&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Resolución por la que se acuerda la delegación de la presidencia de la Junta de Gobierno Local de día 1 de junio de 2021&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En la muy Leal Ciudad de Felanitx, el alcalde que suscribe, Sr. Jaume Monserrat Vaquer, vengo a dictar la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que el próximo día 1 de junio de 2021, en el ejercicio de mis funciones he de asistir al acto de firma de un convenio en la Sala de Plenos del Consell de Mallorca, y en virtud de lo previsto en el articulo 43.3 del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar en la primera tenienta de alcalde, Sra. Catalina Soler Torres, la presidencia de la sesión de la Junta de Gobierno Local que tendrá lugar día 1 de junio de 2021. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Dar cuenta de esta resolución al Pleno de la corporación, y publicarla en el BOIB, en aplicación del articulo 44 del ROF. El alcalde, Jaume Monserrat Vaquer.- De acuerdo con la función de fe pública prevista en el art.3.2h) del RD128/2018, hago anotar dentro del exp. 1327/2021, la presente Resolución, El secretario, Joan Garcia Cortès.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
