    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Convocatoria de ayudas extraordinarias y a fondo perdido para las empresas con local con atención al público, que desarrollan la actividad en el municipio de vilafranca de bonany, que han tenido que cesar/reducir su actividad, por la situación de la crisis del coronavirus&amp;nbsp; covid-19. Ejercicio 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;PRIMERO.- Ámbito de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Vilafranca de Bonany concederá ayudas a aquellas empresas del municipio de Vilafranca de Bonany y domicilio fiscal en el municipio, que, por la situación de crisis del Coronavirus Covidien-19 y las medidas establecidas con el Estado de Alarma, han tenido que cesar o reducir sustancialmente su actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;SEGUNDA.- Objeto de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La ayuda extraordinaria, que por cese/reducción de la actividad económica de las empresas con local con atención al público del municipio de Vilafranca de Bonany, tiene por objetivo el apoyo al tejido empresarial del municipio para preservar así su actividad y los puestos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;TERCERA.- Personas beneficiarios y solicitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Estas ayudas extraordinarias se dividen en dos grupos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1er grupo: &lt;/strong&gt;podrán acceder las empresas / autónomos del municipio de Vilafranca de Bonany, que desarrollen su actividad en el municipio y que tengan su domicilio fiscal en el mismo y que realicen las siguientes actividades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;-Bares y cafeterías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;-Restaurantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;-Peluquerías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Esteticistas, masajistas y fisioterapeutas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Músicos, actores, animadores infantiles.. empadronados en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Empresas dedicadas a la venta de productos relacionados con las actividades de los anteriores apartados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;-Comercios que hayan tenido una reducción de la facturación de, al menos, un 40% en relación con la media de facturación del período comprendido entre los años 2019-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Este grupo tiene un crédito de ayuda de 43.877,41 mil euros. Se repartirán proporcionalmente entre los beneficiarios con un máximo de 1.000 euros por beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2º grupo: &lt;/strong&gt;podrán acceder las empresas / autónomos del municipio de Vilafranca de Bonany, que desarrollen su actividad en el municipio y que tengan también su domicilio fiscal en él y que realicen actividades diferentes al primer grupo, que hayan tenido alguna de las siguientes reducciones de la facturación en relación con la media de facturación del período comprendido entre los años 2019-2020:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;-Empresas con reducción de igual o más del 40%: un máximo de 1.000 euros / beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;-Empresas con reducción de igual o más del 30%: un máximo de 600 euros / beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;-Empresas con reducción de igual o más del 20%: un máximo de 400 euros / beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Este grupo tiene un crédito de ayuda de 20.000 mil euros. El reparto de ayudas a este grupo se hará teniendo en cuenta la prelación establecida y proporcionalmente al sector de reducción de facturación a que pertenezcan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En caso de que, finalizado el reparto de las ayudas en ambos grupos y asignadas las mismas, aún quedase crédito en la consignación presupuestaria, se repartirá proporcionalmente entre los beneficiarios que haya habido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;CUARTA.- Consignación presupuestaria y cuantía máxima total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Para atender las obligaciones de contenido económico que se derivan de la concesión de las ayudas de esta convocatoria, se aprobará crédito adecuado y suficiente en las partidas del año 2021. La consignación de esta ayuda extraordinaria tendrá un importe máximo de 63.877,41 €.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La cuantía se repartirá proporcionalmente, según el número de beneficiarios que resulten, independientemente del número de establecimientos que tengan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se establece un máximo de mil euros de ayuda por beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;QUINTA.- Compatibilidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Estas ayudas son compatibles con cualquier otra ayuda de otra administración u organismo público o privado recibido por el mismo concepto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;SEXTA.- Tramitación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las solicitudes individuales, según el modelo del Anexo I, se dirigirán al Sr. Alcalde y se presentarán debidamente cumplimentadas y firmadas por el representante legal de la actividad, en el Registro General de Entrada del Ayuntamiento de Vilafranca de Bonany. Con la solicitud presentada se entenderán aceptadas plenamente estas bases por los interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las solicitudes irán acompañadas de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;-Anexo II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;-Fotocopia compulsada del DNI / NIE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Certificado original o documento oficial compulsado de la AEAT que justifique estar dado de alta en la actividad económica por la que se pide la ayuda, a fecha de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;-Certificación original o documento oficial compulsado de la AEAT / ATIB y TGSS de encontrarse al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;-Certificado original o documento emitido por la entidad bancaria donde conste el titular y el número de cuenta al que deba ingresar la subvención que en su caso se conceda al interesado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Estos modelos de solicitud se encontrarán a disposición de los interesados en ​la página web del Ayuntamiento de Vilafranca de Bonany.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se debe presentar una solicitud por empresa y actividad económica afectada, independientemente de que se disponga de uno o más establecimientos o locales para el ejercicio de las actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Si en la presentación de la solicitud se observa alguna deficiencia o falta algún documento, se requerirá al interesado para que en el plazo máximo de 10 días hábiles pueda subsanar la falta, con advertencia de que si en este plazo no se produce la enmienda y / o no se aporta la documentación solicitada, se entenderá que desiste de la petición, archivándose sin más trámite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El Ayuntamiento puede solicitar cualquier otra documentación complementaria a la prevista en estas bases, para completar o aclarar el derecho a la ayuda o la documentación presentada. En caso de que no se aporte la documentación solicitada posteriormente, se entiende que la persona desiste de su petición, archivándose sin más trámite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;SÉPTIMA.- Plazo de presentación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes es de diez días hábiles desde la publicación de la presente convocatoria en el BOIB. No se aceptará ninguna solicitud presentada fuera de plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;OCTAVA.- Concesión de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El plazo de resolución de las solicitudes de ayudas no excederá los tres meses desde la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación. La falta de resolución dentro de este plazo producirá efectos desestimatorios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;NOVENA.- Protección de datos de carácter personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de protección de datos de carácter personal, se pone de manifiesto que la información facilitada por los peticionarios de estas ayudas quedará protegida. Los interesados ​​podrán solicitar a la administración municipal el ejercicio de sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Con la presentación de la solicitud y el resto de la documentación requerida para participar en esta ayuda, los interesados autorizan al Ayuntamiento de Vilafranca de Bonany a facilitar los datos aportados a cualquier otra administración u organismo siempre que así lo requiera expresamente para el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones específicas y garantice, igualmente, la confidencialidad de la información.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;DÉCIMA Entrada en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las presentes bases entrarán en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación íntegra en el BOIB y serán de aplicación dentro de este ejercicio 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;-Fotocopia compulsada del DNI / NIE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;-Certificado bancario o documento emitido por la entidad bancaria donde consta el titular y el siguiente número de cuenta (el titular del número de cuenta debe ser el interesado):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
