    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, es hace pública la Resolución núm. 20210000017 de la consejera del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni, de fecha 10 de mayo de 2021, de concesión de los premios Sant Jordi al alumnado ganador de la convocatoria de 2021 (29º Concurso Literario Sant Jordi para alumnos de secundaria y bachillerato y 6º Premio Sant Jordi de Puntos de Libro para alumnos de 4º de ESO), dictada de acuerdo con los artículos 88 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas y 25 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y con la base 13.2 de la convocatoria del 29º Concurso Literario Sant Jordi para alumnos de secundaria y bachillerato y 6º Premio Sant Jordi de Puntos de Libro para alumnos de 4º de ESO), respetando la normativa vigente de protección de datos personales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Vista la convocatoria y las bases de los Premios Sant Jordi de Literatura y de Puntos de Libro para alumnos de ESO y bachillerato para el año 2021, aprobadas mediante la Resolución núm. 2021000009 de 11 de marzo de marzo de 2021 (BOIB núm 35, de 13 de marzo de 2021, en relación a las bases; BOIB núm 39, de 20 de marzo de 2021, en relación al extracto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Vistas las dos actas de los respectivos jurados, que se reunieron en la sede del Consell en fecha 19 de abril de 2021, a las 12.00 h para la 6ª edición del Premio Sant Jordi de Puntos de Libro para alumnos de 4º de ESO y a las 13.00 h, el de la 29ª edición de los premios literarios, ambos, a las dependencias del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni, en la 2ª planta del Consell, que constan al expediente, en las que los miembros del jurado exponen su veredicto para el otorgamiento de los premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Vistos los informes de la tesorería de este Consell Insular, de fecha 23-04-21 y 5-05-2021, donde se informa que las personas propuestas por los jurados, no figuran como deudores de este Consell Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Visto el informe técnico de fecha 27-04-2021 sobre la instrucción del expediente y sobre el cumplimiento, por parte de las personas propuestas por los jurados, de los requisitos para poder ser beneficiarias del premio y para, de conformidad con el artículo 88.3 del reglamento de la Ley general de subvenciones, recibir el pago del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Vista la base 6.1, que establece que para cada una de las categorías y modalidades de literatura se establece un primer premio de 330 € y un segundo premio de 210 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Vista la base 6.2, que establece un premio de 120 euros para cada uno de los trabjaos seleccionados por el jurado en la modalidad de puntos de libro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Visto que con la operación contable núm.&amp;nbsp; 2021000000321, por un importe de 2.880 €, de la partida presupuestaria 3340 48100, hay crédito suficiente y adecuado para conceder y pagar dichos premios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Dado el informe propuesta favorable, del jefe de Sección del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni, de fecha 6 de mayo de 2021 así como, el informe de conformidad de fiscalización previo, preceptivo y necesario emitido por la Intervención de la Corporación de fecha 6 de mayo de 2021, que tiene carácter de fiscalización limitada previa, la cual es meramente formal y no material.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Dado que según la base decimotercera le corresponde a la consejera ejecutiva del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni, la resolución del otorgamiento de los premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En virtud de todo lo anterior, de acuerdo con las competencias que tengo atribuidas por el Decreto de Presidencia 484/2019 de fecha 16 de julio de 2019 (BOIB núm. 98, de fecha 17 de julio de 2019), punto 1.&lt;em&gt;e.&lt;/em&gt;, de determinación de las atribuciones a los diferentes órganos del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, la consejera del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
