2021-05-27 20712 CAIB CAIB 120 199281 es CAIB 20716 2021-05-27 649705 ![CDATA[Resolución del director general de Formación Profesional y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores de 24 de mayo de 2021 por la que se convoca un curso de formación específica para la habilitación como asesores y evaluadores de las unidades de competencia de varias cualificaciones profesionales para el procedimiento de reconocimiento de las competencias profesionales adquiridas por experiencia laboral o vías no formales de formación]] 2021-05-24 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Real Decreto 1224/2009, de 17 de julio, de reconocimiento de las competencias profesionales adquiridas por experiencia laboral, prevé que las tareas de asesoramiento y/o de evaluación las ejerzan personas habilitadas a tal efecto por las administraciones competentes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">El </span>Real Decreto 143/2021, de 9 de marzo, por el que se modifica el Real Decreto 1224/2009, de 17 de julio, de reconocimiento de las competencias profesionales adquiridas por experiencia laboral, se especifican las modificaciones para obtener la habilitación como a asesores y evaluadores.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El curso de formación específica lo planifican y gestionan las administraciones responsables del procedimiento de evaluación y acreditación, que a la vez son las competentes para habilitar al personal asesor y evaluador del procedimiento mencionado. En este sentido, también el curso deben organizarlo y supervisar las administraciones competentes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Esta convocatoria está financiada por el Ministerio de Educación y Formación Profesional.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional del Govern de las Illes Balears tiene previsto publicar próximamente varias convocatorias de procedimientos de acreditación de competencias profesionales adquiridas a través de la experiencia laboral o de vías no formales de formación de varias cualificaciones profesionales, por lo que es necesario contar con un número suficiente de personas habilitadas como asesores y evaluadores.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">De acuerdo con el Decreto 55/2011, de 20 de mayo, regulador de la estructura organizativa del procedimiento de reconocimiento de las competencias profesionales adquiridas por la experiencia laboral o vías no formales de formación en la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, el Instituto de las Cualificaciones Profesionales de las Illes Balears es el órgano encargado de habilitar a los asesores y evaluadores y mantener su registro, así como de planificar y gestionar la formación inicial y continua de los asesores y evaluadores.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Aprobar las bases que rigen la convocatoria de un curso de formación específica para la habilitación como asesores y evaluadores de las unidades de competencia de varias cualificaciones profesionales para el procedimiento de reconocimiento de las competencias profesionales adquiridas por experiencia laboral o vías no formales de formación. Las personas que superen el curso y queden habilitadas pueden realizar las funciones de asesoramiento y evaluación de las competencias profesionales en las que se hayan habilitado, siempre que el órgano responsable las seleccione para dicha tarea. El curso incluye tres sesiones virtuales.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Noveno</strong></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Incompatibilidad</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La participación en este curso es incompatible con la participación en cualquier otro curso que conceda el derecho a obtener la habilitación para ejercer las funciones de asesoramiento y/o evaluación en los procedimientos de las competencias profesionales adquiridas por experiencia laboral, regulado por el Real Decreto 1224/2009, de 17 de julio. En este caso, la persona interesada debe optar por uno, y debe poner en conocimiento del IQPIB la renuncia a participar, si es el caso.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Décimo</strong></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Habilitación</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Las persones participantes que superen el curso quedan habilitadas como asesores y evaluadores en el procedimiento de acreditación para el reconocimiento de las competencias profesionales adquiridas por experiencia laboral en la cualificación profesional en la que hayan sido admitidas y se incorporan como tales al Registro del Personal Asesor y Evaluador habilitado en las Illes Balears, creado mediante el Decreto 55/2011, de 20 de mayo, regulador de la estructura organizativa del procedimiento de reconocimiento de las competencias profesionales adquiridas por la experiencia laboral o vías no formales de formación en la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Se considera que se ha superado el curso cuando se han presentado las actividades dentro del plazo establecido y se ha obtenido una cualificación de apto.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Esta habilitación es válida a efectos de las convocatorias del procedimiento de acreditación de las competencias profesionales que hagan tanto la Administración general del Estado como las diferentes comunidades autónomas.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Undécimo</strong></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Disposición adicional única</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Para asegurar la imparcialidad en las próximas convocatorias de reconocimiento de competencias adquiridas por experiencia laboral o vías no formales de formación, las personas que superen el curso y resulten habilitadas como asesores y evaluadores no pueden participar de forma simultánea como candidatas en ninguna de las cualificaciones profesionales de las que sean designadas asesores o evaluadores.</span>​​​​​​​</p> ]] es text/html
