&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. El 31 de agosto de 2020 los miembros de la Comisión Paritaria del Convenio colectivo de la empresa Institut Superior Emergències SLU se reunieron para acordar la actualización de las tablas salariales para el año 2020 y suscribieron la correspondiente acta de la reunión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. El 21 de abril de 2021&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;, el señor José Vicente Planells Roig, en representación de la Comisión Paritaria del Convenio colectivo, solicitó el registro, el depósito y la publicación de la citada Acta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. El artículo 90.3 del Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1995, de 24 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. El Real Decreto 713/2010, de 28 de mayo, sobre registro y depósito de convenios y acuerdos colectivos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. El artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Inscribir y depositar el Acta de aprobación de las tablas salariales para el año 2020 del Convenio colectivo de la empresa Institut Superior Emergències SLU de 31 de agosto de 2020 en el Registro de Convenios Colectivos, Acuerdos colectivos de trabajo y Planes de igualdad de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Publicar el Acta en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. Hacer constar que la versión castellana del texto es la original firmada por los miembros de la Comisión Paritaria y que la versión catalana es su traducción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En Palma de Mallorca (Illes Balears), siendo las 19:00 horas del día &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1 de agosto de 2020&lt;/span&gt;, se reúnen las personas al margen izquierdo relacionadas al objeto de proceder a la aprobación de los salarios correspondientes al ejercicio 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Levanta la presente Acta, D. José Vicente Planells Roig, asesor empresarial, al que los asistentes confieren las facultades oportunas para la presentación y registro de la presente acta en la Direcció General de Treball, para que ésta la registre y ordene su publicación en el boletín oficial correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Una vez sometido a debate y de acuerdo a lo establecido en el artículo 12 del convenio colectivo, las partes acuerdan y convienen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fijar el incremento salarial para el año 2020, tomando las tablas vigentes durante el año 2019 como base, éstas se actualizarán, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 12, incrementándolas en un 0,8% tomando como referencia el incremento del IPC, no obstante, debido al incremento del salario mínimo para el año 2020 en un 5,5%, los grupos profesionales que no alcancen dicho importe, serán incrementados en dicho porcentaje, con efectos desde el día 1 de enero de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Que en lo concerniente a los importes salariales derivados del convenio colectivo de empresa, de la aplicación del porcentaje citado resultarían las siguientes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;salarios base para cada grupo profesional:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Grupo I:&amp;nbsp;1.275,12 euros mensuales, equivalentes a 17851,68 euros anuales incluyendo las gratificaciones extraordinarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Grupo II:&amp;nbsp;950 euros mensuales, equivalentes a 13.300&amp;nbsp; euros anuales incluyendo las gratificaciones extraordinarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Grupo III: 950 euros mensuales, equivalentes a 13.300 euros anuales incluyendo las gratificaciones extraordinarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Grupo IV: 950 euros mensuales, equivalentes a 13.300 euros anuales incluyendo las gratificaciones extraordinarias &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Los trabajadores y trabajadoras a tiempo parcial, percibirán el salario en proporción al número de horas de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La presente Acta, es redactada, leída, aprobada y firmada en el día y lugar indicados en el encabezamiento, por los asistentes a la reunión, quien firman la presente en muestra de su conformidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
