&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por la presente, y en ejercicio de la competencia propia de desarrollo económico local que tiene encomendada el Ayuntamiento de Deià, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 29.2 t de la Ley 20/2006,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;convocar las Ayudas del Ayuntamiento de Deià destinadas a autónomos y PYMEs para paliar los efectos económicos derivados de la crisis sanitaria provocada por la COVID19, con su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;lles Balear&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s, además del tablón de anuncios, la página web y las redes sociales del Ayuntamiento de Deià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Convocatoria de mayo de 2021&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EXPOSICIÓN DE &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MOTIVOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Como consecuencia de la emergencia de salud pública ocasionada por la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;COVID&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-19, desde que el Gobierno de España declaró el Estado de Alarma en todo el territorio del Estado mediante el Real Decreto 463/2020, de 14 de marzo, el impacto económico que ha tenido y tiene esta situación de excepcionalidad en amplios sectores de nuestra economía obliga a esta Administración, en el ámbito de sus competencias, a adoptar las correspondientes medidas para paliar los efectos de esta crisis en nuestro pueblo y adoptar las correspondientes medidas de estímulo de la economía local, adaptándonos al tejido empresarial local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es por eso que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; nuevo establecemos una línea de ayudas directas a los empresarios y autónomos del municipio de Deià que puedan ser beneficiarios de conformidad con lo dispuesto en las presentes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;bases para la concesión de ayudas directas a empresarios y autónomos como consecuencia de la crisis sanitaria ocasionada por la &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;COVID&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-19&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para ello se cuenta con la ayuda del Govern de las Illes Balearss, que dentro del Pacto de Reactivación Económica y Social, ha aportado al Ayuntamiento de Deià 7.736,91 € para paliar los efectos económicos derivados de las restricciones adoptadas para detener la expansión de la crisis sanitaria provocada por la COVID-19. También se cuenta con la ayuda del Consell de Mallorca, que a través de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Convocatoria de subvenciones 2021 del Consejo de Mallorca dirigida a los ayuntamientos de Mallorca para paliar las consecuencias de las restricciones motivadas por la crisis sanitaria de la COVID-19 en los sectores económicos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; ha otorgado al Ayuntamiento de Deià 7.736,91 € con la misma finalidad. Estas cantidades se suman a los 20.536,50 € que aporta el Ayuntamiento de Deià de fondos propios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Deià sacará, en la medida que sigan las consecuencias derivadas de esta crisis, nuevas convocatorias a lo largo de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERA.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OBJETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Con esta subvención se pretende otorgar liquidez a las empresas de Deià para contribuir a facilitar el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones empresariales, mantenimiento de la actividad y trabajo y compensar, en cierta medida, la reducción de ingresos que han sufrido. Con ello se pretende proteger el interés general de las deianenques y los deianencs, dando apoyo a las personas autónomas, microempresas y pequeñas empresas para contribuir a una reactivación de la economía deianenca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;S&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EGUNDA.- RÉGIMEN JURÍDICO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Deià tiene, como competencia propia, la de desarrollo económico local, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 29.2 t de la Ley 20/2006.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La concesión de la presente subvención está sometida a lo dispuesto en el Reglamento municipal regulador de Subvenciones, adoptado en sesión plenaria del día 10 de noviembre de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Asimismo, será de aplicación la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones; el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, los arts. 25 y 72 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local y el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERA.- CRÉDITOS PRESUPUESTARIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta convocatoria de subvenciones cuenta con el presupuesto máximo siguiente: &lt;strong&gt;36.010,32 euros&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las obligaciones económicas derivadas de la concesión de subvenciones de esta convocatoria van a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 479.00 / 430 &lt;em&gt;Ayudas dinamización, desestacionalización y diversificación económicas&lt;/em&gt; del presupuesto de este Ayuntamiento para el año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTA.- LÍNEA DE AYUDAS Y CANTIDAD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los beneficiarios de las ayudas que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en la presente convocatoria recibirán una ayuda fija la cuantía dependerá de cuál de las siguientes situaciones se hubiera encontrado durante el estado de alarma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A. Bares, restaurantes, cafeterías y análogos, afectadas por la obligación de cierre por el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Decreto 2/2021, de 11 de enero, de la Presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se adoptan medidas temporales y excepcionales por razón de salud pública para la contención de la &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;COVID&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-19 en las islas de Mallorca y de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Eivissa&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, al amparo de la declaración del estado de alarma y siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.000,00 euros&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;B. Tiendas, farmacias, establecimientos hoteleros y análogos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.000,00 euros&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C. Resto de actividades económicas que hayan sufrido una disminución de ingresos en los meses de enero, febrero y marzo de 2021 igual o superior al 50% respecto a los mismos meses de 2019: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;500,00 euros&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si las solicitudes válidas con derecho a recibir la subvención superaran la suma total de las ayudas, la Comisión Evaluadora podrá formular, con el objetivo de atender todas las solicitudes presentadas que cumplan los requisitos, una Propuesta de Resolución que incluya el prorrateo proporcional entre todas ellas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En caso de que hubiera presupuesto suficiente para atender a todas las solicitudes válidas y, además, existe un cantidad sobrante, la Comisión Evaluadora podrá proponer una Propuesta de Resolución que incluya un aumento proporcional y equitativo de las cantidades a percibir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.- BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Podrán ser beneficiarios de estas ayudas, en los términos y requisitos establecidos en estas bases, las microempresas, pequeñas empresas y autónomos que ejerzan su actividad en el municipio de Deià mediante establecimiento físico y / o que tengan su domicilio social y fiscal en Deià y que cumplan con los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Estar al corriente de sus obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social, incluidas las de la Hacienda Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- No encontrarse incurso en ninguna de las prohibiciones previstas en los apartados 2 y 3 del art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PLAZOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes será el que se indica a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud, junto con la documentación exigida, será de &lt;strong&gt;20 días naturales a partir de la publicación del extracto de las bases en el BOIB&lt;/strong&gt; y en el Portal Web del Ayuntamiento de Deià. En caso de que el último día sea inhábil, el plazo se prorrogará hasta el siguiente día hábil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud de subvención fuera del plazo establecido y la falta de presentación de la documentación exigida en estas bases será causa de inadmisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.- COMISIÓN EVALUADORA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comisión Evaluadora estará formada por la alcaldía y la secretaría-intervención del Ayuntamiento de Deià. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OCTAVA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.- PROCEDIMIENTO Y RESOLUCIÓN &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La subvención se concederá a las solicitudes que reúnan todos los requisitos establecidos en las presentes bases que rigen la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación, la Comisión Evaluadora comprobará las solicitudes y requerirá las enmiendas o la resolución de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cualquier duda&lt;/span&gt; que le surja respecto de las solicitudes presentadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si del examen de la solicitud por la Comisión Evaluadora se comprueba que no reúne los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 66 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y / o que no aporta la totalidad de la documentación requerida en esta convocatoria, se requerirá, sobre la base del art. 23.5 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, en la Entidad solicitante, o en su caso la designada como responsable, para que subsane la falta o aporte los documentos preceptivos, en un plazo de &lt;strong&gt;diez días&lt;/strong&gt; hábiles contados a partir del día siguiente al requerimiento, con la indicación de que, si así no lo hiciera, se le tendrá por desistido de su petición, previa resolución que deberá ser dictada en los términos previstos en el artículo 21 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Además, se realizarán de oficio cuantas actuaciones estimen necesarias y convenientes para la determinación, conocimiento y comprobación de los datos que figuran en las solicitudes en virtud de las cuales se deberán valorar las mismas para la resolución del expediente de concesión de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Transcurrido el plazo de los diez días hábiles para subsanar o aportar nueva documentación, la Comisión Evaluadora, una vez comprobado qué solicitudes reúnen los requisitos establecidos en la presente convocatoria, elevará informe al órgano competente para su resolución y que corresponde al Alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo máximo para resolver y notificar el acuerdo será de dos meses desde la finalización del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes. Este acuerdo pondrá fin a la vía administrativa y se podrá interponer contra dicha resolución recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes, ante el mismo órgano que dictó la resolución, o bien recurrir directamente ante la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa en la forma y plazos establecidos en la Ley reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.- DOCUMENTACIÓN &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NECESARIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Documento bancario que acredite el número y la titularidad de la cuenta corriente donde efectuar el ingreso de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Certificado de situación censal de la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Deià podrá requerir en cualquiera de los momentos de tramitación de las solicitudes de los documentos que considere necesarios para garantizar la correcta adjudicación de la ayuda, según los criterios de evaluación establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENA.- COMPATIBILI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DAD CON OTRAS SUBVENCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las subvenciones concedidas al amparo de esta convocatoria serán compatibles con otras ayudas, subvenciones o recursos destinados a la misma finalidad, procedentes de cualquier otra Administración o entes públicos o privados, nacionales, de la Unión Europea o de organismos internacional, siempre y cuando no lo indiquen las bases de aquellas ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
