text/html 2021-05-06 150894 2021-05-04 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">En relación con el asunto de referencia, y de acuerdo con lo establecido en el </span><span style="color:#000000">artículo 24.3 del RDL 1/2016, de 16 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de prevención y control integrados de la contaminación, se publica el Acuerd</span><span style="color:#000000">o del Pleno de la CMAIB, en sesión de 18 de marzo de 2021,</span></span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">CONSIDERANDO</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Que TIRME SA ha solicitado una modificación de la AAI consistente en la actualización de la AAI.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Que la documentación aportada justifica que se trata de una modificación no sustancial, en cumplimiento del art. 14 del RD 815/2013.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Que los informes recibidos de la Dirección Insular de Residuos del Departamento de Sostenibilidad y Medio Ambiente del Consell Insular de Mallorca, de la Sección de Contaminación Atmosférica y del Servicio de Estudios y Planificación de la DG de Recursos Hídricos son favorables.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Que el informe recibido del Servicio de Residuos y Suelos Contaminados es favorable excepto de la solicitud de inclusión a la AAI del digest generado durante la fase de metanización y que posteriormente tiene entrada en la fase de compostaje.</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">ACUERDA</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primero</strong>.- Informar desfavorablemente la solicitud de inclusión a la AAI del digest generado durante la fase de metanización.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segundo</strong>.- Otorgar la modificación no sustancial de la autorización ambiental integrada de la planta de metanización y compostaje de Can Canut, promovida por TIRME SA, consistente en la actualización de la autorización con las condiciones de explotación, capacidad y procesos indicados en el proyecto técnico que acompaña la solicitud y con sujeción a las siguientes condiciones y/o modificaciones:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En su punto 1</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Donde dice:</span></strong></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">-Planta de Compostaje que ocupa una superficie de 37.089 m² y consta de la nave de túneles de maduración y la nave de afino-tambores. (rendimiento de 15 m³/h).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El producto de la estación depuradora se acumulará en un depósito de 300 m³, que posteriormente será bombeado a la instalación de cloración existente para desinfectar el agua que se reutilizará a las instalaciones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las aguas depuradas se reutilizarán como aguas de limpieza de las instalaciones del área de Can Canut (planta de metanización, compostaje y planta de envases). El agua depurada excedente se verterá en la red de saneamiento.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Parte del concentrado obtenido en la depuradora será recirculado en el reactor DN y el resto se almacenará en un depósito de barros que dispone de sonda de nivel para un posterior tratamiento en las instalaciones existentes. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">La planta constará de un depósito de reactivo de hidróxido sódico al 30% para la regulación de la alcalinidad. El depósito tendrá que disponer de doble pared con alarma de sistema de detección de fugas o cubeta de retención, y su instalación se tendrá que tramitar con la Dirección General de Política Industrial.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">En el apartado 8.
