&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«Modificación de la convocatoria para las ayudas extraordinarias al tejido productivo del municipio de Andratx para minimizar el impacto económico de la crisis socio-sanitaria derivada de la COVID-19, publicada en el BOIB el 10 de abril de 2021 con número 48.»&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En fecha 26 de marzo de 2021, por la Junta de Gobierno Local se aprobó la convocatoria de ayudas extraordinarias al tejido productivo del municipio de Andratx para minimizar el impacto económico de la crisis socio-sanitaria derivada de la COVID-19. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En fecha 10 de abril de 2021, se publicó en el BOIB número 48, la mencionada convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En fecha 26 de abril de 2021, se emitió por el regidor de Promoción Económica, Ferias y Mercados, Comercio e Informática, propuesta de inicio para modificar la convocatoria de ayudas extraordinarias al tejido productivo del municipio de Andratx. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En fecha 26 de abril de 2021, se emitió por la AODL, informe propuesta de modificación de las bases de la convocatoria de ayudas extraordinarias al tejido productivo del municipio de Andratx para minimizar el impacto económica de la crisis socio-sanitaria derivada de la COVID-19, publicadas el 10 de abril de 2021 con número 48 de BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En fecha 28 de abril de 2021, se emitió por los Servicios Jurídicos, informe propuesta del procedimiento a seguir y la legislación aplicable para la modificación de las citadas ayudas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo el expuesto anteriormente, se propone a la Junta de Gobierno Local la adopción del acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Modificar de oficio y aprobar, de acuerdo con la provisión del Regidor del Área y el informe de la AODL, en atención a los principios constitucionales de eficacia y eficiencia de la Administración, y a las potestades conferidas legalmente, la convocatoria para las ayudas extraordinarias al tejido productivo del municipio de Andratx para minimizar el impacto económico de la crisis socio-sanitaria derivada de la COVID-19, publicada en el BOIB el 10 de abril de 2021 con número 48, en los siguientes termas: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Artículo 3 &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«I). (...) Importe que habrá que acreditar en el momento de solicitarla mediante la aportación del certificado de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias, ante la SS o la Administración pública de la Comunidad Autónoma, la AEAT y el Ayuntamiento de Andratx.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;II). (...) Circunstancia que habrá que acreditar en el citado plazo mediante la aportación del certificado de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias, ante la SS o la Administración pública de la Comunidad Autónoma, la AEAT y el Ayuntamiento de Andratx.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Se modifica con el siguiente: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«I). (...) &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;Modelo *SEPA con sello. En el caso de no disponer de sello añadir certificado cuenta bancaria.” &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tiene que decir, tal y como se desprende el Apartado III del documento de modelo *SEPA (Anexo III), el siguiente: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;a) En el supuesto de que el acreedor sea persona jurídica, mediante firma y sello de la entidad bancaria correspondiente. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) En el supuesto de que el acreedor sea persona física, la firma y el sello de la entidad bancaria pueden sustituirse por certificado de titularidad bancaria o por un documento bancario que acredite esta titularidad. ” &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«En caso de solicitar el anticipo de 80% prevista en su punto 3.1 (6) y 12, el interesado tendrá que aportar el certificado de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias, ante la SS o la Administración pública de la Comunidad Autónoma, la *AEAT y el Ayuntamiento de Andraitx para comprobar que cumple el requisito que el conjunto de deudas tributarias con la SS, con la administración pública de la CCAA, la *AEAT y el Ayuntamiento de Andraitx de la persona beneficiaria, tengan un importe inferior al del anticipo que le corresponda por la ayuda solicitada. Por el 20% restante, se tendrá que aportar de nuevo este certificado para comprobar que esta al corriente de pago de las deudas señaladas y, en caso de no acreditar estar al corriente de estas obligaciones, tendrá que devolverse el 80% avanzado.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Se modifica con el siguiente: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«En caso de solicitar el anticipo de 80% prevista en su punto 3.1 (6) y 12, el interesado tendrá que aportar el certificado de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias, ante la SS o la Administración pública de la Comunidad Autónoma y la *AEAT para comprobar que cumple el requisito que el conjunto de deudas tributarias con la SS, con la administración pública de la CCAA, la *AEAT y el Ayuntamiento de Andraitx de la persona beneficiaria, tengan un importe inferior al del anticipo que le corresponda por la ayuda solicitada. En el caso de las deudas con el Ayuntamiento de Andraitx se comprobarán de oficio. Por el 20% restante, se tendrá que aportar de nuevo este certificado para comprobar que esta al corriente de pago de las deudas señaladas y, en caso de no acreditar estar al corriente de estas obligaciones, tendrá que devolverse el 80% avanzado.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Finalmente, añadir a la parte final del artículo 8:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«Los certificados de situación censal, informas plantilla media de trabajadores, autorizaciones de los representantes, declaraciones responsable y solicitudes entregados tienen que tener fecha del último mes en curso.» &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Artículo 12 &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice: &lt;/strong&gt;“Las resoluciones de concesión de las ayudas se publicarán en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, y a la página web del Ayuntamiento de Andraitx. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Se modifica con el siguiente:&lt;/strong&gt; “Las resoluciones de concesión de las ayudas se publicarán en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Andraitx.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Comunicar este acuerdo a los departamentos de Promoción Económica, Tesorería, Intervención y Recaudación municipales a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
