    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Instituto de Innovación Empresarial de las Illes Balears (IDI) es un ente con personalidad jurídica propia y diferenciada, adscrito a la Consejería de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El artículo 21.1 de la Ley 7/2010, de 21 de julio, del Sector Público Instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, establece que el nombramiento y cese de los titulares de la gerencia de las entidades del sector público instrumental, salvo los organismos autónomos, ha de realizarse de acuerdo con lo que establezcan la normativa aplicable y los estatutos de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El 20 de abril de 2021, el presidente del IDI dictó la Resolución de nombramiento de la señora Mariona Luis Tomás como directora gerente del Instituto de Innovación Empresarial de las Illes Balears (IDI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Asimismo, los nombramientos y ceses de estos órganos unipersonales de dirección, cuando no correspondan al Consejo de Gobierno, deben comunicarse a este órgano en el plazo máximo de siete días, y los acuerdos por los que el órgano se dé por enterado se publicarán en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; en el plazo máximo de diez días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Gobierno a propuesta del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática, en la sesión del día 3 de mayo de 2021, adoptó, entre otros, el Acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Darse por enterado del nombramiento de la señora Mariona Luis Tomás como directora gerente del Instituto de Innovación Empresarial de las Illes Balears (IDI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el presente acuerdo en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
