    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión ordinaria de 23 de abril de 2021, &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;celebrada en forma &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;presencial, adoptó,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. -&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; APROBAR&lt;/strong&gt; el otorgamiento de subvención nominativa directa por importe de 36.000 euros, al Grup Esportiu Espalmador con CIF G57664542, para la contratación del personal técnico de la Escuela de Atletismo &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;y, además, para promocionar, organizar y ejecutar eventos de larga duración &lt;/span&gt;para el año 2021, el cual se adjunta Anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;-&lt;/strong&gt; La gestión de la subvención se llevará a cabo de conformidad con la firma del acuerdo adjunto a la propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. -&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; AUTORIZAR Y DISPONER DE LOS GASTOS &lt;/strong&gt;cargados al presupuesto 2021.1.341.48000 de los presupuestos para el año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;cuarto. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- RECONOCER&lt;/strong&gt; la obligación del importe concedido del 50 %, ordenar el pago del 50 % de la subvención por valor de 36.000 € y registrar la operación como justificación pendiente hasta que el beneficiario proceda a justificarla de conformidad con las normas de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO. -Potenciar&lt;/strong&gt; a la presidenta del Consell Insular de Formentera, para que, una vez aprobada esta subvención de concesión nominativa directa, pueda firmar el acuerdo anexo, tal y como establece el artículo 9.2.q) de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de los consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO. - Guardar&lt;/strong&gt; una copia de este acuerdo en el Registro de Acuerdos que se ubica en la Secretaría de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMO. -&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; NOTIFICAR&lt;/strong&gt; este acuerdo al Grup Esportiu Espalmador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OCTAVO. - PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt; el acuerdo en el BOIB y en la página web del Consell Insular de Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;ANEXO&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Convenio de colaboración entre el Consell Insular de Formentera y el Grup Esportiu Espalmador para la contratación del servicio técnico de personal para la realización de las actividades de la Escuela Municipal de Atletismo (EMAF) de Formentera, además de promocionar, organizar y ejecutar eventos de larga trayectoria para 2021&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por una parte, doña Alejandra Ferrer Kirschbaum, mayor de edad, vecina de Formentera, domiciliada en la plaza de la Constitución núm. 1 en Formentera, con Documento Nacional de Identidad núm. ***5625**&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;D. Juan José Escandell Mayas, mayor de edad, con DNI ***5981**, y dirección a efectos de notificaciones en C/ Mallorca 29, 1er, 3a Sant Ferran, Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Intervienen&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Sra. &amp;nbsp;Alejandra Ferrer Kirschbaum, como presidenta del Consell Insular de Formentera, actuando en nombre y representación de esta Corporación, con el CIF P0702400C y con domicilio en la Plaza de la Constitución núm. 1, de Sant Francesc Xavier (Formentera), en virtud del Acto del Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera de fecha 15 de junio de 2019, de acuerdo con el artículo 136 del Reglamento Orgánico del Consell Insular de Formentera (ROC) y en virtud del artículo 21.1.b) de la Ley 7/1985, del 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, de la Ley Orgánica 5/1985, de 19 de junio, de régimen electoral general y del artículo 9 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consells insulars, asistido por el secretario accidental de la Corporación, el Sr. Joan Ferrer Yern, de conformidad con el artículo 161 del ROC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Sr. Juan José Escandell Mayans, presidente del Grup Esportiu Espalmador de Formentera, que actúa en representación del citado Club, que cuenta con CIF G57664542, según la Ley de la Asamblea General Ordinaria del Grup Esportiu Espalmador, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de fecha 02 de octubre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ambas partes actúan en representación de sus respectivas entidades, reconocen mutuamente plena capacidad jurídica para actuar y,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Manifiestan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Que la Escuela Municipal de Atletismo (EMAF),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; ubicada en la instalación de pista de atletismo situada junto al Campo Municipal de Fútbol de Form&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;entera, es propiedad del Consell Insular de Formentera.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Que estas instalaciones deportivas son bienes de dominio público tal y como establece el artículo 125 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears y el artículo 6 de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, de patrimonio de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Que, a efectos de dar uso a las instalaciones deportivas del Consell Insular de Formentera para este año 2021, con el fin de ejercer los intereses del Consell Insular de Formentera, este se encuentra habilitado para promover el deporte y dar servicios públicos que contribuyan a satisfacer las necesidades y aspiraciones del municipio de Formentera, dada la competencia establecida en el artículo 70.9 de la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, que modifica el Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears. Además, de forma específica, la Ley 14/2006, de 17 de octubre, del deporte en las Illes Balears, establece en su artículo 11, entre otros, la competencia del Consell Insular de Formentera para colaborar, en su ámbito territorial, con las entidades en el desarrollo del deporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En virtud de lo anterior, ambas partes acuerdan formalizar este acuerdo, de acuerdo con las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cláusulas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1) El objeto de este convenio es doble:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por un lado, la subvención directa para la contratación de los servicios del personal técnico para llevar a cabo las actividades de la Escuela Municipal de Atletismo (EMAF) del Consell Insular de Formentera al Grup Esportiu Espalmador. Esta parte está dotada con un presupuesto de &lt;strong&gt;24.000 €.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Esto implica que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Grup Esportiu Espalmador aportará los monitores/técnicos para el desarrollo de la Escuela Municipal de Atletismo (EMAF), cubierto plenamente por entrenadores que el club designe. Estos estarán correctamente contratados y dependerán laboralmente del club sin que haya ningún vínculo laboral con el Consell Insular de Formentera, de forma que la retribución y la asignación de sus tareas corresponderán al Grup Esportiu Espalmador, que será el responsable de aplicar el convenio colectivo que corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los entrenadores/técnicos del Grup Esportiu Espalmador designados, deberán realizar las actividades de acuerdo con la programación establecida por la propia dirección de la Escuela Municipal de Atletismo junto con el área técnica deportiva del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Grup Esportiu Espalmador se compromete a tener regularizadas las relaciones laborales en todo momento de todos sus técnicos/entrenadores desde el inicio de la actividad. Además, ha de garantizar igualmente que están en posesión de un seguro de responsabilidad civil. Este seguro debe presentarse en el Registro General de entrada de la OAC una vez firmado el Convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por otro lado, el Grup Esportiu Espalmador está interesado en hacer la promoción, la planificación, la organización y la ejecución de los diferentes eventos deportivos en la isla de Formentera para 2021. Esta parte está dotada con un presupuesto de &lt;strong&gt;12.000 €.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Estos eventos serán los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="list-style-type:none"&gt;

		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11º Trofeo Ciclista en ruta Isla de Formentera (marzo)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;VII Far a Far (abril)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;VII Copa Isla de Formentera en bicicleta de montaña (mayo)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;XXXVI Milla Urbana (Julio)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;XXIV Ascenso a La Mola (octubre)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;VI Volta Cicloturista – XXVII BTT La Mola (octubre) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;XLII John Tunks Memorial Constitution Race (diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dada la situación de la pandemia, estas fechas pueden variar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es voluntad del Consell Insular de Formentera colaborar con el Grup Esportiu Espalmador para llevar a cabo las pruebas deportivas siguientes para el año 2021:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2) Obligaciones por parte del Consell Insular de Formentera de contratar el servicio de personal técnico para llevar a cabo las actividades de la Escuela Municipal de Atletismo (EMAF)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Realizar las actuaciones de información, difusión e inscripción de los alumnos de la Escuela Municipal de Atletismo (EMAF) con carácter previo de cada curso, así como gestionar, en su caso, la incorporación de alumnos que pudieran solicitar una vez iniciada la actividad, siempre que ello no implique la alteración de los grupos existentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pagar al Grup Esportiu Espalmador de Formentera las cantidades correspondientes a la contratación de los técnicos/entrenadores de la escuela en el marco de este convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comunicar al área de deportes todos los eventos organizados a lo largo de la temporada para facilitar su difusión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3) Obligaciones por parte del Grup Esportiu Espalmador de Formentera en la contratación del servicio de personal técnico para llevar a cabo las actividades de la Escuela Municipal de Atletismo (EMAF)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Facilitar la uniformidad de los técnicos/ entrenadores, debidamente serigrafiado según lo acordado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Presentar una relación de técnicos que serán contratados a lo largo de la temporada. Cualquier nueva inscripción o baja se permitirá a lo largo de la temporada. Estas nuevas situaciones deben comunicarse al área deportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tener a todos sus trabajadores correctamente contratados según marca la normativa laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Designar a una persona encargada de coordinarse con el área de deportes con el fin de comunicarse, resolver dudas, trabajar conjuntamente y aplicar los procedimientos y protocolos con el fin de agilizar la gestión entre el Consell, el Grup Esportiu Espalmador y los usuarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4) Obligaciones del Grup Esportiu Espalmador en la promoción la organización y ejecución de eventos deportivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Realizar las reuniones pertinentes con el área de Deportes del Consell con el fin de coordinar conjuntamente los eventos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Entrega al área de deportes la documentación requerida: cronología de la prueba, permisos, protocolos, otros . . .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dar difusión de los eventos a través de las redes sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5) Obligaciones de las partes en materia de promoción y gestión de los eventos deportivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por parte del Grup Esportiu Espalmador:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Grup Esportiu Espalmador se responsabiliza de los eventos deportivos y todo lo referente de la promoción, planificación, organización y ejecución de los eventos antes nombrados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En los eventos deportivos objeto de este convenio, tanto los dorsales de todos los deportistas que participan como todas las pancartas, carteles de salida y llegada y página web de cada evento, deberán aparecer siempre el logotipo del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Grup Esportiu Espalmador añadirá en todos sus reglamentos deportivos de las pruebas incluidas en este convenio, una cláusula donde esté bien claro que es obligación de los participantes velar por la correcta limpieza y clasificación de los residuos que se produzcan durante las pruebas, pendiente de que el Consell Insular de Formentera de sancionarlos por no cumplir con la normativa vigente de recogida selectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por parte del Consell Insular de Formentera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Consell Insular de Formentera se compromete a supervisar y velar por el correcto desarrollo de las actividades descritas en este convenio de colaboración y a comprobar que se llevan a cabo con total normalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6) Forma de pago&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Consell Insular de Formentera realizará una aportación máxima de &lt;strong&gt;36.000 euros&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; (exenta del IVA de conformidad con el artículo 20.1.13 de la Ley 37/1992 del Impuesto al Valor Añadido) &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;para la contratación de los servicios de personal técnico para llevar a cabo las actividades de la Escuela Municipal de Atletismo del Consell Insular de Formentera mencionada en el manifiesto primero de este convenio, además de la promoción, la planificación, la organización y ejecución de los diferentes eventos deportivos con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 2021.1.341.48000 de los presupuestos generales del Consell Insular de Formentera para el año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La forma de pago por parte del Consell Insular de Formentera será la siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se abonará un primer pago del 50% (18.000 euros) al Grup Esportiu Espalmador de Formentera en el momento de la firma del convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se abonará un segundo pago del 50% (18.000 €) restante, cuando se presente una memoria justificativa del primer 50%, aportando una memoria responsable con el contenido que determine el área de deportes y el área de Intervención. Dado que hay dos conceptos diferentes en el marco de un mismo convenio, se deben presentar memorias independientes por cada uno de los conceptos, es decir, una memoria por la parte de la Escuela de Atletismo y otra memoria por la parte de promoción, planificación, organización y ejecución de los diferentes eventos deportivos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Técnico del Área de Deportes emitirá un informe favorable en el que se dice que la contratación acordada se lleva a cabo con normalidad, dentro de los objetivos establecidos en este convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Durante el mes de enero de 2022 el Grup Esportiu Espalmador deberá justificar el 100% de su actuación. Este será un requisito indispensable para poder firmar un nuevo convenio con el Consell. Esto no está exento de devolver el importe correspondiente en el caso de no poder justificar el 100% de las cantidades recibidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El beneficiario está exento de presentar garantías en función de la naturaleza de las actividades subvencionadas y sus características como beneficiario, de conformidad con el artículo 42 y siguientes del Real Decreto 88/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 11 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 25 de diciembre, texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de las Illes Balears, el Grup Esportiu Espalmador está sujeto, entre otras, a las siguientes obligaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Llevar a cabo actividades o la inversión o adoptar el comportamiento que fomente la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Presentar antes del 31 de enero de 2022 los documentos que acrediten la justificación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación llevadas a cabo por los organismos competentes en cualquier momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Notificar al CIF cualquier modificación que se pretenda realizar en la contratación de los trabajadores, inicialmente presentada, en relación con las actuaciones subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dejar constancia de la percepción y la aplicación de la subvención en los libros de contabilidad o en los libros de registro que el beneficiario debe llevar de acuerdo con la legislación mercantil o fiscal que sea aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos recibidos, mientras que pueden ser objeto de actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reintegrar los fondos recibidos en los casos previstos en el artículo 44 de esta Ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7) Justificación de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Grup Esportiu Espalmador de Formentera presentará en el registro general de entrada del CIF, ubicado en la OAC, dirigido al Área de Deportes de este Consell, antes del 31 de enero de 2022 la memoria justificativa simplificada del 100% del gasto realizado por la contratación del personal para llevar a cabo las actividades de la Escuela Municipal de Atletismo. El técnico del área de Deportes del Consell de Formentera tendrá que emitir un informe que confirme que efectivamente se ha realizado este gasto y que todo está correcto para cerrar el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Acreditación de estar al corriente de pago con todas las obligaciones tributarias y delante de la Seguridad Social, o autorización a favor del CIF, para que pueda solicitar los certificados necesarios al Ministerio de Economía y Hacienda y al Departamento de Economía y Hacienda de la Comunidad Balear.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Presupuesto de ingresos y gastos realizados, en el que se deberá incluir la cuenta justificativa de gastos que de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 72 del Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, General de Subvenciones, que contendrá la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una relación clasificada de los gastos, con identificación del acreedor y del documento que acredite los gastos, su fecha de emisión, su importe y su fecha de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una relación detallada de otros ingresos o subsidios que hayan financiado actuaciones del programa, indicando su importe y su procedencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una memoria justificativa de la realización de las actividades realizadas entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre de 2021. Esta memoria constará de información textual del evento, y si es necesario, fotografías, carteles publicitarios, recortes de prensa y cualquier otra información que el Grup Esportiu Espalmador considere oportuna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8) Reintegro de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se establece la obligación por parte del Grup Esportiu Espalmador de Formentera de reintegrar los fondos en caso de incumplimiento de los requisitos y obligaciones establecidos por la concesión, y en todo caso, en los casos regulados en el artículo 44 del decreto ley 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, texto refundido de la ley de subvenciones de la Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Además, el CIF se reserva el derecho de disminuir proporcionalmente su aportación, en caso de incumplimiento parcial del Convenio, o bien, en el caso de que los gastos justificados no alcancen al total de los gastos presupuestados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9) Concordancia con otras subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Grup Esportiu Espalmador deberá de informar al Consell Insular de Formentera, a través del órgano competente en la materia, de la subvención o subvenciones que reciba para la misma finalidad. En esta comunicación, se hará constar los dineros obtenidos, así como todas las condiciones aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En ningún caso el importe total de las subvenciones podrá superar el coste de la actividad, ya que, si es así, la subvención concedida por esta Corporación se reducirá de manera proporcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;10) Vigencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Este convenio está en vigor desde el día de su firma hasta el 31 de enero de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Este convenio podrá resolverse, con una audiencia previa de las partes, entre otras, por las causas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El mutuo acuerdo entre las partes, que debe formalizarse por escrito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El incumplimiento de las normativas de aplicación y/o de los pactos establecidos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No llevar a cabo la prestación de las actividades objeto del presente convenio. En el caso de que la resolución del convenio fuera por incumplimiento por parte del Grup Esportiu Espalmador, éste deberá reintegrar la totalidad de las cantidades económicas recibidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11) Procedimiento de otorgamiento de la subvención y naturaleza de este convenio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El presente convenio tiene naturaleza administrativa y constituye el instrumento a través del cual se canaliza una subvención por el procedimiento de concesión directa previsto en el artículo 7.1 c) del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, Del 28 de diciembre, el texto refundido de la ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears, y en el artículo 22.2 c) de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, para que acrediten razones de interés público, social, económico o humanitario que dificulten su convocatoria pública, de acuerdo con los informes que consten en el Área de Deportes del Consell de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12) Normativa de aplicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el no previsto en el presente convenio, será necesario ajustarse a lo dispuesto en las bases de ejecución del presupuesto general del Consell Insular de Formentera para 2021, al Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de las Illes Balears, a la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones y al Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones y el &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;presupuesto vigente del Consell Insular de Formentera para 2021, de acuerdo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;con lo que establece el artículo8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y los artículos 10 y siguientes de su Reglamento, así como, de acuerdo a lo establecido en el artículo 6 y concordantes del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aplicable a la Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta subvención nominativa pertenece al Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones 2020-2021, aprobado por el BOIB 4, de 9 de enero de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Y en prueba de conformidad, ambas partes firman este acuerdo de colaboración por duplicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
