    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El apartado&amp;nbsp;9.3. de la Resolución del&amp;nbsp;Presidente del Fondo de&amp;nbsp;Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) de 18&amp;nbsp;de noviembre&amp;nbsp;de 2020&amp;nbsp;por la&amp;nbsp;que se convocan, subvenciones &amp;nbsp;para dar &amp;nbsp;apoyo &amp;nbsp;a los proyectos piloto y al desarrollo de nuevos productos, prácticas, procesos y tecnologías, correspondientes al año 2020, especifica&amp;nbsp;que la resolución&amp;nbsp;expresa&amp;nbsp;se notificará&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;los interesados mediante&amp;nbsp;su publicación en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;de acuerdo con los&amp;nbsp;términos&amp;nbsp;previstos en el artículo&amp;nbsp;45.2&amp;nbsp;de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1&amp;nbsp;de octubre, del&amp;nbsp;procedimiento administrativo común de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Los expedientes&amp;nbsp;han sido&amp;nbsp;tramitados&amp;nbsp;por el Fondo&amp;nbsp;de Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) en cumplimiento de lo&amp;nbsp;dispuesto en el artículo&amp;nbsp;43&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1&amp;nbsp;de octubre, del&amp;nbsp;procedimiento administrativo común de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresidente&amp;nbsp;en Materia Agraria del FOGAIBA, con fecha 24&amp;nbsp;de mayo&amp;nbsp;de 2021, firmó la siguiente resolución, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.A&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;yudas para &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;proyectos piloto y &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;soporte&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;al desarrollo de nuevos productos, prácticas, procesos y tecnologías&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;para el año 2020.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la citada Resolución, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes terminó el día 21/12&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;/20&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;21&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;y tuvieron entrada en el Registro del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares un total de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;20&amp;nbsp;solicitudes de ayuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han llevado a cabo el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Los interesados relacionados en el Anexo I adjunto o bien han solicitado el desistimiento de la ayuda que les hubiera podido corresponder, o bien no han presentado los documentos requeridos en los plazos correspondientes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;14 &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ley 12/2014, de 16 de diciembre, agraria de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;15. Decreto 65/2007, de 25 de mayo, de constitución, organización y funcionamiento del Organismo Pagador de los gastos del Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Garantía (FEAGA) y del Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Desarrollo Rural (FEADER), en la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares BOIB núm. 082 de 2007; en virtud de la Orden de la Consejera de Agricultura y pesca de 23 de diciembre de 2005, por la que se dispone la asunción de la ejecución de la política de mejora y fomento de los sectores agrario y pesquero por parte del Fondo de garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares, establece en el artículo 1 que el FOGAIBA asume la ejecución de la política de la Consejería de Agricultura y Pesca referente a la aplicación de las medidas de fomento y mejora de los sectores agrario y pesquero , a partir del 1 de enero de 2006.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;16&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;. Ley 3&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;9/2015 de 1 de octubre de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Propuesta de Resolución de Desistimiento&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Considerar desistidas las solicitudes presentadas por los interesados relacionados en el Anexo I, que son un total de 3 expedientes y que comienza con MARIA ADROVER SAN&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;SÓ&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;y termina con COOPERATIVA AGRICOLA SAN&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;T&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;BARTOLOM&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;EU, por los motivos descritos en el mencionado anexo, de la línea de ayudas "Apoyo a proyectos piloto y el desarrollo de nuevos productos, prácticas, procesos y tecnologías".&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.Declarar concluido el procedimiento y proceder al archivo de los expedientes detallados en el Anexo I.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Notificar la resolución a cada uno de los interesados del Anexo I.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
