&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Mediante una Resolución del consejero de Educación, Universidad e Investigación de 22 de julio de 2020 (BOIB núm. 145, de 22 de agosto), se autorizó la modificación de la configuración del Colegio Privado Concertado CIDE, de Palma, con una unidad del CFGS de Administración y Finanzas (ADG32), de la familia profesional de Administración y Gestión, en modalidad presencial.&amp;nbsp;Como consecuencia de esta modificación el centro quedó configurado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Educación infantil de segundo ciclo: 15 unidades y 375 puestos escolares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Educación primaria: 30 unidades y 750 puestos escolares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Educación secundaria obligatoria: 21 unidades y 630 puestos escolares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Programa de Mejora del Aprendizaje y del Rendimiento (PMAR): 2 unidades y 30 plazas escolares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Bachillerato: 6 unidades y 210 plazas escolares (modalidades: Ciencias, Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales y Artes).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ciclos formativos de la familia profesional de Administración y Gestión (ADG):&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;CFGS Técnico superior en Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Multiplataforma (IFC32): 1 unidad (2 grupos) y 40 plazas escolares (modalidades presencial y dual; turno de tarde).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El 11 de noviembre de 2020&amp;nbsp;(NRE L13E&amp;nbsp;43117&amp;nbsp;/2020), la&amp;nbsp;representante del Centre Internacional d'Educación, S. Coop., presentó una solicitud de modificación de la configuración&amp;nbsp;del centro, con&amp;nbsp;el cambio de modalidad de&amp;nbsp;la unidad&amp;nbsp;del CFGS Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Multiplataforma (IFC32), de dual a semipresencial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. El 11 de enero de 2021, el Departamento de Formación Profesional y Cualificaciones Profesionales emitió un informe favorable&amp;nbsp;para que se autorizase el cambio de modalidad de&amp;nbsp;la unidad&amp;nbsp;del CFGS Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Multiplataforma (IFC32), de dual a&amp;nbsp;dual/mixta&amp;nbsp;para a que los alumnos que no puedan obtener un contrato de formación y aprendizaje puedan continuar los estudios en la modalidad presencial en el centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. El 12 de abril de 2021, la jefa del Departamento de Planificación y Centros informó favorablemente sobre&amp;nbsp;la autorización de la modificación de la configuración del Colegio Privado Concertado CIDE, de Palma, con la ampliación&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;la&amp;nbsp;modalidad&amp;nbsp;dual en dual/mixta&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;la unidad&amp;nbsp;del CFGS Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Multiplataforma (IFC32)&amp;nbsp;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Ley Orgánica 8/1985, de 3 de julio, reguladora del derecho a la educación (BOE núm. 159, de 4 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las Instrucciones del jefe del Departamento de Planificación y Centros (NRS 175/2014, de 6 de marzo) referentes a la normativa de mínimos aplicable para la autorización de centros privados de FP, aplicación del principio de especialidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Real Decreto&amp;nbsp;450&amp;nbsp;/2010, de&amp;nbsp;16 de abril&amp;nbsp;, por el que se establece el título de técnico superior en&amp;nbsp;Desarrollo de aplicaciones multiplataforma,&amp;nbsp;y se fijan sus enseñanzas mínimas (BOE núm.&amp;nbsp;123&amp;nbsp;, de&amp;nbsp;20 de mayo&amp;nbsp;) .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Orden&amp;nbsp;EDU / 2000&amp;nbsp;/2010, de&amp;nbsp;13&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;julio, por la que se establece el currículo del ciclo formativo de grado superior correspondiente al título de técnico superior en&amp;nbsp;Desarrollo de aplicaciones multiplataforma&amp;nbsp;(BOE núm.&amp;nbsp;180, de&amp;nbsp;26&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Estatuto de autonomía de las Illes Balears,&amp;nbsp;reformado&amp;nbsp;por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero (BOE núm. 52, de 16 de marzo), el cual establece en el artículo 36.2 que, en materia de enseñanza, corresponde a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears la competencia de desarrollo legislativo y de ejecución de la enseñanza en toda su extensión, niveles y grados, modalidades y especialidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10. El Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 21, de 15 de febrero).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, y de acuerdo con la propuesta formulada por la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros de fecha&amp;nbsp;14 de mayo&amp;nbsp;de 2021, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Autorizar, con efectos desde el inicio del&amp;nbsp;curso escolar 2021-2022, la modificación de la configuración del Colegio Privado Concertado CIDE, de Palma (código 07004230), con&amp;nbsp;la ampliación de la&amp;nbsp;modalidad&amp;nbsp;dual en dual/mixta&amp;nbsp;de la unidad del CFGS Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Multiplataforma (IFC32).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Determinar que, como consecuencia de esta autorización, el centro queda configurado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Comunicar al centro mencionado que está obligado a cumplir la legislación vigente en cuanto a la titulación del profesorado destinado a las unidades autorizadas mediante esta Resolución.&amp;nbsp;También está obligado a solicitar la revisión oportuna de su configuración cuando tenga de modificarse cualquiera de los datos que figuran en esta Resolución.&amp;nbsp;En caso contrario, se revocará la autorización otorgada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Publicar esta Resolución en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición&amp;nbsp;ante el Consejero de Educación&amp;nbsp;y&amp;nbsp;Formación Profesional&amp;nbsp;en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015&amp;nbsp;,&amp;nbsp;de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;También puede interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con los artículos 10 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
