&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hechos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. En el BOIB núm. 28 de 27/02/2021 se publicó el Decreto de aprobación de las bases específicas que regirán la convocatoria de 18 plazas de la categoría de Policía Local, turno libre (BOE núm. 57 de 08/03/2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Se han detectado dos errores en las bases de la convocatoria, que son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- El literal del tema 11 del Anexo III Temas conocimientos del término municipal de Calvià y sus Ordenanzas municipales (segunda prueba tipo test), en lugar de ser &lt;em&gt;Ordenanza Municipal de Publicidad dinámica&lt;/em&gt;, ha de ser &lt;em&gt;Ordenanza Municipal de Publicidad del término municipal de Calvià.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Respecto a la composición del Tribunal del proceso selectivo, la persona que ejerza la Secretaría, en lugar de ser el/la Secretario/a de la Corporación o funcionario/a en quien delegue, ha de ser designada por el Ayuntamiento convocante con voz y voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. En fecha 06/04/2021 entró por Registro oficio de la Dirección General de Emergencias e Interior, de propuesta de designación de vocales para el Tribunal Calificador, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 183.6 del Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; y se modifica el Decreto 55/2017, de 15 de diciembre, del Fondo de Seguridad Pública de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de Derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. Artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Artículo 183 del Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; y se modifica el Decreto 55/2017, de 15 de diciembre, del Fondo de Seguridad Pública de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Por todo ello, esta Tenencia de Alcaldía delegada, en virtud de las competencias que le otorga el artículo. 21.1.g) de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las bases de régimen local, de acuerdo con la redacción de la Ley 11/1999 de 21 de abril, dispone la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. Modificar el literal del tema 11 del Anexo III Temas conocimientos del término municipal de Calvià y sus Ordenanzas municipales (segunda prueba tipo test), en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Tema 11.- Ordenanza Municipal de Publicidad dinámica.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Ha de decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Tema 11.- Ordenanza Municipal de Publicidad del término municipal de Calvià.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Modificar la base 4 Características del tribunal, del texto de las bases específicas que regirán la convocatoria de 18 plazas de la categoría de Policía Local, turno libre (BOIB núm. 28 de 27/02/2021 y BOE núm. 57 de 08/03/2021) en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“El Tribunal Calificador tiene que estar constituido por cinco miembros y el mismo número de suplentes: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) Presidente o Presidenta: designado por la Alcaldía-Presidencia. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) Vocales: un vocal propuesto por la Dirección General de Emergencias e Interior, competente en materia de coordinación de policías locales, otro propuesto por la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública o, si procede, a través de la Escuela de Seguridad Pública de las Illes Balears y un funcionario/a del Ayuntamiento de Calvià. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) Secretario/a: el Secretario/a de la Corporación o funcionario/a en quien delegue.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Ha de decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. Designar las personas que han de constituir el Tribunal Calificador del proceso selectivo, que son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Presidente: Sr. Jaime Jaume Marcó, en sustitución Sr. José Luís Rubiales Martín&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Vocales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Sr. Manuel Carpio Martínez, en sustitución Sra.
