Alcaldia número 67, de 15 de abril de 2020, se dejó sin efecto la Resolución de Alcaldia número 164, de 19 de diciembre de 2019;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que, mediante la Resolución de Alcaldia número 76, de 18 de mayo de 2020, se modificó la delegación de las competencias de los Serveis Educatius del Àrea Socioeducativa i de Dinamització Econòmica; y se modificó la delegación de la presidencia del Consell Rector del Patronat Municipal d'Escoles Infantils;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto que ahora se hace necesaria una modificación de la delegación de competencias de los servicios delegados en la regidora señora Carla Gener Marquès mientras se encuentre de permiso por maternidad;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que los servicios afectados son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;DEL ÀREA D'ORGANITZACIÓ I SEGURETAT CIUTADANA:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SERVEI D'ATENCIÓ CIUTADANA&lt;/strong&gt; (este servicio incluye: OAC, Inspección, Servicio de Defensa del Ciudadano, Consumo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;DEL ÀREA SOCIOEDUCATIVA I DE DINAMITZACIÓ ECONÒMICA&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SERVEI D'IGUALTAT I COOPERACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo lo expuesto,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO:&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar la delegación de competencias del Servei d'Atenció Ciutadana y del Servei d'Igualtat i Cooperació a partir de día 1 de junio de 2021; y mientras dure el permiso de maternidad de la regidora señora Carla Gener Marquès, en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;DEL ÀREA D'ORGANITZACIÓ I SEGURETAT CIUTADANA:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SERVEI D'ATENCIÓ CIUTADANA&lt;/strong&gt; (este servicio incluye: OAC, Inspección, Servicio de Defensa del Ciudadano, Consumo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al regidor señor SERGIO SERVERA MORENO, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros en temas de ATENCIÓN CIUDADANA (OAC, INSPECCIÓN, SERVICIO DE DEFENSA DEL CIUDADANO, CONSUMO).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;DEL ÀREA SOCIOEDUCATIVA Y DE DINAMITZACIÓ ECONÒMICA&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SERVEI D'IGUALTAT I COOPERACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al regidor señor SERGIO SERVERA MORENO, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a IGUALDAD Y COOPERACIÓN.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO:&lt;/strong&gt; Mandar la publicación de esta resolución al &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;(BOIB), de acuerdo con el artículo 44 del ROF, de la que se dará cuenta en el Ple del Ajuntament en la primera sesión que se celebre.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
