    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mediante la Ley 10/2005, de 21 de junio, de Puertos de las Illes Balears se creó el ente público Puertos de las Illes Balears, el cual se configura como una entidad pública empresarial de acuerdo con el artículo 2.1 b) de la Ley 7/2010, de 21 de julio, del sector público instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El artículo 28 de la Ley 10/2005 establece que los estatutos determinan la composición del Consejo de Administración de Puertos de las Illes Balears, siendo miembros natos de este Consejo el presidente, el vicepresidente y el director gerente. Así mismo, señala que los miembros a designar como vocales en número no inferior a doce ni superior a dieciocho son nombrados por acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno, por un periodo de cuatro años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con el anexo I del Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, el ente Puertos de las Illes Balears queda adscrito a la Consejería de Movilidad y Vivienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dado el cese del Presidente de la Autoridad Portuaria, el Sr. Juan Carlos Plaza Plaza, vocal-miembro del Consejo de Administración de Puertos de las Illes Balears, y el posterior nombramiento del Sr. Jorge Nasarre López, se propone nombrar a este último como vocal-miembro del Consejo de Administración de Puertos de las Illes Balears, en sustitución del anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por ello, el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta del consejero de Movilidad y Vivienda, en la sesión de 24 de mayo de 2021, adoptó entre otros, el siguiente Acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Cesar al Sr. Juan Carlos Plaza Plaza como vocal-miembro del Consejo de Administración de Puertos de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Nombrar al Sr. Jorge Nasarre López como vocal-miembro del Consejo de Administración de Puertos de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Como consecuencia de este nombramiento, el Consejo de Administración de Puertos de las Illes Balears queda compuesto de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
