![CDATA[<p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><strong>RESOLUCIÓN DE LA REGIDORA DELEGADA </strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%">Atendido el presupuesto municipal para el ejercicio de 2021, aprobado definitivamente en fecha 02.12.2020 (Exp.5168/2020), así y como el capítulo Y, título III, de la Ley 11/2020, de 30 de diciembre, de presupuestos generales del Estado para el año 2021, en relación a los gastos de personal al servicio del sector público y la oferta pública de empleo correspondiente al ejercicio presupuestario de 2021.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%">Vistos los informes incorporados al expediente administrativo y la propuesta emitida al respeto por parte de la regidora delegada en materia de personal, la cual fue aprobada por unanimidad en la mesa de negociación conjunta de personal funcionario y laboral reunida en sesión de día 26.04.2021.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%">En conformidad con el artículo 91.1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, el cual dice que las corporaciones locales tienen que formular públicamente su oferta de ocupación, ajustándose a los criterios fijados a la normativa básica estatal.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">Por todo el antes expuesto, y en uso de las atribuciones que me confiere el artículo 21.1.g de la Ley reguladora de las bases de régimen local, de 2 de abril, y la resolución de Alcaldía de día 04.12.2020 (exp. 2529-2019, decretos de delegación de competencias).<strong>RESUELVO:</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
