margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="color:black">La Alcaldía del Ajuntament de Son Servera (Illes Balears), mediante el Decreto núm. 2021-0690, de 12 de mayo, ha resuelto lo siguiente:</span></strong></span></p> <p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Expediente 2573/2020 </strong></span></p> <p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2021-0143, de 4 de febrero procede a la aprobación de la convocatoria, así como las bases (anexo I) por el sistema de concurso, de una bolsa de trabajo ordinaria de CHOFER DE LA BRIGADA MUNICIPAL del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera (Illes Balears), para la cobertura, como personal laboral con carácter temporal, de las necesidades que puedan subvenir por las necesidades del servicio, tales como necesidades urgentes derivadas del aumento de la demanda, bajas laborales, vacantes, jubilaciones, licencias, excedencias, etc.</span></p> <p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En fecha 5 de mayo de 2021, el tribunal calificador en el acta del proceso selectivo, propone elevar a definitiva la constitución de la bolsa de Chofer de la Brigada Municipal del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera, una vez transcurrido el plazo de 3 días naturales a contar desde la publicación del anuncio adecuado en la sede electrónica municipal. </span></p> <p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En fecha 6 de mayo de 2021 se expone, mediante edicto, en sede electrónica municipal, la propuesta del tribunal del acta reseñada, relativa a la tabla de calificación y al orden de prelación resultante de la misma. </span></p> <p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En fecha 11 de mayo de 2021 finaliza el plazo de exposición pública y se constata que no se ha presentado, en dicho plazo, ningún tipo de solicitud de revisión o alegación. </span></p> <p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por ello y de acuerdo con la legislación vigente en materia de personal, y en uso de las atribuciones conferidas en el artículo 21.1.g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local y el artículo 41.14 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización y funcionamiento de régimen jurídico de las Entidades locales </span></p> <p style="margin-left:0cm; font-size:12px">Contra esta resolución que pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer alternativamente recurso de reposición potestativo ante el Alcalde / sa de este Ayuntamiento, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas; o bien interponer directamente recurso contencioso - administrativo, ante el Juzgado o la Sala que resulte competente, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso - Administrativa. Si se optara por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso - administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio.
