&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2018 (BOIB núm. 31, de 10 de marzo) se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020, el cual ha sido prorrogado mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 25 de enero de 2021 (BOIB núm. 11, de 26 de enero).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El carácter estimativo de las cuantías que se prevén en el Plan Estratégico y el tiempo transcurrido desde que se aprobaron hacen necesario ajustar las previsiones contenidas en el anexo, con la modificación de una ayuda gestionada por la Dirección General de Movilidad y Transporte Terrestre (Consejería de Movilidad y Vivienda), concretamente en la línea 2 (Movilidad Sostenible) del objetivo V (Sostenibilidad del Entorno y Medio Natural).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En el apartado 3 del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno mencionado, la aprobación y las eventuales modificaciones del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones se delegan a la persona titular de la consejería competente en materia de hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo 25 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Corresponde, por lo tanto, a la consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores aprobar o modificar el anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 25 de la&lt;span style="color:blue"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Decreto 10/2019, de 2 de julio&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;dispone el nombramiento de los miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;, en que se nombra la señora Rosario Sánchez Grau consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar la modificación del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020, aprobado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2018 y prorrogado mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 25 de enero de 2021, concretamente, dentro del objetivo V, sobre sostenibilidad del entorno y medio natural, modificar la línea 2.4 relativa a movilidad sostenible, en el siguiente sentido&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;V.2.4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dirección general o entidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: Dirección General de Movilidad y Transporte Terrestre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Descripción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: ayudas al sector del transporte público de viajeros y mercancías por carretera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Objetivos y efectos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: paliar los efectos económicos y sociales de carácter negativo que se han producido por la alerta sanitaria derivada de la&amp;nbsp; COVID-19 y su evolución en el ámbito territorial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Coste&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: 1.500.000&amp;nbsp;€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: anual (2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Incidencia sobre el mercado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: potenciar la recuperación económica de las empresas de transporte público de viajeros y mercancías en las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: Anual &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
