    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por el Pleno de la Corporación Municipal, reunido en sesión ordinaria día 29 de abril se aprobó el acuerdo siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«El Alcalde Presidente del excelentísimo Ayuntamiento de Andratx, por acuerdo del Pleno de la Corporación Municipal reunido en sesión extraordinaria día 15 de junio de 2019, en relación a los cargos con dedicaciones exclusivas y parciales, y las cuantías correspondientes (modificación de la base 47 del presupuesto vigente); tengo a bien a proponer al Pleno de la Corporación Municipal para su aprobación la moción siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Determinar la dedicación del dos regidores, según el cuadro siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar la base 47 de las de ejecución del presupuesto, para fijar las retribuciones correspondientes a dedicación exclusiva, dedicación parcial y la base 48, retribuciones meritadas por asistencias, quedando este con la redacción siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASE 47.- Gastos de personal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las dietas y las gratificaciones que reciben los miembros de la Corporación, quedarán establecidas en la misma cuantía que en el ejercicio 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las retribuciones de los miembros de la Corporación con dedicación serán las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los haberes y jornales correspondientes se librarán en doce partes y meses vencidos, excepto en los meses de junio y diciembre, que se librarán antes del comienzo de las Fiestas Patronales y de Navidad, respectivamente. El Jefe de la unidad de Personal acreditará que las personas comprendidas en las nóminas han prestado los servicios que se señalan y retribuyen y que todas las retribuciones se han calculado en conformidad con la normativa de aplicación y se han aplicado las retenciones correspondientes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Corresponde a la Alcaldia la asignación individual del complemento de productividad y de las gratificaciones. Las gratificaciones se abonarán previa acreditación de las horas realizadas fuera de la jornada por el responsable administrativo del Servicio con el visto bueno del regidor-delegado del área correspondiente. Previamente se tendrá que solicitar la RC de la previsión de las horas a realizar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. -&lt;/strong&gt; Que se publique el presente acuerdo de forma íntegra en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, desprendido de su aprobación inicial por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento, concediendo un plazo de 15 días hábiles para la presentación de alegaciones por los interesados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO. - &lt;/strong&gt;En caso de que no se presente ninguna alegación en el plazo mencionado anteriormente, el acuerdo se entenderá definitivamente aprobado. En caso contrario, el Pleno dispondrá de un mes para resolver las alegaciones presentadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
