    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo, en la sesión de día 19 de octubre de 2020 (BOIB núm. 148 de 31 de octubre de 2020), aprobó las bases que rigen la concesión de ayudas de minimis para la creación en artes visuales y audiovisuales y la convocatoria correspondiente &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;al&lt;/span&gt; 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cada una de las líneas 1 a 4 disponen de un presupuesto por importe máximo de 10.000 euros, y la línea 5 de un presupuesto por importe máximo de 20.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto el dictamen de la Comisión Evaluadora prevista en el apartado décimo de las bases que rigen la mencionada convocatoria para las líneas 1, 2, 3 y 4, reunida el día 30 de marzo de 2021;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto el dictamen de la Comisión Evaluadora prevista en el apartado décimo de las bases que rigen la mencionada convocatoria para la línea 5, reunida el día 26 de marzo de 2021;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que el señor Andreu Vidal Massanet ha acreditado estar inscrito en el Registro Administrativo de Empresas Cinematográficas y Audiovisuales;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que la solicitud de la señora Rosa Preto Fernández se presentó por error para la línea 3 y se ha tramitado en la línea 5, puesto que el objeto de la solicitud es un documental;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Como titular del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes, en ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas por el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 425/2019, de 10 de julio (BOIB núm. 95 extraordinario de 11 de julio de 2019), en relación con los decretos de Presidencia núm. 421/2019 y núm. 422/2019 de 9 de julio (BOIB núm. 93 extraordinario de 10 de julio de 2019);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista&lt;/span&gt; la propuesta del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consejo ejecutivo, por unanimidad de los siete miembros presentes, la señora Mora Humbert, la señora Salord Ripoll, la señora Torrent Bagur, el señor Pastrana Huguet, el señor Maria Ballester, la señora Gomis Luís y la señora Gómez Estévez, y en votación ordinaria, adopta los acuerdos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El importe total concedido de la línea 1 es de 5.000 € y queda un remanente de 5.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Denegar la ayuda a los siguientes proyectos de investigación artística (línea 1) por los motivos que se indican en cada caso:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra este acuerdo – que no agota la vía administrativa – se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno en el plazo de un mes contado desde el día siguiente al que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas y el artículo 22 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado, si no se notifica la resolución correspondiente, cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses desde su interposición. Contra la desestimación del recurso de alzada por silencio administrativo se podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
