    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El instructor del expediente, en fecha 9 de Marzo de 2021, emitió acuerdo de apertura de periodo de prueba de 30 días, relativo al expediente sancionador de turismo PS TUR 21/2020 por la publicidad, contratación o comercialización turística de vivienda sin haber presentado la correspondiente declaración responsable de inicio de actividad turística que se establece en la Ley 8/2012 de 19 de julio de Turismo de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No habiendo sido posible la notificación&amp;nbsp; por carta certificada con acuse de recibo al interesado que se menciona a continuación, y de acuerdo con el artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo de las administraciones públicas,&amp;nbsp; se procede la publicación de este anuncio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
