&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Ley Orgánica 3/2020, de 29 de diciembre, por la que se modifica la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de Educación, establece en el apartado 2. de su artículo 2 que los poderes públicos deben prestar una atención prioritaria al conjunto de factores que favorecen la calidad de la enseñanza y, en especial, la cualificación y formación del profesorado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El Decreto 41/2016, de 15 de julio, por el que se regula la formación permanente del profesorado de la enseñanza no universitaria de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares establece en su artículo 6.4 que las entidades colaboradoras deben presentar planes semestrales o anuales de formación del profesorado, en las condiciones que se establezcan, para que las acciones formativas puedan ser homologadas y reconocidas por la Consejería de Educación, Universidad e Investigación, actualmente Consejería de Educación y formación Profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El Decreto 41/2016, de 15 de julio, por el que se regula la formación permanente del profesorado de la enseñanza no universitaria de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares en su artículo 7.2 indica que las entidades colaboradoras pueden formular propuestas de formación para la homologación y el reconocimiento de las acciones formativas coherentes con el plan cuatrienal de forma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;La Orden del Consejero de Educación y Universidad de día 24 de abril de 2017 por la que se regula la homologación, el reconocimiento, la certificación y el registro de la formación permanente del profesorado no universitario establece en su artículo 2.2 que las actividades de formación sólo pueden homologarse si la entidad colaboradora está inscrita en el Censo de Entidades Colaboradoras y que, por medio de una resolución de la directora general de formación Profesional y formación del Profesorado, se han dictar las instrucciones en relación con los requisitos y el procedimiento que deben cumplir estas entidades para inscribirse en el Censo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;La Orden del Consejero de Educación y Formación Profesional de 14 de abril de 2021 de modificación de la Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidad de día 24 de abril de 2017 por la que se regula la homologación, el reconocimiento , la certificación y el registro de la formación permanente del profesorado no universitario de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares establece en el artículo Primero las modificaciones del artículo 2 de la Orden sobre las actividades objeto de homologación y reconocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, modificado por el Decreto 25/2021, de 8 de marzo, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, establece en el artículo 2 la estructura orgánica básica para las consejerías que integran la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. El punto 6.d) de este artículo dispone que la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional, a través de la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa, es el órgano que ejerce las competencias en materia de formación permanente del profesorado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, modificado por el Decreto 25/2021, de 8 de marzo, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Aprobar las instrucciones que regulan los requisitos y el procedimiento que deben cumplir las entidades para inscribirse en el Censo de Entidades Colaboradoras de Formación del Profesorado y la documentación necesaria para solicitarlo, que figuran en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Aprobar el modelo de solicitud, que figura en el anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Ordenar la publicación de esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el sitio web del Servicio de Formación Homologada y Capacitación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, los interesados&amp;nbsp; pueden interponer un recurso de alzada ante el consejero de Educación y Formación Profesional en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta Resolución, de acuerdo con lo establecido en los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas y lo establecido en el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Esta Resolución tiene por objeto regular los requisitos, el procedimiento que deben cumplir las entidades para inscribirse en el Censo de Entidades Colaboradoras de Formación del Profesorado y las obligaciones que deben cumplir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Entidad colaboradora&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se pueden considerar entidades colaboradoras de formación del profesorado las que establece el Decreto 41/2016 en el artículo 19.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;La Universidad de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Otras universidades con ámbito de actuación en las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Asociaciones profesionales de docentes, sin ánimo de lucro, del ámbito de la enseñanza de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Las organizaciones sindicales del ámbito de la enseñanza en las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Las organizaciones empresariales más representativas en el ámbito de la enseñanza de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Las entidades públicas o privadas dotadas de personalidad jurídica propia que expresen en sus estatutos la ausencia de ánimo de lucro en todas sus actividades y que entre los fines figure la formación permanente del profesorado y otros profesionales que trabajan en el ámbito de la enseñanza no universitaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Procedimiento y requisitos para inscribirse en el Censo de Entidades Colaboradoras de Formación del Profesorado&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="decimal" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Las entidades incluidas en alguno de los apartados del artículo 2 antes mencionado pueden solicitar la inscripción en el Censo de Entidades Colaboradoras de Formación del Profesorado, de acuerdo con el siguiente procedimiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;

	&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Las entidades incluidas en los apartados a, b, d y e del artículo 2 que quieran ser inscritas en el Censo únicamente deben presentar la solicitud&amp;nbsp; (Anexo 2) para su inscripción en el Censo de Entidades Colaboradoras de Formación del profesorado de la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional, debidamente firmada por el representante legal y con el sello de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Las entidades incluidas en el apartado c y f del artículo 2 deben presentar la solicitud acompañada de una copia auténtica de los estatutos constitutivos de la entidad, en los que figuren de forma expresa los tres requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
		&lt;ol class="circle"&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Que entre sus fines está la formación permanente del profesorado y otros profesionales que trabajan en el ámbito de la enseñanza no universitaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La ausencia de ánimo de lucro en todas sus actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La inscripción de la entidad en el registro correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;/ol&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;La solicitud y la documentación relacionada se presentarán como establece el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;La Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa tras revisar la documentación aportada por la entidad y el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos llevará a cabo, en su caso, la inscripción en el Censo de Entidades Colaboradoras de Formación del Profesorado, y lo comunicará a la entidad interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ol&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Obligaciones de las entidades colaboradoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="decimal" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Son obligaciones de las entidades colaboradoras inscritas en el Censo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;

	&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Seguir el procedimiento regulado en el artículo 8 de la Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidad de día 24 de abril de 2017 modificado por el artículo 5 de la Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidad de día 14 de abril de 2021 de modificación de la Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidad de día 24 de abril de 2017 por la que se regula la homologación, el reconocimiento, la certificación y el registro de la formación permanente del profesorado no universitario en el caso de presentar un programa de actividades de formación permanente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Desarrollar el programa de actividades de acuerdo con el diseño presentado y aprobado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Facilitar, en cualquier momento del proceso, a la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa, toda aquella información y documentación referida a las actividades de formación de las que se pidan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Difundir adecuadamente las actividades. Por ello, la convocatoria debe incluir los siguientes apartados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
		&lt;ol class="decimal"&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Entidad convocante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Título de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Modalidad y línea estratégica según el Plan Cuatrienal vigente en la fecha de solicitud de la actividad formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Forma de participación: presencial, a distancia o mixta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Destinatarios: número máximo y mínimo de plazas; nivel o etapa a que se dirige, área, etc., y criterios de selección, si fueran necesarios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Horas de duración, con indicación, en su caso, de las horas presenciales y de las horas en línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Objetivos, contenidos, metodología y actividades de transferencia y aplicabilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Criterios de evaluación de los participantes: porcentaje de asistencia mínima a las sesiones presenciales y compromisos de trabajo, en especial el trabajo de aplicación en el centro relacionado con los contenidos de la actividad de formación, según lo previsto en el artículo 6 de la Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidad de 24 de abril de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Aspectos organizativos: fechas de inicio y fin de inscripción, fechas de realización, lugar, horario, responsable de la actividad, formadores y otros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Número de identificación como formación homologada, asignado por una Resolución de la directora general de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;/ol&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Presentar según dicta la normativa vigente y los modelos correspondientes publicados en la página web del Servicio de Formación Homologada y Capacitación la memoria final de la actividad; el acta de evaluación, sellada y firmada por el responsable de la actividad, con indicación de las personas que tienen derecho a certificación haciendo constar su nombre, apellidos, DNI / NIE y centro de destino en el momento de inscribirse en la actividad formativa y un modelo del certificado que se pretende emitir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ol&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Las entidades inscritas en el Censo deben ofrecer una información completa, veraz y precisa, y comunicarán en la documentación aportada a la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa, cualquier variación que se haya producido en relación a los datos con los que se homologó una actividad formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El incumplimiento de las obligaciones indicadas puede dar lugar a la revocación de la homologación y, en su caso, a la revisión de la inclusión de la entidad en el Censo de entidades Colaboradoras de Formación del Profesorado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 5&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Publicidad del Censo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa debe dar publicidad del Censo de Entidades Colaboradoras de Formación del Profesorado en su web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 6&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Baja de la inscripción en el Censo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="decimal" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Si una entidad incumple alguna de las obligaciones previstas en esta Resolución será dada de baja del Censo de Entidades Colaboradoras de Formación del Profesorado. La Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa debe comunicarlo previamente a la entidad interesada para que ésta pueda hacer alegaciones en un plazo máximo de 10 días hábiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;La Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa puede dar de baja de oficio las entidades que no hayan presentado ninguna propuesta de formación durante dos cursos seguidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición derogatoria.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Derogar la Resolución de la directora general de Formación Profesional y Formación del Profesorado de día 22 de mayo de 2017 por la que se regula la inscripción en el Censo de Entidades Colaboradoras en la formación permanente del profesorado. Hasta que no se produzca la firmeza de esta resolución, la primera mantendrá su vigencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
