&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mediante la Resolución de la directora general de Política Lingüística de 29 de abril de 2021 se convocaron las pruebas de septiembre de 2021 para obtener los certificados oficiales de conocimientos de lengua catalana (BOIB núm. 57, de 1 de mayo). Los miembros, titulares y suplentes, de cada tribunal figuran en el anexo 2 de dicha resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El día 18 de mayo de 2021, la jefa del Servicio de Formación y Certificación de Conocimientos de Catalán emitió un informe justificativo sobre la modificación de la composición del Tribunal del nivel A2 de las pruebas de conocimientos convocadas. A consecuencia de un error material detectado (aparición de un mismo miembro del Tribunal como vocal segundo titular y como vocal tercero suplente), es necesario modificar la composición de dicho Tribunal. También es necesario modificar la composición del Tribunal de lenguaje administrativo, dado que hay un miembro que no cumple los requisitos exigidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El Decreto 21/2019, de 15 de marzo, de evaluación y certificación de conocimientos de lengua catalana (BOIB núm. 35, de 15 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 21, de 15 de febrero).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Modificar la composición del Tribunal del nivel A2&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;de las pruebas de lengua catalana de la convocatoria de septiembre de 2021 que figura en el anexo 2 de la Resolución de la directora general de Política Lingüística de 29 de abril de 2021 por la que se convocan las pruebas de septiembre de 2021 para obtener los certificados oficiales de conocimientos de lengua catalana. La composición es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Publicar la presente resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;interponer un recurso de reposición ante la directora general de Política Lingüística en el plazo &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;de un mes contador desde el día siguiente al de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo en el plazo de dos meses contadores a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
