    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Al no haber podido ser notificado en el domicilio que consta en el Ayuntamiento y de conformidad con el artículo 44 de la ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones públicas, mediante el presente anuncio se pone en conocimiento de las asociaciones que se relacionan, la siguiente notificación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En fecha 20 de abril de 2021 por la Alcaldía-Presidencia se ha dictado decreto del siguiente tenor literal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Artículo 20 de la Ordenanza municipal de Participación Ciudadana establece la obligación que tienen las asociaciones de aportar información al ayuntamiento, alguna de ella con carácter anual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El incumplimiento de dicha obligación puede dar lugar al hecho de que la Alcaldía resuelva dar de baja la asociación en el Registro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con la finalidad&amp;nbsp; de mantener actualizados los datos del Registro de Asociaciones del Ajuntament de Calvià, en el que las asociaciones que se relacionan se encuentran inscritas, no se ha podido practicar la correspondiente notificación en el domicilio que consta en el Ayuntamiento y de conformidad con el artículo 44 de la ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones públicas, se ha efectuado mediante edicto publicado en el BOIB núm. 26 de fecha 23 de febrero de 2021, notificación en la que se solicitaba que de conformidad con lo establecido por el art. 20 de la Ordenanza municipal de Participación Ciudadana, cumplimentara la ficha que se acompañaba y se remitiera al Ajuntament de Calvià (por correo postal a Secretaría municipal. C/ Julià Bujosa Sans batle, núm. 1. CP 07184, Calvià o bien mediante un correo electrónico a secretaria@calvia.com) en el plazo máximo de quince días hábiles, señalándose a su vez que en caso de que en dicho plazo no se aportara la documentación, se iniciarían los trámites para dar de baja la asociación del Registro de Asociaciones municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que la documentación requerida no ha sido recibida en este Ayuntamiento, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 20 de la Ordenanza de Participación ciudadana, resuelvo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1º Dar de baja del Registro Municipal de Asociaciones a las siguientes asociaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;2º Dar cuenta de esta resolución al Pleno Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo que traslado a Vd. a los efectos que procedan, significándole que, contra la presente resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, cabe interponer, con carácter potestativo, recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el art. 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. El plazo para interponerlo es de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, no pudiendo, en este caso, interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que se haya resuelto expresamente el de reposición o se haya producido la desestimación presunta del mismo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El recurso de reposición deberá presentarse en el Registro General de este Ajuntament o en las dependencias y medios a que se refiere el art. 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015 antes citada, y se entenderá desestimado cuando no se resuelva y notifique en el plazo de un mes, a contar del día siguiente a su interposición, quedando en este caso expedita la vía contencioso-administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De no utilizar el recurso potestativo de reposición, cabe interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 123 anteriormente citado, y en los artículos 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/98, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa, ante los Juzgados de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de los de Palma de Mallorca en el plazo de &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;dos &lt;/span&gt;meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación. Ello sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso o acción que se estime pertinente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
