    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, en sesión celebrada día 6 de mayo de 2021, aprobó la propuesta sobre las bases reguladoras del concurso de mostradores para la muestra gastronómica de la Sepia y de Productos de la bahía de Alcudia 2021.562785). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Una vez aprobadas las bases y de acuerdo con el artículo 9.3 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publicaron en el Boletín&amp;nbsp;Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB&amp;nbsp;n.º 60, de 8 de mayo de 2021) y a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En fecha 12 de mayo de 2021 se dictó Resolución de&amp;nbsp;alcaldía&amp;nbsp;aprobando la convocatoria del concurso de mostradores para la muestra gastronómica de la Sepia y de Productos de la bahía de Alcudia 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publicó el extracto de la convocatoria, el texto completo de la cual puede consultarse en la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Las Bases reguladoras de esta convocatoria para el concurso de escaparates enmarcado dentro de la Muestra gastronómica de la Sepia y de productos de la Bahía de Alcúdia 2021 se publicaron en el BOIB n.º60 de día 8 de mayo de 2021. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Segundo. Objeto y finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;El objeto de estas bases es establecer las normas que tienen que regir el concurso de escaparates enmarcado dentro de la Muestra gastronómica de la Sepia y de productos de la Bahía de Alcúdia 2021, a partir del cual se concederán unos premios económicos destinados a galardonar las mejores decoraciones de escaparates de los comercios del municipio de Alcúdia con el objetivo de dinamizar y poner en valor el comercio de proximidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;La Feria Náutica y Gastronómica de la Sepia de Alcúdia forma parte de la tradición y la cultura del municipio desde hace 15 años. En el año 2020, debido a la situación epidemiológica, se tuvieron que suspender muchas de las actividades programadas. Es por este motivo que se ha decidido incluir iniciativas que promuevan la participación y la conservación de los valores tradicionales del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Tercero. Cuantía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Se destina la cantidad de 1.500€, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria CO4312 479002 del presupuesto municipal del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia por la anualidad 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Cuarto. Beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Podrán participar las personas físicas o jurídicas legalmente constituidas, que sean titulares de un establecimiento comercial físico y abierto al público con escaparate en el municipio de Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Quinto. Premios y dotación económica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;El concurso de escaparates constará de dos categorías: la profesional, en la cual se otorgarán dos premios, y la popular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Los premios de la categoría profesional serán otorgados por un jurado profesional, compuesto por tres miembros que tengan relación con el mundo del arte, el comercio o el diseño. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;El premio de la categoría popular será otorgado al escaparate que obtenga más votos por parte de la ciudadanía, con un “me gusta” en la publicación que compartirá el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia a su perfil de Facebook.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Los premios son los siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;1º Premio profesional, con una dotación económica de 700€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;2º Premio profesional, con una dotación económica de 500€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Premio popular, con una dotación económica de 300€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Sexto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes es el que se indica en el apartado 4 de las bases de los Premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Séptimo. Procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones se produce de oficio, mediante la aprobación de la convocatoria y la publicación al BOIB, a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones BDNS y página web del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia (https://www.alcudia.net)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, el órgano competente para la ordenación y la instrucción del procedimiento de concesión de ayuda, el área de comercio del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, se pondrá en contacto con los establecimientos participantes y facilitará un dorsal con un número, el cual tendrán que ubicar a un lugar visible del escaparate. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Los comercios participantes tendrán que exhibir los escaparates del día 19 al 23 de mayo (ambos incluidos). Será a partir de esta fecha cuando el área de Comercio y los miembros del jurado profesional visitarán todos los establecimientos participantes para deliberar su veredicto y realizarán las fotografías que se publicarán al Facebook del Ayuntamiento para la votación popular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si durante la visita del jurado profesional los establecimientos participantes no tienen los escaparates montados quedarán automáticamente descalificados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;El jurado para elegir los escaparates premiados actuará con libertad y discrecionalidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;A la vista de la decisión del jurado, el instructor formulará la propuesta de resolución que elevará a la alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia. El órgano competente para resolver y conceder la subvención es la alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;El veredicto del jurado profesional y popular se publicará en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia (www.alcudia.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octavo. Jurado&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El jurado del concurso de escaparates estará compuesto por dos modalidades: el jurado popular y el jurado profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Jurado Profesional: Será el encargado de dar el premio y el segundo premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Está compuesto por: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Premio Jurado Popular. La ciudadanía votará en la red social Facebook dando un “me gusta” a las fotografías publicadas al perfil de Facebook del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia. El periodo de votación se iniciará día 21 de mayo a las 14.00h y finalizará día 24 de mayo a las 9.00h. El escaparate votado con más “me gusta” obtendrá el tercer premio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En caso de que el escaparate más votado por el jurado popular coincida con el profesional, se dará el premio al siguiente escaparate más votado por el público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El veredicto del jurado profesional y popular se publicará en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia. Su veredicto será inapelable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Noveno. Criterios de valoración&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La temática del concurso será marinera, náutica o relacionada con la muestra gastronómica de la sepia y de productos de la Bahía. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para decidir los premiados, el jurado profesional valorará las siguientes características de los escaparates presentados, hasta un máximo de 10 puntos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Originalidad, hasta 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Grado de vinculación entre la temática y la presentación del propio producto, hasta 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Calidad artística y diseño, hasta 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Iluminación, hasta 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Utilización de materiales reciclados o reciclables, hasta 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En cuanto al jurado popular valorará con un “me gusta” el escaparate que considere que&amp;nbsp; tiene que ser el ganador del concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Décimo. Pago &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No se podrá realizar el pago a los participantes premiados si este no se encuentra al corriente de pago de sus obligaciones con la Seguridad Social, con la Agencia Tributaria y con el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para poder realizar el pago, solo los participantes premiados, tendrán que presentar el certificado de titularidad bancaria (Anexo II de las Bases), junto con el certificado que certifique que se encuentran al corriente de pago de sus obligaciones con la Seguridad Social y con la Agencia Tributaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Además, tendrán que haber autorizado en el momento de la solicitud al Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, a consultar los datos de la entidad que representan para comprobar que están al corriente en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias con el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Todos los beneficiarios se verán sometidos en el momento de pago a la correspondiente retención tributaria según el régimen jurídico del IRPF o Impuesto sobre sociedades, según cada caso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
