    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión celebrada el 14 de mayo de 2021, y en ejercicio de sus competencias, en base a aquello propuesto (conforme a la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas), y el artículo 10.3 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares, y en virtud del Decreto de Presidencia de 3 de julio de 2019, publicado al&amp;nbsp;BOIB&amp;nbsp;número 102, de 25 de julio de 2019, mediante el cual se delegan atribuciones a la Comisión de Gobierno y el resto de atribuciones que le otorga la legislación vigente aprobó, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(…)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Primero.- Aprobar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; el gasto por un importe de 7.500 euros que irán a cargo de la partida presupuestaria 2021.1.430.48000.01 del presupuesto general del Consell Insular de Formentera del año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Segundo.- Aprobar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; el otorgamiento de 7.500 euros en concepto de ayudas, a las siguientes personas solicitantes, atendiendo que han cumplido todos los requisitos establecidos en las bases reguladoras dirigidas a paliar las consecuencias de las restricciones motivadas por la crisis sanitaria de la COVID-19 en los sectores económicos de la restauración y otras en la isla de Formentera año 2021:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;*EXP.2021/1963 Aceptada por parte de la Comisión Evaluadora de ayudas a los sectores económicos del Consell Insular de Formentera, pero pendiente de la resolución de aceptación/denegación de la ayuda solicitada a la&amp;nbsp;CAIB&amp;nbsp;para reiniciar o continuar la actividad por cuenta propia y consolidar el proyecto de autoempleo, de las personas físicas autónomos afectados directamente por la COVID-19 de julio 2020 (BOIB&amp;nbsp;n.º 122, de 11 de julio de 2020).&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Tercero.- Comunicar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:107%"&gt; a las personas beneficiarias que han de mantener/iniciar durante 2021 la actividad según lo establecido en el artículo 10 de las bases de la convocatoria. Para justificar esta obligación tendrán que presentar durante el primer trimestre del año 2022, el certificado censal de actividades económicas de la&amp;nbsp;AEAT&amp;nbsp;del año fiscal 2021.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se los comunica también que es causa de reintegro de la ayuda otorgada, el incumplimiento de este requisito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Quart.- Publicar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; el acuerdo presente, en el&amp;nbsp;BOIB, en el tablón de anuncios y página web de este consell, conforme al artículo 18.4 de la Constitución y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de protección de datos personales y garantías de los derechos digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Quinto.- Dar cuenta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; de este acuerdo a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Sexto.- Trasladar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; este acuerdo al departamento de Intervención y Tesorería del Consell Insular de Formentera, a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Séptimo.- Notificar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; a las personas interesadas el presente acuerdo a través de la página web del Consell Insular de Formentera y al tablero de anuncios.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(…)”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
