    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Mediante el presente anuncio se hace público que en fecha 24 de mayo de 2021 se ha emitido la resolución por parte de la alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí sobre la modificación del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones 2021 para incluir dos líneas de ayudas dirigidas al tejido productivo del municipio de Santanyí para minimizar el impacto económico de la crisis sanitaria COVID-19, con el siguiente tenor literal: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modificación del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones 2021 para incluir dos líneas de ayudas dirigidas al tejido productivo del municipio de Santanyí para minimizar el impacto económico de la crisis sanitaria COVID-19&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANTECEDENTES &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De acuerdo con las previsiones del artículo 8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, que obliga a las administraciones que pretendan conceder subvenciones aprobar, previamente, un Plan estratégico, y de acuerdo con el artículo 12 del Real Decreto 887/2006 de 21 de julio que aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley General de subvenciones, el Ayuntamiento de Santanyí aprobó en sesión de pleno ordinaria de 28 de diciembre de 2020, el Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí para el año 2021. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El carácter estimativo del Plan Estratégico y la realidad dinámica de las necesidades del municipio hacen conveniente ajustar las previsiones contenidas y actualizarlas a la nueva situación, introduciendo en su caso las modificaciones e innovaciones correspondientes para dar una adecuada respuesta a esta realidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Organización Mundial de la Salud elevó el 11 de marzo de 2020 la situación de emergencia de salud pública ocasionada por la COVID-19 a pandemia mundial. Como consecuencia, el Gobierno de España mediante el Real Decreto 463/2020, de 14 de marzo de 2020, declaró el estado de alarma en todo el territorio nacional, prorrogado con sucesivas modificaciones hasta el 9 de mayo de 2021. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Toda la normativa derivada de la declaración del estado de alarma ha supuesto un retroceso de la mayoría de sectores económicos, lo que ha provocado una caída del PIB y del empleo en Mallorca sin precedentes. Dadas estas circunstancias, los poderes públicos han determinado que se hace imprescindible ayudar al sector empresarial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En el ámbito estatal las primeras medidas para contener los efectos económicos de la pandemia vinieron de la mano del Real Decreto Ley 8/2020, de 17 de marzo, de medidas urgentes extraordinarias para hacer frente al impacto económico y social de la COVID-19. En la misma línea el Gobierno de España ha iniciado el Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia, al que se refiere el Real Decreto Ley 36/2020, de 30 de diciembre por el que se aprueban medidas urgentes para la modernización de la Administración pública y para la ejecución del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia, y mediante el cual se han de canalizar los fondos europeos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por otra parte, con el fin de apoyar a las empresas y autónomos se han dictado, el Real-Decreto 5/2021, de 12 de marzo, de medidas extraordinarias de apoyo a la solvencia empresarial en respuesta a la pandemia de la COVID-19 y el Real Decreto 6/2021, de 20 de abril para que se adopten medidas complementarias de apoyo a empresas y autónomos afectados por la pandemia de COVID-19. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En el ámbito autonómico, el Consejo de Gobierno aprobó el Decreto ley 4/2020, de 20 de marzo, por el que se establecen medidas urgentes en materia de contratación, convenios, conciertos educativos y subvenciones, servicios sociales, medio ambiente, procedimientos administrativos y presupuestos para hacer frente al impacto económico y social de la COVID-19, el cual junto con la Ley 2/2020, de 15 de octubre, de medidas urgentes y extraordinarias para el impulso de la actividad económica y la simplificación administrativa en el ámbito de las administraciones públicas de las Islas Baleares para paliar los efectos de la crisis ocasionada por la COVID-19 establecen medidas de rango legal de simplificación administrativa y de fomento de la actividad económica y laboral, para aclarar y simplificar las obligaciones que la normativa vigente impone a las administraciones públicas de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La lucha contra los efectos de la pandemia ha puesto de relieve una intensa actividad de las administraciones públicas para contener y mitigar sus efectos, tanto es así, que ante la situación excepcional y el espacio normativo desarrollado, por resolución de la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí de fecha 17 de noviembre de 2020, se aprobaron las bases y la convocatoria de concesión de ayudas extraordinarias al tejido productivo del municipio de Santanyí para minimizar el impacto económico de la crisis sanitaria COVID-19, las que fueron publicadas en el BOIB núm.200, de 26 de noviembre de 2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Gobierno de España y de las Islas Baleares han mantenido las restricciones para continuar conteniendo la actual crisis sanitaria. En virtud de ello, se considera necesario seguir apoyando el tejido productivo de Santanyí mediante nuevas líneas de ayudas directas. A tal fin el Consejo de Mallorca, el Gobierno de las Islas Baleares y este Ayuntamiento han acordado promover una línea de ayudas cofinanciada por las tres administraciones dirigidas a aquellos sectores económicos especialmente afectados por la reducción drástica de la actividad económica del municipio como consecuencia de las restricciones aprobadas por el Gobierno en 2020 y 2021. Financiación derivada de la solicitud de la subvención para los ayuntamientos para paliar las consecuencias de las restricciones para la COVID-19 en los sectores económicos del Consejo de Mallorca y del convenio de colaboración entre la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares y el Ayuntamiento de Santanyí para conceder de ayudas dirigidas a paliar las consecuencias de las restricciones motivadas por la crisis sanitaria de la COVID-19 en los sectores económicos. El Ayuntamiento se compromete, con la recepción de estos fondos mixtos, a convocar y publicar en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, antes del día 31 de julio de 2021, una o varias convocatorias de subvenciones dirigidas a los sectores económicos afectados por las restricciones aprobadas por el Gobierno Balear en 2021 o que sean especialmente afectados por la pandemia del COVID-19 destinadas a paliar su situación económica y garantizar su sostenimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por otra parte, en vista de las diferentes convocatorias de ayudas aprobadas tanto a nivel local como autonómico, este Ayuntamiento considera necesario atender una parte del tejido productivo especialmente desatendida. Concretamente a aquellos que emprendieron un negocio en el municipio de Santanyí en los meses previos al inicio de la crisis sanitaria provocada por la COVID-19, así como aquellos que han iniciado su proyecto con posterioridad. Sin duda esta parte del tejido productivo también se ha visto afectada por los daños económicos que se han experimentado debido a la reducción drástica de la actividad económica del municipio como consecuencia de las restricciones aprobadas por el Gobierno en 2020 y 2021 debido de la actual crisis sanitaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En este sentido, el 24 de mayo de 2021 el titular de la Regiduría de Servicios Sociales, Inmigración, Consejos de la Infancia y la Adolescencia, Participación Ciudadana, Comercio, Industria y Movilidad de este Ayuntamiento propone adoptar la modificación del Plan Estratégico en la dirección de introducir dos nuevas líneas de ayudas que tienen como objetivo paliar las consecuencias de esta situación y mejorar la solvencia financiera con una inyección de liquidez a los diferentes agentes que forman el tejido productivo local en los siguientes términos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Modificar el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí para el ejercicio 2021 para incluir dos nuevas líneas de subvenciones dirigidas al tejido productivo del municipio de Santanyí para minimizar el impacto económico de la crisis sanitaria COVID-19 que tendría el siguiente contenido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;LÍNEA 1: AYUDAS A NUEVOS EMPRENDEDORES DEL MUNICIPIO DE SANTANYÍ PARA MINIMIZAR EL IMPACTO ECONÓMICO DE LA CRISIS SANITARIA COVID-19&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Actividades subvencionables: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En esta&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;área&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;serán subvencionables&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;parte de los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;daños&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;económicos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;derivados&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;de la crisis&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;sanitaria&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;provocada&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;por la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;COVID-19. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Efectos que se pretenden conseguir: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Esta&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;subvención, dirigida a&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;aquellos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;que emprendieron&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;un negocio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;en el&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;municipio de Santanyí&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;en los meses&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;previos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;al inicio de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;la crisis&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;sanitaria&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;provocada&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;por la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;COVID-19,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;así&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;como&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;aquellos que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;han&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;iniciado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;su proyecto con&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;posterioridad,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;persigue&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;compensar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;la medida de lo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;posible los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;daños&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;económicos que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;han&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;experimentado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;debido a la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;reducción&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;drástica&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;de la actividad económica&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;del municipio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;como consecuencia&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;de las restricciones&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;aprobadas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;por el Gobierno&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2020 y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2021&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;debido a&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;la actual crisis&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;sanitaria.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por lo tanto,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;se espera que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;estas ayudas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;permitan que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;éstos puedan&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;mantener su&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;actividad y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;consolidar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;su proyecto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;en el&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;municipio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp;Fondos de financiación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e)&amp;nbsp;Plazo ejecución: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se persigue compensar en la medida de lo posible los daños económicos que han experimentado los beneficiarios debido a la reducción drástica de la actividad económica del municipio como consecuencia de las diferentes restricciones que han ido aprobando el Gobierno de España y el Gobierno de las Islas Baleares a partir del 14 de marzo de 2020 debido a la actual crisis sanitaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f)&amp;nbsp;Beneficiarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Pueden tener la condición de beneficiarios las personas físicas o jurídicas que emprendieron un negocio en el municipio de Santanyí en los meses previos al inicio de la crisis sanitaria provocada por la COVID-19, así como aquellos que han iniciado su proyecto con posterioridad que formen parte de alguno de los siguientes grupos y cumplan los requisitos para ser beneficiario establecidos en las bases de la convocatoria: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Entidades privadas con personalidad jurídica, cualquiera que sea la actividad empresarial que desarrollen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Personas físicas dadas de alta como autónomos, cualquiera que sea la actividad empresarial que desarrollen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Personas físicas que explotan una o más viviendas como alquiler vacacional en calidad de propietarios y sin estar dados de alta como autónomos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) Entidades privadas sin personalidad jurídica en las que al menos uno de sus integrantes no esté dado de alta como autónomo que explotan una o más viviendas como alquiler vacacional. Las viviendas deben ser propiedad de los integrantes de esta entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Actividades subvencionables: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En esta&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;área&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;serán subvencionables&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;parte de los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;daños&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;económicos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;derivados&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;de la crisis&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;sanitaria&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;provocada&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;por la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;COVID-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Efectos que se pretenden conseguir: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Esta&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;subvención, dirigida a&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;aquellos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;negocios&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;que se han&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;visto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;afectados&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;por las restricciones&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;aprobadas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;por el Gobierno&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2021&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;para detener&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;la expansión&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;de la crisis&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;sanitaria&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;ocasionada por la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;COVID-19&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;así como a aquellos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;que se han&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;visto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;especialmente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;afectados por&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;las consecuencias&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;económicas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;de esta&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;crisis,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;persigue&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;compensar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;la medida de lo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;posible los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;daños&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;económicos que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;han&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;experimentado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;debido a la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;reducción&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;drástica&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;de la actividad económica&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;del municipio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;como consecuencia&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;de estas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;restricciones.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por lo tanto,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;se espera que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;estas ayudas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;permitan que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;éstos puedan&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;mantener su&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;actividad en el municipio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Fondos de financiación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;329.978,04 euros. Esta cuantía es resultado de las siguientes aportaciones: por un lado, 109.992,68 euros del propio Ayuntamiento de Santanyí; por otra parte, 109.992,68 euros provenientes del Consejo Insular de Mallorca; y finalmente, 109.992,68 euros provenientes del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e)&amp;nbsp;Plazo ejecución: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Publicar la resolución de aprobación de esta modificación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Lo que se hace público a los efectos oportunos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
