    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 10.1 &lt;em&gt;j &lt;/em&gt;de la Ley 14/2006, de 17 de octubre, del deporte de las Illes Balears, establece que corresponde a la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, en el ejercicio de sus competencias, fomentar el deporte de alto nivel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El artículo 2.1 &lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt; de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, de 12 de febrero de 2021, por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrero de 2021), establece que son susceptibles de ayudas el apoyo a los clubs deportivos y los programas de fomento del deporte de alto nivel. Por otra parte, el artículo 5.1 de la misma Orden establece que las convocatorias que se dicten al amparo de estas bases se deben aprobar por resolución del consejero competente en materia de Asuntos Sociales y deportes y se tienen que publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Acuerdo de Consejo de Gobierno, de 9 de marzo de 2018, por el que se aprueba el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020 (BOIB núm. 31, de 10 de marzo de 2018) prevé, en la línea III.6.4, las ayudas a los clubs deportivos baleares con equipos de deportes colectivos e individuales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El acuerdo de Consejo de Gobierno, de 25 de enero de 2021, prorroga la vigencia del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020 (BOIB núm. 11, de 26 de enero 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 15 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El artículo 5.1 de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, de 12 de febrero de 2021, por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Informe favorable del Servicio Jurídico de la Consejería de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de 23/03/2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Informe favorable de fecha 6/4/2021 de fiscalización previa limitada de la Intervención General de la Comunidad Autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, y en uso de las facultades que me atribuye la Ley 1/2019, de 31 de enero, del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria de ayudas a los clubs deportivos de las Illes Balears con equipos de deportes individuales y colectivos que participen en competiciones de categoría nacional, para ayudarlos a cumplir las medidas previstas como consecuencia del COVID19, que figura en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las subvenciones otorgadas por la Consejería de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes quedan reguladas fundamentalmente, según la legislación básica establecida por la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y con las modificaciones introducidas en materia de subvenciones por la Ley 14/2011, de 1 de junio, de la ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación (BOE núm. 131, de 2011), el Real decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, &lt;/span&gt;la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, de 12 de febrero de 2021, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrero de 2021)&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; y por la Instrucción 3/2007 de la Intervención General de la CAIB, de justificación de expedientes de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución –que agota la vía administrativa– se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se puede interponer un recurso contencioso administrativo ante de la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a partir del día siguiente que se haya publicado esta Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.1 El objeto de la convocatoria es dar apoyo a los clubs deportivos de las Illes Balears con equipos de deportes individuales y colectivos que participen en competiciones de categoría nacional durante la temporada deportiva 2020-2021, para ayudarlos a cumplir las medidas previstas como consecuencia del COVID19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A efectos de esta convocatoria se consideran deportes individuales los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Ajedrez&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Atletismo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Bádminton&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Billar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Bolos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Gimnasia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Natación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Pádel&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Petanca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Tenis mesa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Tiro con arco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Y son deportes colectivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Balonmano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Fútbol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Fútbol americano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Fútbol sala&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Hockey línea&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Rugby&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Voleibol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Waterpolo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2 Las competiciones de categoría nacional han cumplir las condiciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Deben figurar en los calendarios de competiciones oficiales de las federaciones nacionales correspondientes. En el caso específico de deportes colectivos tiene que tratarse de ligas regulares, play-off, copas o ligas internacionales de máxima categoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• En competiciones de categoría absoluta se considerará un máximo de tres categorías nacionales por modalidad deportiva y sexo, sin contabilizar las competiciones profesionales reconocidas por el CSD (primera y segunda división de fútbol y primera de baloncesto). En el caso de juveniles de fútbol y fútbol sala solo se considerará la máxima categoría de competición nacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Deben implicar enfrentamientos con equipos de otras comunidades autónomas diferentes a las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Tienen que tener lugar entre el 1 de agosto de 2020 y el 15 agosto de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Han ser competiciones en las cuales se participe por haber conseguido el acceso mediante pruebas clasificatorias o la participación en otras competiciones que regulen los ascensos o descensos de categoría nacional; por lo tanto, quedan excluidas las competiciones tipo “open”, abiertas a cualquier equipo sin necesidad de una clasificación previa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Participación en Play off (ganador) o Play off de ascenso:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:108%"&gt;- Play off al título de las tres categorías previstas en el punto 1.3 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:108%"&gt;- Fase de ascenso a la primera y segunda categoría de las previstas en el punto 1.3 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:108%"&gt;- Copa del Rey o de la Reina (o denominación equivalente según la categoría) de las tres categorías previstas en el punto 1.3 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:108%"&gt;• Participación en ligas internacionales: solo equipos de máxima categoría absoluta, en las cuales el derecho de participación sea consecuencia directa de la clasificación obtenida en la temporada anterior o en la liga regular, play-off o copa nacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.3 Las categorías nacionales objeto de subvención son las siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* Las categorías de fútbol masculino (1ª división y 2ª división A) y de baloncesto masculino (ACB) no son objeto de esta subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1 Pueden ser beneficiarios de estas subvenciones los clubs deportivos regulados por el título V, capítulo I, de la Ley 14/2006, de 17 de octubre, del deporte de las Illes Balears, y por el Decreto 147/1997, de 21 de noviembre, por el cual se regulan la constitución y el funcionamiento de los clubs deportivos, modificado por el Decreto 214/1999, de 1 de octubre, inscritos en el Registro de Entidades Deportivas de las Illes Balears, que acrediten la participación de alguno de sus equipos a la competición federativa de categoría nacional previstas en la tabla del punto anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.2 Quedan excluidos de esta convocatoria aquellos clubs con equipos que durante la temporada 2020-2021 sean sociedades anónimas deportivas (SAD).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Régimen de compatibilidad con otras ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.1 Como regla general, las ayudas que se concedan son compatibles con otras ayudas o subvenciones, independientemente de su naturaleza y de la entidad que los conceda, siempre que, aislada o conjuntamente, no superen el coste total de la actividad objeto de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Gastos subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Gastos de adquisición de material de protección: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;i. Mascarillas auto filtrado FFP2 (UNE-EN 149). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ii. Mascarillas quirúrgicas (UNE-EN 140). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;iii. Guantes de protección. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;iv. Solución hidroalcohólica de manos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;v. Alfombras desinfectantes para el calzado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Gastos de material sanitario y prestación de servicios de controles médicos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;i. Adquisición de termómetros digitales de toma de la temperatura externa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ii. Prueba rápida de detección de antígenos (Antigen Rapid diagnostic test, Ag-RDT).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;iii. Prueba para detección de ARN viral mediante RT-PCR o una técnica molecular equivalente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;iv. Prueba serológica de antígenos.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Importe máximo y crédito presupuestario&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.1 La Consejería de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes destina a esta convocatoria 220.000,00€ con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 17601.413G01.48000.00 de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears del año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.2 En caso de querer aumentar la dotación de la partida presupuestaria o modificar la partida a la cual se imputa esta convocatoria, se deberá realizar mediante una resolución de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Solicitud y documentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.1 El beneficiario de la ayuda es el encargado de realizar los trámites necesarios para presentar la solicitud, junto con la documentación exigida, dentro del plazo establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.2 Las solicitudes, según el modelo de impreso normalizado, deben ir dirigidas a la Consejería de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.3 El impreso normalizado de solicitud y los diferentes anexos necesarios para solicitar la subvención se pueden conseguir por Internet, en la página web de la Dirección General de Deportes (&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;http://esports.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.4 Las solicitudes se presentarán en los plazos fijados en el apartado séptimo de esta Resolución. Las personas interesadas deben presentar las solicitudes de forma electrónica mediante el Registro Electrónico Común (REC), y acompañando la solicitud específica del procedimiento que estará disponible en la Sede Electrónica de esta Administración, firmada electrónicamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de presentarse de manera presencial, la Administración, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 68.4 de la Ley 39/2015, les requerirá para que la realicen en la forma indicada anteriormente. A estos efectos, se considerará como fecha de presentación de la solicitud aquella en que se haya llevado a cabo la enmienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.5 Documentación que se tiene que aportar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Impreso de solicitud rellenado y firmado adecuadamente, en el que consten los datos del beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Fotocopia de la tarjeta de identificación fiscal de la entidad y fotocopia del DNI de la persona firmante de la solicitud, junto con la documentación que acredite la representación en que actúa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Declaración responsable de la entidad que acredite que no se encuentra incluida en ninguno de los supuestos de prohibición o de incompatibilidad para ser beneficiaria de la subvención, de conformidad con la normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) En caso de que no sean perceptores de la Comunidad Autónoma, una declaración responsable de veracidad de los datos bancarios aportados, como prevé el Decreto 6/2013, de 17 de febrero, de medidas de simplificación documental de los procedimientos administrativos, o un documento bancario que acredite la titularidad de la cuenta. El impreso normalizado de la declaración responsable se podrá obtener en la sede o en la página web de la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Declaración responsable de todas las ayudas y subvenciones solicitadas o concedidas por cualquier institución, pública o privada, nacional o extranjera, relacionadas con la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Certificado de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. Este certificado se adjuntará de oficio por el órgano instructor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Certificados de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con la Hacienda del Estado y con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h) Declaración responsable referente al cumplimiento de las obligaciones impuestas por el artículo 17 de la Orden de bases y en el punto 16 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;i) Declaración responsable de no haber sido sancionadas o condenadas en los últimos tres años por haber ejercido o tolerado prácticas laborales consideradas discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género, sancionadas por resolución administrativa firme o condenadas por sentencia judicial firme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;j) Certificado negativo de delitos sexuales, tal y como establece el artículo 1.8 de la Ley 26/2015, de 28 de julio, de modificación del sistema de protección a la infancia y la adolescencia de todo el personal técnico deportivo al servicio del perceptor de la aportación, del que se presentan facturas por razón del trabajo realizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.6 Documentación a aportar por las ayudas relativas a los gastos de adquisición de material protector, sanitario y prestación de servicios de controles médicos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Memoria explicativa de las medidas sanitarias tomadas y ejecutadas durante los entrenamientos y la competición de la temporada 2020-2021, donde se indiquen: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;i. Relación de jornadas de competición oficial, así como el número de entrenamientos a realizar por cada jornada oficial, con indicación del número de deportistas y técnicos que han asistido. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ii. Relación del material de protección entregado a cada uno de los deportistas y técnicos por día de entrenamiento y jornada oficial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;iii. Relación de pruebas de detección del COVID19 a cada uno de los deportistas y técnicos por cada jornada oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Presupuesto de los gastos de adquisición del material de protección, sanitario y de prestación de servicios de controles médicos (temporada 2020-2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.7 En el modelo normalizado de solicitud de subvención que se pone a disposición de los interesados se prevé la autorización al órgano gestor de las ayudas para que lleve a cabo las actuaciones necesarias para la comprobación de los datos relativos al cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias con el Estado y con la Seguridad Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que la entidad solicitante deniegue de manera expresa esta autorización, tiene que presentar, junto con la solicitud, una declaración responsable de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con el Estado y con la Seguridad Social, o bien los correspondientes certificados acreditativos de estas circunstancias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el caso que la Dirección General de Deportes, por causas ajenas a su voluntad, no pueda conseguir los documentos mencionados, requerirá la persona o la entidad solicitante que los aporte en el plazo de 10 días hábiles, siempre con anterioridad a la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.8 La Dirección General de Deportes, en cualquier momento, puede solicitar a los interesados la documentación y la información complementaria que considere necesaria para resolver el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.9 Si la documentación aportada no cumple los requisitos exigidos, se tiene que requerir la entidad interesada para que, en el plazo de diez días hábiles, subsane la carencia o adjunte los documentos preceptivos, con la advertencia que, en caso de que no lo haga, se considerará que desiste de la solicitud y se archivará el expediente sin más trámite, con la correspondiente resolución previa que se tiene que dictar en los términos previstos en el artículo 21.1 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.10 El incumplimiento de los requisitos o del plazo de presentación de solicitudes establecidas en esta convocatoria implica la inadmisión de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.11 La inexactitud, falsedad u omisión de carácter esencial en cualquier dato o documento que acompañe estas declaraciones deja sin efecto este trámite, desde el momento en que se conozcan y con audiencia previa a la persona interesada. En consecuencia, comportan la inadmisión de la solicitud de subvención, sin perjuicio que puedan ser causa de revocación de la subvención, si se conocen con posterioridad a la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con la firma de las declaraciones responsables, la persona firmante da su consentimiento para la realización de las verificaciones oportunas, desde la finalización del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes de subvención y hasta el cumplimiento por parte de la persona beneficiaria de la obligación de justificación de manera completa y correcta, y manifiesta, bajo su responsabilidad, que cumple los requisitos establecidos y que dispone de la documentación que lo acredita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Plazo para presentar las solicitudes &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes es de veinte (20) días hábiles contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Competencia y resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.1 La Dirección General de Deportes es el órgano competente para instruir el procedimiento, para tramitar los expedientes y tiene que hacer de oficio todas las actuaciones que considere necesarias para determinar, conocer y comprobar los datos en virtud de los cuales se tiene que pronunciar la Comisión Evaluadora. Ésta debe emitir un informe que sirva de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución. En dicho informe, la Comisión Evaluadora debe establecer la relación ordenada por puntuación de las posibles entidades beneficiarias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.2 El órgano instructor puede pedir al solicitante la modificación o mejora voluntarias de los términos de la solicitud. En este caso, se levantará acta sucinta, que se incorporará al procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.3 En todo caso, el órgano instructor puede proponer la mejora de la solicitud y, en particular, la modificación del presupuesto presentado por la persona solicitante o las condiciones y la forma de realización de la actividad propuesta por él, siempre que ello no perjudique terceras personas. En estos casos, se debe pedir la conformidad de la persona solicitante, la cual se ha de entender otorgada si la propuesta formulada por el órgano instructor explicita claramente las modificaciones correspondientes y la persona solicitante no manifiesta oposición, por escrito, en un plazo de quince días. En cualquier otro caso, la solicitud se mantendrá en los términos expresados por la persona solicitante en su escrito inicial, sin perjuicio de las correcciones que, en su caso, se desprendan del escrito de oposición que presente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.4 Sin perjuicio de lo previsto en el apartado anterior, la persona solicitante también puede modificar por sí misma la solicitud en los casos y de acuerdo con las condiciones que establece el artículo 16.3 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.5 Si el procedimiento de concesión se paraliza por cualquier causa imputable a la entidad solicitante de la subvención, la Dirección General de Deportes le advertirá que en el plazo de 15 días hábiles se producirá la caducidad. Si finaliza este plazo y la entidad solicitante no ha llevado a cabo las actividades necesarias para reanudar la tramitación, la Dirección General de Deportes propondrá a la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes para resolver el archivo de las actuaciones y, una vez dictada la resolución correspondiente, será notificada a la entidad interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.6 El director general de Deportes tiene que emitir las propuestas de resolución de concesión o denegación de las ayudas, las cuales han contener la relación de los beneficiarios propuestos por la Comisión Evaluadora para otorgar la subvención, así como las solicitudes excluidas con el motivo de la exclusión. La propuesta de resolución del Director General de Deportes contendrá todos los aspectos previstos en el artículo 16.4 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, y en el artículo 14.1 de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, de 12 de febrero de 2021, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez notificadas las propuestas de resolución, las entidades beneficiarias deben comunicar al órgano instructor la aceptación o renuncia de la propuesta en el plazo de 5 días hábiles. En todo caso, se considera que la entidad beneficiaria acepta la propuesta de resolución si no manifiesta lo contrario en un plazo de 5 días hábiles, a contar a partir del día siguiente de haberse notificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.7 La resolución expresa de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes finaliza el procedimiento de concesión de la subvención. Esta resolución incluirá todos los aspectos previstos en el artículo 14.1 de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, de 12 de febrero de 2021, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrero de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las resoluciones dictadas en este procedimiento, que agotan la vía administrativa, se deben notificar individualmente a cada entidad interesada, de acuerdo con el artículo 42 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre; deben estar motivadas y tienen que fijar, en caso de concesión, la cuantía individual de la subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.8 El plazo máximo para resolver el procedimiento y notificar las resoluciones es de 6 meses, desde la finalización del periodo de presentación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Comisión Evaluadora para la línea de subvenciones para las inscripciones en competiciones oficiales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.1 De conformidad con el artículo 12 de la Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, de 12 de febrero de 2021, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrero de 2021), se constituye la Comisión Evaluadora, compuesta por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Presidente: el jefe del Servicio de Planificación y Formación de la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Secretaria: la jefa de la Sección VI de la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Vocales: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los jefes de Sección II i VI de la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Una funcionaria técnico superior de la Dirección General de Deportes nombrada por el director general de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.2 Las funciones de la Comisión Evaluadora son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Examinar las solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Emitir el informe que tiene que servir de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución que tiene que formular la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las decisiones de la Comisión se han tomar por mayoría simple y, en caso de empate, el presidente tiene voto de calidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.3 Comisión técnica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.3.1 Por criterios deportivos y técnicos, y de conformidad con el artículo 12.3 de la Orden del de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, de 12 de febrero de 2021, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrero de 2021), se constituye la Comisión Técnica, compuesta por el jefe de Negociado XIV y dos técnicas superiores de la Dirección General de Deportes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.3.2 Las funciones de la Comisión Técnica son: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Evaluar las solicitudes presentadas, de acuerdo con los criterios de evaluación establecidos en el punto 10. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Determinar si el material de protección, sanitario y de prestación de servicios presentado al presupuesto de los proyectos cumple las condiciones para ser subvencionado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Emitir el informe técnico que debe servir de base a la Comisión Evaluadora para que ésta emita el informe que debe servir de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución que debe formular la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Criterios y baremos para evaluar las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:108%"&gt;10.1 En aplicación del artículo 11.1 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de hombres y mujeres, los baremos para evaluar las solicitudes se aplicarán de la misma forma a los equipos masculinos y femeninos para conseguir una efectiva igualdad de género por parte de las entidades solicitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:108%"&gt;10.2 La selección de las entidades beneficiarias de las subvenciones a los clubs deportivos de las Illes Balears con equipos que participen en competiciones de categoría nacional para ayudarles a cumplir las medidas previstas como consecuencia del COVID19, se hará mediante el procedimiento de concurso. Se entiende por concurso el procedimiento en el que se conceden las ayudas mediante la comparación de las solicitudes presentadas, con el fin de establecer una prelación teniendo en cuenta los criterios de valoración fijados en estas bases, hasta obtener un número de puntos determinado. En ningún caso, el importe de las subvenciones concedidas puede superar el 100% del importe del proyecto presentado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:108%"&gt;Si como consecuencia de esta distribución quedase un remanente, se repartirá con el mismo sistema entre el resto de entidades beneficiarias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:108%"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:108%"&gt;10.3. Los baremos que se aplicarán para evaluar las solicitudes de subvención a los clubs deportivos de las Illes Balears, con equipos que participen en competiciones de categoría nacional para ayudarles a cumplir las medidas previstas consecuencia del COVID19, son los que indican a continuación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:108%"&gt;a) A los importes solicitados se aplicarán los siguientes parámetros limitadores:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a.1. Tipo de material o servicio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;b) Por cada euro del importe solicitado corregido se le otorgará un punto (1 punto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;10.4. Para el reparto de subvenciones se aplicará un sistema de reparto por puntuación. Para ello, se divide el importe especificado en la base 5.1 (220.000,00 €), entre la suma total de los importes solicitados, corregidos con los parámetros limitadores del apartado 10.3.a, por todos los solicitantes, que dará el valor del punto. La ayuda resultante será la obtenida de multiplicar el valor del punto por el número de puntos de cada solicitud. Si como consecuencia de esta distribución quedase un remanente, se repartirá con el mismo sistema entre el resto de entidades beneficiarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:108%"&gt;En ningún caso, el importe de las subvenciones concedidas puede superar el 100% del importe del proyecto presentado, ni del importe solicitado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:108%"&gt;En ningún caso, el valor punto puede ser superior a 1,00€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Justificación de actividades y pago de la ayuda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.1 El pago de la subvención únicamente se puede hacer efectivo una vez presentada toda la documentación conforme y completa, y una vez dictada la correspondiente resolución de otorgamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.2 Se consideran gastos subvencionables aquellos que, de manera indubitada, respondan a los gastos de adquisición de material protector, sanitario y de prestación de servicios de controles médicos del equipo beneficiario para participar en la categoría deportiva objeto de subvención, que se efectúen en el periodo comprendido entre el 1 de agosto de 2020 y el 15 de agosto de 2021 y que hayan sido efectivamente pagados en el mismo periodo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.3 Se entenderá justificada del todo la subvención otorgada con los documentos que se presentaron junto con la solicitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Copia compulsada de las facturas acreditativas de los gastos de adquisición de material protector, sanitario y de prestación de servicios de controles médicos, con la correspondiente acreditación del pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Acreditación del pago de la factura:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Pagada al contado. En la factura debe constar el nombre y apellidos, DNI y cargo de la persona que ha cobrado, firma y fecha de cobro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Pagada por transferencia bancaria. Se debe aportar copia de la transferencia bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• Si el pago ha sido practicado con tarjetas de crédito, es necesario entregar el recibo del pago y una copia del extracto bancario de la tarjeta donde figure el apunte del cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Ley 7/2012, de 29 de octubre, de modificación de la normativa tributaria y presupuestaria y de adecuación de la normativa financiera para la intensificación de las actuaciones en la prevención y lucha contra el fraude, establece que no se pueden pagar en efectivo las operaciones, en las que alguna de las partes intervinientes actúe en calidad de empresario o profesional, con un importe igual o superior a 2.500 euros o su contravalor en moneda extranjera. A efectos del cálculo de estas cuantías, se sumarán los importes de todas las operaciones o pagos en que se haya podido fraccionar la entrega de bienes o la prestación de servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se considerará efectivamente pagado el gasto, a efectos de considerarlo como subvencionable, con la cesión del derecho de cobro de la subvención a favor de los acreedores por razón del gasto efectuado o con la entrega a estos de un documento mercantil, garantizado por una entidad financiera o compañía de seguros, según el artículo 83.1 del Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La acreditación de los gastos también podrá efectuarse mediante facturas electrónicas, siempre que cumplan los requisitos exigidos para su aceptación en el ámbito tributario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Copia del acta de todos los partidos o de las pruebas deportivas o certificado de la federación deportiva correspondiente relativo a la participación o a la asistencia del deportista o club a la competición, así como de la asistencia de personal técnico (entrenadores, delegado de equipo, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Certificado emitido por la federación española o liga profesional correspondiente relativo a las ayudas y subvenciones solicitadas o concedidas para gastos de adquisición de material de protección, sanitario y de prestación de servicios de controles médicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.4 Si la documentación aportada para la justificación de la subvención no cumple los requisitos exigidos, se requerirá a la entidad interesada que, en el plazo de diez días hábiles, subsane la falta o acompañe los documentos preceptivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.5 Con carácter general, el importe de las subvenciones se abonará, una vez justificado el cumplimiento de la finalidad para la que fueron concedidas, a partir de lo que resulte de la liquidación de la justificación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.6 La justificación, la liquidación y el pago consiguiente se hará en un solo momento al acabar la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.7 La liquidación de la subvención se dictará y notificará en el plazo de nueve meses a contar desde la presentación de la justificación por el interesado o, en su caso, desde el día siguiente del plazo máximo para su presentación, sin perjuicio de que, previamente, se tenga que requerir al interesado para que la presente en un plazo adicional de quince días improrrogables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.8 Para el cómputo del plazo de nueve meses a que se refiere el párrafo anterior no se tendrán en cuenta los períodos de interrupción justificada de las actuaciones ni las dilaciones que puedan producirse por causas no imputables a la administración concedente, siempre que se documenten de forma adecuada haciendo constar los datos de inicio y finalización de cada período, por días naturales, y el motivo de la interrupción o de la dilación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.9 La liquidación de la subvención se dictará en el marco de las actuaciones de comprobación y constituye un presupuesto de la obligación de pago total que, en su caso, corresponda a favor de la persona interesada y con cargo administración concedente, así como, en su caso, del inicio por el órgano competente y a instancia del órgano gestor del procedimiento de revocación o de reintegro total o parcial de la subvención concedida y no justificada total o parcialmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.10 En todo caso, la liquidación de la subvención por el órgano gestor no impide ni afecta a la realización de otras actuaciones ulteriores de control interno o externo previstas en esta ley y en el resto de la legislación aplicable por parte de los órganos competentes en cada caso, con el alcance y las consecuencias jurídicas correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.11 El transcurso del plazo máximo para dictar y notificar la liquidación no impedirá que el órgano gestor la dicte y la notifique, salvo, en su caso, que antes de dictarse se hayan iniciado otras actuaciones de control por los órganos a que se refiere el apartado anterior o se haya iniciado un procedimiento de revocación o de reintegro de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.12 En todo caso, no serán exigibles los intereses moratorios que, en su caso, se devenguen entre el día siguiente al transcurso de este plazo máximo y el inicio de un procedimiento de reintegro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.13 Sin perjuicio del resto de supuestos a que se refiere el artículo 39.2 de la Ley general de subvenciones, cuando el interesado presente la justificación de la subvención en el plazo correspondiente, el cómputo del plazo de prescripción del derecho de la administración concedente a liquidar el eventual reintegro que, en su caso, corresponda se inicia al día siguiente de la notificación de la liquidación de la subvención o del transcurso del plazo máximo para dictarla y notificarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.14 Los beneficiarios están dispensados ​​de la obligación de presentar libros, registros y documentos de trascendencia contable o mercantil, sin perjuicio de los requerimientos que puedan hacer los órganos administrativos competentes para comprobar y controlar la aplicación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.15 Acreditación de pagos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con todas las facturas se deberá adjuntar su comprobante de pago que puede ser:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Recibo bancario: es el que emite la entidad bancaria al realizar el pago del recibo presentado por el proveedor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Hoja de transferencia con el nombre del beneficiario, número de la factura con coincidencia del importe transferido y el importe de la factura, sellado y fechado por la entidad bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Extracto bancario de la cuenta de la entidad donde figure el asiento con el importe coincidente con el importe y el nombre de la empresa a la que se le ha realizado el pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si el documento de pago no hace referencia a las facturas, deberá ir acompañado de la documentación complementaria que permita verificar la correspondencia entre gasto y pago, en los casos b y c.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el caso de pagos agrupados, es decir un solo pago o transferencia, para liquidar diferentes facturas será necesario que el recibo bancario o la orden de transferencia identifique el nombre del destinatario y el número de cada factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.16 Si la documentación aportada para la justificación de la subvención no cumple con los requisitos exigidos, se requerirá a la entidad interesada que, en el plazo de diez días hábiles, subsane la falta o acompañe los documentos preceptivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.17 No se entenderá totalmente justificada la aplicación de los fondos percibidos hasta que no se haya acreditado, como mínimo, el importe del proyecto de actuación que haya servido de base para conceder la ayuda. En todo caso, para determinar el coste elegible se tendrán en cuenta los parámetros limitadores previstos en las tablas del apartado 10.3 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.18 Si los proyectos para los que se soliciten las ayudas objeto de esta convocatoria obtienen ayudas o subvenciones de otras entidades públicas o privadas, el total de las ayudas en ningún caso puede superar el presupuesto del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.19 Sin embargo, las resoluciones de concesión podrán establecer condiciones concretas para justificar las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Plazo de justificar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El ultimo día para justificar estas subvenciones será día 31 de agosto de 2021 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Obligaciones de los beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Son obligaciones de las entidades beneficiarias de las ayudas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Comunicar, mediante un escrito dirigido a la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, la aceptación o renuncia de la propuesta de resolución de la subvención. En cualquier caso, la aceptación se entiende producida automáticamente si en el plazo de 5 días hábiles desde que se notifique la propuesta de resolución, no se hace constar lo contrario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Llevar a cabo la actividad que fundamenta la concesión de la ayuda en el plazo establecido y cumplir los requisitos y las condiciones que determinan la concesión de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Justificar la realización de la actividad objeto de la ayuda y también cumplir los requisitos y las condiciones que determinan la concesión de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control que correspondan de las administraciones autonómica, estatal y comunitaria, la Sindicatura de Cuentas y otros órganos de control externo, y también facilitar toda la información que estos les requieran con relación a las ayudas concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comunicar a la Dirección General de Deportes la obtención de subvenciones o ayudas para la misma finalidad, procedentes de cualquier administración o ente público o privado, nacional o internacional. Esta comunicación se deberá realizar en el plazo de tres días hábiles desde la solicitud o la obtención de la subvención concurrente y, en todo caso, antes de la justificación de la subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comunicar inmediatamente a la Dirección General de Deportes cualquier eventualidad que altere o dificulte gravemente el desarrollo del proyecto objeto de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comunicar por escrito de manera inmediata a la Dirección General de Deportes el cambio de titularidad de la plaza o cualquier incidencia que afecte a la titularidad de la plaza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No transmitir a terceros los derechos de la plaza que tiene durante la temporada deportiva en curso y por los cuales recibe la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias o de cualquier naturaleza, con el Estado, con la Seguridad Social y con la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Conservar los justificantes de los gastos correspondientes a la actividad subvencionada durante 5 años y ponerlos a disposición de la Consejería cuando ésta los solicite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Durante la temporada 2020-2021, el club se compromete a ofrecer la colaboración necesaria para que todos o algunos de sus deportistas y técnicos, si las obligaciones deportivas y personales se lo permiten, participen en el proyecto de comunicación del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, la Consejería de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes y la Dirección General de Deportes en recepciones, fiestas, actos benéficos, promociones, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las entidades que reciben subvenciones o ayudas de más de 100.000€ anuales, o más de 5.000€ anuales y cuando al menos el 40% de los ingresos proceda de subvenciones o ayudas públicas, están obligadas a hacer la publicidad prevista a la Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las entidades beneficiarias de estas subvenciones deben cumplir la obligación de hacer publicidad de la subvención obtenida en su portal de transparencia en el plazo máximo de 30 días desde la notificación de la concesión de la subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comunicar a la Dirección General de Deportes, en el plazo de 30 días hábiles desde la notificación de la concesión de la subvención, el “localizador uniforme de recursos” (URL: dirección formada de caracteres alfanuméricos que indica la localización del fichero o del directorio en internet y que permite su acceso) del portal de transparencia donde aparece la publicidad de la subvención obtenida, y en todo caso, antes de la justificación de la subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Revocación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se tiene que revocar la concesión de la subvención cuando, con posterioridad a la concesión válida y ajustada a derecho, la entidad beneficiaria incumple totalmente o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos contraídos a los cuales está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Reintegro&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;15.1 Como consecuencia de la revocación, se tiene que reintegrar totalmente o parcialmente el importe de la ayuda obtenida y, si corresponde, la exigencia del interés de demora, en los casos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) El incumplimiento de la finalidad para la cual se concedió la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) La obtención de la ayuda sin que se cumplan las condiciones requeridas para eso, o la alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para concederlo, siempre que sea por causas imputables a la entidad beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) El incumplimiento grave de la obligación de justificar la finalidad de los fondos percibidos en la forma y los plazos establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) La concurrencia de subvenciones incompatibles para la misma actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) La negativa a someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control previstas legalmente o la obstrucción injustificada de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Otros supuestos establecidos en las bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;15.2 Para el reintegro, se tiene que aplicar el procedimiento que determina a este efecto el artículo 44 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;15.3 Las cantidades reintegrables tienen la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y pueden ser exigidas por la vía de apremio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Régimen de infracciones y sanciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El incumplimiento de los requisitos que determina esta Resolución da lugar a aplicar el régimen de infracciones y sanciones establecidas legalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17. Inspección&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que dispone esta convocatoria, las ayudas que concede la Consejería de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes se deben someter a la inspección correspondiente según la normativa legal vigente de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18. Protección de datos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que el objeto de la subvención incluya el tratamiento de datos de carácter personal, los beneficiarios deben cumplir con la normativa correspondiente, adoptando e implementando las medidas de seguridad previstas por la Ley orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
