    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Mediante el Decreto 130/2007, de 19 de octubre, se creó la Comisión Mixta Gobierno – Consejos Insulares, prevista en la disposición transitoria quinta del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, para el traspaso de funciones y servicios inherentes a las competencias atribuidas como propias a los consejos insulares a las cuales hace referencia el artículo 70 del texto estatutario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Esta comisión mixta, en conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 2 del Decreto, estará integrada por dieciocho vocales, nueve de los cuales son designados por el Gobierno de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Mediante un acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 14 de febrero de 2020, se designó a los vocales, titulares y suplentes, que, en representación del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, tenían que formar parte de la Comisión Mixta Gobierno – Consejos Insulares para el traspaso de funciones y servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Después de la última remodelación del ejecutivo autonómico, se hace necesario dejar sin efecto el acuerdo mencionado en el párrafo anterior y dictar otro nuevamente, dadas la nueva composición del Gobierno y la nueva estructura de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma que prevé el Decreto 8/2021, de 13 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, de modificación del Decreto 9/2019, de 2 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, así como también lo que preceptua el Decreto&amp;nbsp;11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, modificado por el Decreto 25/2021, de 8 de marzo, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Gobierno a propuesta de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública y Igualdad, en la sesión del día 19 de abril de 2021, adoptó, entre otros, el Acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Designar, en representación del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, para formar parte de la Comisión Mixta Gobierno – Consejos Insulares para el traspaso de funciones y servicios correspondientes a las competencias propias de los consejos insulares, a las personas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Titular: Mercedes Garrido Rodríguez, consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Suplente: Benito Prósper Gutiérrez, secretario general de la Consejería de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Titular: Rosario Sánchez Grau, consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Suplente: Joan Ignasi Morey i Marquès, director general de Presupuestos de la Consejería de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Titular: Fina Santiago Rodríguez, consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Suplente: Miquel Mir Gual, consejero de Medio Ambiente y Territorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Titular: Josep Marí i Ribas, consejero de Movilidad y Vivienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Suplente: Jaume Mateu Lladó, director general de Movilidad y Transporte Terrestre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Titular: María Asunción Jacoba Pía de Concha García-Mauriño, consejera de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Suplente: Jorge Sánchez Fernández, secretario general de la Consejería de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Suplente: Jaume Colom Adrover, secretario general de la Consejería de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Suplente: Paula Cristina de Juan Salvà, secretaria general de la Consejería de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Titular: Isabel Castro Fernández, directora general de Coordinación, Relaciones con el Parlamento, Derechos y Diversidad de la Consejería de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Suplente: Francesc Miralles Mascaró, director general de Relaciones Institucionales y Cooperación Local de la Consejería de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Dejar sin efecto el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 14 de febrero de 2020 por el que se designa a los vocales, titulares y suplentes, que formarán parte de la Comisión Mixta Gobierno &lt;strong&gt;– &lt;/strong&gt;Consejos Insulares para el traspaso de funciones y servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar este acuerdo en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. &lt;/strong&gt;Disponer que este acuerdo tenga efectos a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
