    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por unanimidad de los miembros asistentes, se aprueba la urgencia de este asunto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo de 12 de febrero de 2018, aprobó la modificación de la oferta pública de empleo del Consell Insular de Menorca para el año 2017 (BOIB núm. 25 de 24 de febrero de 2018), acuerdo modificado por el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2018/638 de 30 de julio de 2018 (BOIB núm. 95 de 2 de agosto de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mediante Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2018/638, de fecha 30 de julio de 2018, se aprobaron las Bases generales del concurso oposición para la Oferta Pública de Empleo del Consell Insular de Menorca 2016-2017 (BOIB núm. 95 de fecha 2 de agosto de 2018), acuerdo modificado por el Consejo Ejecutivo de 8 de marzo de 2021 (BOIB núm. 42 de 27 de marzo de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El acceso a la función pública se rige por lo establecido en el Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del estatuto básico del empleado público y por la Ley de Función Pública, por Ley 3/2007, de 22 de febrero, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, y demás normativa de aplicación general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto lo dispuesto en la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas y la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto el informe emitido por la jefa del Servicio de Gestión de Personas de fecha 16 de octubre de 2018;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista la propuesta de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Servicios Generales,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo, por unanimidad y en votación ordinaria, adopta el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar las bases específicas y convocar el proceso de selección de provisión de plazas de la plantilla del Consell Insular de Menorca de fisioterapeuta y Tae (arqueólogo), de conformidad con el contenido de la modificación de las bases generales de la Oferta Pública de Empleo del Consell Insular de Menorca 2017 (BOIB núm. 42 de 27 de marzo de 2021), excepto en el punto 2.1.1., el apartado d), que se regirá por el Reglamento de uso de la lengua catalana en el CIM, y específicas que constan en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt; Ordenar la publicación de las citadas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo que se publica para público conocimiento ya los efectos que correspondan, al tiempo que se hace saber que contra el acuerdo precedente, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer, en el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de este acuerdo, recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular, sin perjuicio de poder utilizar cualquier otro recurso que considere procedente en derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dicho recurso se entenderá desestimado si no se ha notificado la resolución cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses desde su interposición. Contra la desestimación del recurso de alzada por silencio administrativo se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto de las bases específicas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es cubrir dos plazas vacantes de fisioterapeuta del Consell Insular de Menorca de la Oferta pública de 2017. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Se entiende por plazas vacantes, tanto aquellas no cubiertas temporalmente, como las plazas cubiertas temporalmente por funcionarios interinos, laborales temporales o laborales indefinidas no fijas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Las dos plazas que ahora se convocan, corresponden al turno libre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Los temarios específicos que regirán esta convocatoria son los que se establecen en el Anexo I de este documento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Normativa de aplicación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por la modificación de las Bases generales que han de regir los procesos selectivos para cubrir las plazas vacantes de personal funcionario previstas en las ofertas públicas de empleo del Consell Insular de Menorca (BOIB nº 42, de 27 de marzo de 2021 ).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Transparencia y protección de datos personales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;A lo largo del proceso selectivo, se publicará en la web de las oposiciones del Consell Insular de Menorca www.oposicions.cime.es toda la información relacionada con los diferentes aspectos del desarrollo de este proceso. En esta web, el aspirante podrá acceder también a partir de la página oficial del Consell Insular de Menorca: www.cime.es/portal.aspx. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;A través de este portal puede acceder al formulario de inscripción y las instrucciones correspondientes. También se podrá acceder a la instancia para presentar en papel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Aquellas personas que por motivo de violencia de género necesiten proteger su identidad pública, deberán indicar en la solicitud el anonimización de sus datos, presentando en el momento de la inscripción la documentación que establece el artículo 23 de la Ley Orgánica 1/2004, de 28 de diciembre, de Medidas de Protección Integral contra la Violencia de Género, modificada por el Real Decreto-ley 9/2018, de 3 de agosto, de medidas urgentes para el desarrollo del Pacto de Estado contra la violencia de género.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Derechos de examen&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El aspirante podrá abonar los derechos de examen a través de banca electrónica, físicamente a cualquier entidad en la siguiente cuenta bancaria: 20383498916400000712 (Bankia) o bien al Servicio de Atención al Ciudadano de Maó o Ciutadella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si el pago no es a través de banca electrónica, el aspirante deberá adjuntar el resguardo del pago a la inscripción del proceso selectivo. Por ello, el deberá escanear y adjuntar en el campo específicamente destinado a este fin (apartado 5. Documentación).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Otros méritos alegados&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En referencia al apartado quinto del Anexo I de las Bases Generales, en el que se dejaba abierta la valoración de otros méritos alegados con la suma de hasta 1 punto como máximo, no se establecen méritos específicos por lo que este punto se acumulará a los de formación que pasarán a distribuir 8 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Calendario previsto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La primera prueba de oposición está prevista para el mes de octubre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Nombramiento del personal de nuevo ingreso.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los nombramientos del personal seleccionado en estas ofertas públicas, se hará en régimen funcionarial independientemente de que el personal que las pueda ocupar temporalmente estén en ese momento contratados en régimen laboral. Esta funcionarización de plazas tiene su fundamento en la potestad de autoorganización de las administraciones y en el artículo 70.3 del TREBEP establece que las ofertas públicas pueden contener medidas derivadas de la planificación de recursos humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El cese del personal que ocupa temporalmente las plazas de forma interina, temporal o como personal indefinido no fijo, en aplicación del artículo 18 del Acuerdo Marco que rige las relaciones entre el Consell Insular de Menorca y su personal funcionario, se producirá por orden inverso al de la antigüedad en la plaza objeto de las OPO. Hay que decir que se exceptuarán de este orden las plazas que estén cubiertas interina o temporalmente para cubrir situaciones especiales de sus titulares (Comisión de Servicios, Servicios Especiales, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las plazas vacantes de fisioterapeuta, objeto de este concurso oposición son de tipo Funcionario, del Grupo A, subgrupo A2, de acuerdo al artículo 76 de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, independientemente de la tipología originaria de la plaza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Orden de prelación y adjudicación de plazas de los aspirantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La relación de aspirantes que hayan superado la oposición, quedará determinada por la puntuación obtenida en el conjunto de los ejercicios obligatorios y eliminatorios de la oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El orden de prelación final de las personas aspirantes que hayan superado la oposición vendrá determinado por la suma de todos los baremos incluidos en las Bases Generales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Primer caso práctico: el tribunal propondrá un supuesto práctico sobre el que habrá un cuestionario de 25 preguntas con cuatro respuestas alternativas, con una única respuesta correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cada pregunta valdrá un punto. Las preguntas que los aspirantes no hayan contestado o en que hayan marcado más de una respuesta no se tendrán en cuenta, por lo que no restarán puntuación, mientras que las respuestas erróneas se valorarán negativamente. Por cada respuesta errónea se descontará una cuarta parte del valor de una respuesta acertada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

También se podrá acceder a la instancia para presentar en papel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquellas personas que por motivo de violencia de género necesiten proteger su identidad pública, deberán indicar en la solicitud el anonimización de sus datos, presentando en el momento de la inscripción la documentación que establece el artículo 23 de la Ley Orgánica 1/2004, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas de Protección Integral contra la Violencia de Género, modificada por el Real Decreto-ley 9/2018, de 3 de agosto, de medidas urgentes para el desarrollo del Pacto de Estado contra la violencia de género.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Derechos de examen&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El aspirante podrá abonar los derechos de examen a través de banca electrónica, físicamente a cualquier entidad en la siguiente cuenta bancaria: 20383498916400000712 (Bankia) o bien al Servicio de Atención al Ciudadano de Maó o Ciutadella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si el pago no es a través de banca electrónica, el aspirante deberá adjuntar el resguardo del pago a la inscripción del proceso selectivo. Por ello, el deberá escanear y adjuntar en el campo específicamente destinado a este fin (apartado 5. Documentación).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se deberá aportado el permiso de la excavación y certificado o documento acreditativo del nombramiento como director o asistente. En el caso de los controles en obras, se deberá aportar la documentación acreditativa de las obras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Calendario previsto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La primera prueba de oposición está prevista para el mes de octubre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Nombramiento del personal de nuevo ingreso.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los nombramientos del personal seleccionado en estas ofertas públicas, se hará en régimen funcionarial independientemente de que el personal que las pueda ocupar temporalmente estén en ese momento contratados en régimen laboral. Esta funcionarización de plazas tiene su fundamento en la potestad de autoorganización de las administraciones y en el artículo 70.3 del TREBEP establece que las ofertas públicas pueden contener medidas derivadas de la planificación de recursos humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El cese del personal que ocupa temporalmente las plazas de forma interina, temporal o como personal indefinido no fijo, en aplicación del artículo 18 del Acuerdo Marco que rige las relaciones entre el Consell Insular de Menorca y su personal funcionario, se producirá por orden inverso al de la antigüedad en la plaza objeto de las OPO. Hay que decir que se exceptuarán de este orden las plazas que estén cubiertas interina o temporalmente para cubrir situaciones especiales de sus titulares (Comisión de Servicios, Servicios Especiales, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La plaza vacante de tae (arqueólogo), objeto de este concurso oposición son de tipo Funcionario, del Grupo A, subgrupo A1, de acuerdo al artículo 76 de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, independientemente de la tipología originaria de la plaza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Orden de prelación y adjudicación de plazas de los aspirantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La relación de aspirantes que hayan superado la oposición, quedará determinada por la puntuación obtenida en el conjunto de los ejercicios obligatorios y eliminatorios de la oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El orden de prelación final de las personas aspirantes que hayan superado la oposición vendrá determinado por la suma de todos los baremos incluidos en las Bases Generales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Adjudicación de los puestos de trabajo se hará por orden de prelación, atendiendo a las preferencias de las personas seleccionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Número de preguntas y disponibilidad temporal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La distribución de las preguntas de carácter general y de carácter específico debe ser proporcional al número de temas que incluya cada uno de los temarios general y específico. Subgrupo A1: 100 preguntas, con un tiempo de 120 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grupo A. Subgrupo A2: 90 preguntas, con un tiempo de 108 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grupo C. Subgrupo C1: 70 preguntas, con un tiempo de 105 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grupo C. Subgrupo C2: 50 preguntas, con un tiempo de 75 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grupo AP: 30 preguntas, con un tiempo de 60 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Prueba práctica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La prueba práctica tiene un valor de 18 puntos. Para superar esta fase de oposición hace falta una puntuación mínima de 9 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grupo A y C1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La prueba práctica consistirá en la resolución de dos casos prácticos referidos al contenido del temario específico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Primer caso práctico: el tribunal propondrá un supuesto práctico sobre el que habrá un cuestionario de 25 preguntas con cuatro respuestas alternativas, con una única respuesta correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cada pregunta valdrá un punto. Las preguntas que los aspirantes no hayan contestado o en que hayan marcado más de una respuesta no se tendrán en cuenta, por lo que no restarán puntuación, mientras que las respuestas erróneas se valorarán negativamente. Por cada respuesta errónea se descontará una cuarta parte del valor de una respuesta acertada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El resultado del cuestionario se ponderará a un valor de 9 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segundo caso práctico: el tribunal propondrá un supuesto práctico con tres propuestas de resolución alternativas. Hay que indicar la propuesta correcta y razonar en un máximo de una hoja la motivación de la elección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El resultado del cuestionario se ponderará a un valor de 9 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La prueba práctica consistirá en la resolución de dos casos prácticos referidos al contenido del temario específico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Primer caso práctico: el tribunal propondrá un supuesto práctico, sobre el que habrá un cuestionario de 15 preguntas con cuatro respuestas alternativas, con una única respuesta correcta. Cada pregunta valdrá un punto. Las preguntas que los aspirantes no hayan contestado o en que hayan marcado más de una respuesta no se tendrán en cuenta, por lo que no restarán puntuación, mientras que las respuestas erróneas se valorarán negativamente. Por cada respuesta errónea se descontará una cuarta parte del valor de una respuesta acertada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La prueba práctica consistirá en la resolución de dos casos prácticos referidos al contenido del temario específico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Primer caso práctico: el tribunal propondrá un supuesto práctico, sobre el que habrá un cuestionario de 15 preguntas con cuatro respuestas alternativas, con una única respuesta correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segundo caso práctico: el tribunal propondrá un supuesto práctico de informática con 15 preguntas con cuatro respuestas alternativas, con una única respuesta correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En ambos casos prácticos, cada pregunta valdrá un punto. Las preguntas que los aspirantes no hayan contestado o en que hayan marcado más de una respuesta no se tendrán en cuenta, por lo que no restarán puntuación, mientras que las respuestas erróneas se valorarán negativamente. Por cada respuesta errónea se descontará una cuarta parte del valor de una respuesta acertada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El tribunal propondrá un supuesto práctico, sobre el que habrá un cuestionario de 30 preguntas con cuatro respuestas alternativas, con una única respuesta correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tiempo: 60 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11.
