    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presidenta del Consell Insular de Formentera inicio el procedimiento de cancelación en el Registro Insular de Empresas, Actividades y Establecimientos Turísticos de Formentera, mediante decreto con fecha 10 de Marzo de 2021, el expediente de turismo 261/2017 (2017/3689).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No habiendo sido posible la notificación por carta certificada mediante el servicio de notificación del Consell Insular de Formentera, al interesado que se refiere a continuación, y de acuerdo con el artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común, se procede la publicación de este anuncio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
