&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Cooperativas agrarias inscritas en el Registro de Cooperativas de las Islas Baleares con establecimiento de venta abierto al público domiciliado en Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Aquellas que gestionen un establecimiento de venta al público basado en economía social y solidaria, que le resulte de aplicación los principios de la ley 5/2011, de 29 de marzo, de economía social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Además, tienen que reunir los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Cumplir con los requisitos del artículo 8 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca para obtener la condición de beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Que el establecimiento o cooperativa tenga el domicilio fiscal en Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Tener la consideración de pequeña y mediana empresa, según la Recomendación de la Comisión Europea 2003/361/CE, de 6 de mayo, sobre la definición de microempresas, pequeñas y medianas empresas, DOUE de 20 de mayo de 2003.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segundo. Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es la compra, elaboración y distribución de productos que compondrán los “lotes de productos de Mallorca”.&amp;nbsp; Los beneficiarios entregarán estos lotes a los clientes finales que hagan un gasto mínimo mediante un sistema de bonos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;, con el fin de reactivar la economía de los productores, cooperativas agrarias y demás entidades de la economía social y consolidaría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Una botella de vino de la IGP “Vi de la Terra” de 75 cl. (valor 10,50 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Un tarro de garbanzos ecológicos de 350 g. (valor 2,10 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Un tarro de confitura ecológica de 250 g. (valor 2,45 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las bases reguladoras de la presente convocatoria son las establecidas en la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, aprobada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 23 de diciembre de 2016 (BOIB nº. 21, de 18.02.2017), modificada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 14 de junio de 2018 (BOIB nº. 96, de 04.08.2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Cuarto. Cuantía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El presupuesto de gastos del Consejo de Mallorca del 2021 ha asignado un importe total de 1.000.000,00 € a las subvenciones objeto de esta convocatoria, con cargo a las siguientes aplicaciones presupuestarias siguientes, atendiendo a la finalidad y ánimo de lucro del beneficiario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes es de 25 días naturales desde el día siguiente de la publicación del extracto de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El periodo subvencionable será los meses que dure la campaña de fomento de compra de productos de Mallorca:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tres meses a contar desde de los 15 días naturales de la publicación de la concesión de las subvenciones en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La documentación justificativa de la actividad subvencionada se presentará de una vez, por importe total de la actividad subvencionada y desarrollada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de presentación de la documentación justificativa finaliza a los dos meses de concluir la Campaña compra productos de Mallorca 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El modelo normalizado de solicitud y la documentación que se tiene que acompañar, se encuentra disponible igualmente en la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca &lt;/span&gt;https://seu.conselldemallorca.net.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
