&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional, a través del Servicio de Innovación Educativa de la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa, lleva a cabo diferentes programas de actividades para favorecer la educación ambiental entre el alumnado. En este ámbito destaca la tarea que desarrollan los campos de aprendizaje de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los campos de aprendizaje dan a todo el alumnado de los centros docentes de las Baleares la posibilidad de desarrollar aspectos del currículum escolar mediante la observación, la experimentación y el trabajo de campo en un medio singular y cultural de las Illes Balears, haciendo especial mención a los contenidos de la educación ambiental. Ofrecen un amplio abanico de actividades relacionadas con el descubrimiento del entorno natural y cultural mediante la realización de talleres e itinerarios educativos guiados y dinamizados por entornos singulares de nuestras Islas con la finalidad educativa de “proporcionar al alumno los conocimientos, herramientas y valores para descubrir e integrarse en el entorno cercano, para aprender a habitarlo, respetarlo, conservarlo, mejorarlo y, sobre todo, estimarlo” (Calviño y Sampol, 2011).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los campos de aprendizaje están gestionados por docentes que ocupan la plaza en comisión de servicios, con la función de administración y gestión del campo, la elaboración de la programación y el desarrollo de las actividades educativas durante el calendario escolar, de acuerdo con las instrucciones que dicte a este fin la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa para toda la red de campos de aprendizaje. El docente también elaborará el material didáctico necesario para el desarrollo de las actividades educativas, así como el material informativo y científico de apoyo a las actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dentro de la movilidad voluntaria de los funcionarios, uno de los sistemas de provisión es la comisión de servicios. De acuerdo con el artículo 78.1 del Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público (aprobado por el Real Decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre), los procedimientos de provisión de puestos de trabajo se deben basar en los principios de igualdad, mérito, capacidad y publicidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Decreto 24/2015, de 7 de agosto, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, atribuye a la Dirección General de Personal Docente la competencia en materia de gestión de personal docente, y a la Dirección General de Innovación y Comunidad Educativa el impulso y el fomento de la innovación educativa y las actividades complementarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Real Decreto 299/1996, de 28 de febrero, de ordenación de las acciones dirigidas a la compensación de desigualdades en educación establece los mecanismos normativos adecuados para regular la creación y funcionamiento de los Centros Rurales de Innovación Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Orden del Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia de 29 de abril de 1996 de creación y funcionamiento de los Centros Rurales de Innovación Educativ&lt;/span&gt;a (actuales campos de aprendizaje), &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;establece, entre otras, la finalidad de contribuir a la mejora del proceso de evolución personal y de socialización, y a la vez el desarrollo del currículum escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Orden conjunta del consejero de Educación y Cultura y del consejero de Interior de día 27 de junio de 2000 por la cual se modifica la Orden de 16 de julio de 1997, sobre la relación de funciones de los puestos de trabajo del personal funcionario de la Consejería de Educación y Cultura, establece la función de la coordinación y gestión de los campos de aprendizaje al Jefe del Servicio de Innovación Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público (aprobada por el Real Decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre) establece los procedimientos de provisión de puestos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidad de 29 de octubre de 2015 (BOIB núm. 163, de 5 de noviembre), por la que delega en la directora general de Personal Docente la facultad de resolver las comisiones de servicio para ocupar puestos de trabajo docente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Decreto 115/2001, de 14 de septiembre, modificado por el Decreto 169/2003, regula la exigencia del conocimiento de las lenguas oficiales al personal docente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div style="border:none black 1.0pt; padding:0cm 0cm 0cm 0cm"&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.Aprobar la convocatoria pública para cubrir, en comisión de servicios, plazas de docentes en los campos de aprendizaje de las Illes Balears, cuyas bases figuran en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.Aprobar el &lt;/span&gt;anexo&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; 2 (&lt;/span&gt;r&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;elación de plazas de docentes en los campos de aprendizaje), &lt;/span&gt;el anexo 3 (proyecto de trabajo) y el anexo 4 (baremo de méritos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.Publicar esta Resolución y sus anexos en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el órgano que la dicta, en el plazo de un mes, contador desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado, de acuerdo con lo que establecen los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso-Administrativo en el plazo de dos meses contadores desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con los artículos 8 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Ser funcionario de carrera en servicio activo del cuerpo de maestros o del cuerpo de profesores de secundaria con destino definitivo en centros públicos de enseñanza no universitaria dependientes de la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Tener&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; una antigüedad mínima de cinco años como funcionario de carrera en activo del cuerpo al que hace referencia el punto anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Tener una experiencia docente de cinco años como mínimo, impartiendo docencia directa en el aula de las enseñanzas reguladas por la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Tener &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;los conocimientos de lengua catalana mediante la posesión del certificado de capacitación correspondiente a cada etapa educativa o alguna titulación homologable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Estar destinado en cualquier centro de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears en el momento de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. No haber sido condenado por sentencia firme por algún delito contra la libertad e indemnidad sexual, así como por tráfico de seres humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional comprobará de oficio los requisitos de la persona solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aquellos solicitantes que no hayan autorizado telemáticamente a la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional para que solicite la certificación negativa que acredite que no han sido condenados por sentencia firme por algún delito contra la libertad y la indemnidad sexual, de acuerdo con la instrucción 1/2017 de la directora general de Personal Docente, deben aportar este certificado junto con la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Funciones de los docentes &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Elaborar la oferta educativa propia del campo: propuesta de actividades y/o itinerarios y su desarrollo con la colaboración del personal docente del centro visitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Atender las necesidades de organización de las estancias de pernoctación del alumnado, si se tercia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Llevar a cabo las tareas que permitan una buena organización y funcionamiento del campo, entre otras: divulgación de la oferta educativa, comunicación y coordinación con los centros educativos, gestión de las solicitudes de estancias&lt;/span&gt; y coordinación&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; con los docentes de los otros campos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Elaborar la documentación propia y encargarse de la gestión económica del campo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Gestionar la página web del campo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Elaborar materiales didácticos y de divulgación de educación ambiental, relacionados con el campo de aprendizaje y su entorno, que sean útiles para toda la comunidad educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mantener las instalaciones, el material y los recursos propios de cada campo y cuidar de los animales y del huerto, si se tercia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Colaborar y coordinarse con los otros campos de aprendizaje de las Illes Balears para llevar a cabo actividades y propuestas educativas conjuntas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Otras funciones que les atribuya la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa con relación a la gestión de los campos de aprendizaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Condiciones generales del puesto de trabajo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La definición de plazas con un perfil determinado no implica que las tareas del docente adjudicatario de la comisión de servicios se deban limitar al ámbito de la especialidad a la cual opta y accede. El docente que opta a una plaza de cualquier campo de aprendizaje, aunque sea especialista en un área, materia o etapa educativa, atenderá su trabajo desde una perspectiva interdisciplinaria y globalizadora, dando respuesta a cualquier aspecto curricular y de organización que se pueda plantear.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El personal docente que obtenga una plaza en los campos de aprendizajes se incorporará a su puesto de trabajo día 1 de septiembre y permanecerá hasta el 15 de julio. El horario de trabajo del profesorado adscrito podrá ser flexible según las necesidades de cada campo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. El calendario de visitas escolares de los centros educativos a los campos de aprendizaje será desde el primer al último d curso correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. En el supuesto de que finalice la comisión de servicios, el docente, durante el mes de julio, hará el traspaso de información al docente que ocupará la plaza, así como las tareas que puedan quedar pendientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Presentación de la solicitud y del proyecto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La solicitud sólo se puede presentar de forma telemática, accediendo a la página web de la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa &amp;lt;http://tn.caib.es/DGPICE&amp;gt;. Para poder acceder al trámite telemático es imprescindible disponer de certificado digital, clave pin o clave permanente (o bien cualquier sistema de identificación aceptado por el sistema Cl@ve).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las personas interesadas deben adjuntar telemáticamente a la solicitud, en formato PDF, el proyecto o proyectos referidos al campo de aprendizaje solicitado según las indicaciones del anexo 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se pueden solicitar un máximo de dos plazas entre las que se señalan en el anexo 2 de esta convocatoria, siempre que reúnan los requisitos exigidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los requisitos y méritos de las personas interesadas tienen que cumplirse en la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de la solicitud, excepto los apartados 2 y 3 de los requisitos y los méritos del apartado de experiencia profesional del anexo 4, que se computarán a 31 de agosto de 2021. Sólo se valorarán los requisitos y los méritos publicados en el Portal de Servicios al Personal y en los registros de la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La solicitud se debe rellenar telemáticamente, en el plazo de veinte días naturales contadores desde el día siguiente de la fecha de publicación de esta Resolución en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Comisión de Valoración&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se constituirá una comisión de valoración formada por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="border:none black 1.0pt; padding:0cm 0cm 0cm 0cm"&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La jefa del Servicio de Innovación Educativa o persona en quien delegue, que la presidirá y que podrá dirimir con su voto los empates que se puedan producir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El jefe del Servicio de Educación Primaria de la Dirección General de Personal Docente o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El jefe del Departamento de Inspección Educativa o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un funcionario de carrera adscrito al Servicio de Innovación Educativa, que actuará como secretario, con voz y sin voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una persona designada por cada una de las organizaciones sindicales con representación en la Mesa Sectorial de Educación de las Illes Balears que podrá asistir con voz pero sin voto a las sesiones de la Comisión.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para la constitución y el funcionamiento de la Comisión es imprescindible la presencia de un mínimo de tres miembros, entre los cuales estarán el presidente y el secretario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Una vez constituida la Comisión se publicará en la página web de la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa &amp;lt;http://tn.caib.es/dgpice&amp;gt; la relación de los integrantes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La publicación en la página web de la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa de esta Resolución y de todos los otros documentos ligados a este procedimiento, se considerará como notificación a los interesados de acuerdo con lo que prevé el artículo 43 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Comisión puede solicitar la opinión de personas expertas en relación con las funciones de los docentes de los campos de aprendizaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las funciones de la Comisión son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="border:none black 1.0pt; padding:0cm 0cm 0cm 0cm"&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de las personas solicitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Valorar los méritos de los candidatos, según el baremo del anexo &lt;/span&gt;4&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Valorar el proyecto o proyectos de los candidatos que hayan superado la primera fase del proceso de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Llevar a cabo y valorar la entrevista personal con los candidatos que hayan superado la primera fase del procedimiento de concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolver las dudas o discrepancias que puedan surgir en el desarrollo del procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolver las reclamaciones que se puedan presentar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Publicar las listas provisionales y definitivas de las diferentes fases del proceso en la página web de la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa &lt;/span&gt;&amp;lt;http://tn.caib.es/dgpice&amp;gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Proponer las personas adjudicatarias, en comisión de servicios, de las plazas convocadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los miembros de la Comisión se deben abstener de intervenir, y lo tienen que notificar a la autoridad competente, cuando concurran las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 23 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público. Igualmente los participantes podrán recusar a los miembros de la Comisión cuando concurra alguna de las circunstancias previstas en el precepto mencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptima&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Procedimiento de selección&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El procedimiento de selección constará de dos fases. Una primera fase en la cual se comprobarán los requisitos y se valorarán los méritos, y una segunda en la cual se valorará el proyecto o proyectos presentados y se realizará una entrevista a los aspirantes admitidos en la primera fase.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="border:none black 1.0pt; padding:0cm 0cm 0cm 0cm"&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Primera fase: comprobación de los requisitos y valoración de los méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comisión de Valoración comprobará que las personas solicitantes reúnen los requisitos generales establecidos en la base segunda de este anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comisión revisará y baremará, de acuerdo con el anexo &lt;/span&gt;4&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, los méritos de los solicitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comisión aprobará y publicará en la página web de la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa &lt;/span&gt;&amp;lt;http://tn.caib.es/dgpice&amp;gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; la relación provisional de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos con las puntuaciones provisionales de esta primera fase para cada una de las plazas a las que se presentan. En el caso de los aspirantes excluidos por no reunir alguno de los requisitos generales, se debe indicar la causa de exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los aspirantes pueden presentar una reclamación, fundamentada en las alegaciones que estimen convenientes, contra la relación provisional anterior, dirigida a la Comisión, en el plazo de cuatro días naturales contadores a partir del día siguiente qu&lt;/span&gt;e&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; se haga pública, en uno de los registros habilitados por la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional, en las delegaciones territoriales o en cualquier otra&lt;/span&gt; dependencia&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; referida en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. Una copia de las alegaciones en la que conste la fecha de entrada al registro también se tiene que enviar a la dirección de correo electrónico &lt;/span&gt;sie@dgpice.caib.es&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; dentro del mismo plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez estudiadas y resueltas las reclamaciones presentadas, la Comisión publicará en la página web de la Dirección General &lt;/span&gt;de Primera Infancia, &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Innovación y Comunidad Educativa &lt;/span&gt;&amp;lt;http://tn.caib.es/dgpice&amp;gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; la relación definitiva de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos con las puntuaciones definitivas de esta primera fase para cada una de las plazas a las que se presentan. En el caso de los aspirantes excluidos, se ha de indicar la causa de exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;div style="border:none black 1.0pt; padding:0cm 0cm 0cm 0cm"&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Segunda fase: &lt;/span&gt;proyecto&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; y entrevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;La Comisión valorará en esta segunda fase a las persones aspirantes que no hayan sido excluidas de la primera fase.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;La Comisión tiene que valorar el proyecto de cada candidato, de acuerdo con el guion que figura en el anexo 3, y se puntuará de 0 a 6 puntos.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;La no presentación del proyecto es equivalente a valorarlo con 0 puntos.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;En caso de optar a dos plazas, se presentará un proyecto diferente para cada una de ellas.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;Para optar a los campos de aprendizaje en que se convocan dos plazas, se puede elaborar un proyecto individual o un proyecto conjunto entre los dos participantes, que deben presentarlo cada uno de ellos junto con su solicitud. En el caso de proyecto conjunto, los aspirantes lo defenderán juntos en la fase de entrevista, y obtendrán un incremento de 2 puntos añadidos a la puntuación final obtenida en esta segunda fase de selección.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;La Comisión convocará a los aspirantes que hayan superado la primera fase, mediante notificación en la página web de la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa &amp;lt;http://tn.caib.es/dgpice&amp;gt; con un mínimo de 48 horas de antelación, a una entrevista &lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;con las siguientes finalidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Defender el proyecto presentado. La defensa no significa la reiteración de la exposición de los contenidos del proyecto, sino de las bases y de los argumentos en los que se fundamenta. Los aspirantes dispondrán de un máximo de diez minutos para defenderlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Debatir con la Comisión durante un máximo de quince minutos sobre aspectos del proyecto o cualquiera otro tema relacionado con los campos de aprendizaje o el planteamiento de cuestiones prácticas relacionadas con el ejercicio de la función del puesto de trabajo al cual se presenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;g. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si el aspirante no se presenta a la entrevista, esta se valorará con 0 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;h. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comisión determinará si esta entrevista personal se llevará a cabo telemáticamente, en función de las condiciones sanitarias derivadas de la COVID-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;i. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para superar esta segunda fase, es imprescindible obtener una puntuación mínima de 3 puntos sobre 6 en la valoración del proyecto, y una puntuación de 3 puntos sobre 6 en la entrevista. En el caso de proyectos conjuntos, los dos aspirantes deben supera&lt;/span&gt;r&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; esta puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;j. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comisión publicará la relación provisional de las persones aspirantes con las puntuaciones provisionales obtenidas en esta fase, indicando la puntuación del proyecto, de la entrevista y la puntuación total, que será la suma de la del proyecto y la de la entrevista. Esta información se hará pública en la web de la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa &lt;/span&gt;&amp;lt;http://tn.caib.es/dgpice&amp;gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;k. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los aspirantes pueden presentar una reclamación, fundamentada en las alegaciones que estimen convenientes, contra las puntuaciones provisionales, dirigida a la Comisión, en el plazo de cuatro días naturales contadores a partir del &lt;/span&gt;día siguiente de que&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; se hagan públicas, en uno de los registros habilitados por la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional, en las delegaciones territoriales o en cualquier otra&lt;/span&gt; dependencia&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; referida en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. Una copia de las alegaciones en la que conste la fecha de entrada en el registro también se debe enviar a la dirección de correo electrónico &lt;/span&gt;sie@dgpice.caib.es&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; dentro del mismo plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;l. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez estudiadas y resueltas las reclamaciones presentadas, la Comisión publicará, en la página web de la Dirección General de Innovación y Comunidad Educativa&lt;/span&gt; &amp;lt;http://tn.caib.es/dgpice&amp;gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;l&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a relación definitiva de aspirantes con las puntuaciones definitivas obtenidas en esta segunda fase, indicando la puntuación del proyecto, de la entrevista y la suma de ambas puntuaciones para cada una de las plazas a las cuales se presentan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;m. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Así mismo, s&lt;/span&gt;e &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;indicará la puntuación final de cada aspirante, que estará conformada por la suma de la puntuación obtenida en la fase de valoración de méritos y la suma de la puntuación obtenida en la fase de proyecto y entrevista. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octava&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Adjudicación de las plazas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las plazas convocadas se adjudicarán de acuerdo con la mayor puntuación total obtenida por el aspirante y respetando el orden de prelación de las plazas seleccionadas. En caso de empate en la puntuación final entre dos o más solicitantes de la misma plaza, se adjudicará la plaza a la persona que haya obtenido más puntuación en la segunda fase de concurso; si el empate continúa, se adjudicará a la persona que haya obtenido más puntuación en el apartado 2 (Formación) del baremo de méritos alegados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comisión publicará la relación provisional de personas indicando la plaza adjudicada en comisión de servicios en la página web de la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa &lt;/span&gt;&amp;lt;http://tn.caib.es/dgpice&amp;gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la adjudicación provisional de plazas, se abrirá un plazo de cuatro días naturales para que las personas interesadas puedan reclamar en uno de los registros habilitados por la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional, en las delegaciones territoriales o en cualquier otra&lt;/span&gt; dependencia&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; referida en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. Una copia de las alegaciones en la que conste la fecha de entrada al registro también se debe enviar a la dirección de correo electrónico &lt;/span&gt;sie@dgpice.caib.es&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; dentro del mismo plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez estudiadas y resueltas las reclamaciones presentadas, la Comisión publicará la relación definitiva de personas indicando la plaza adjudicada en comisión de servicios en la página web de la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa &lt;/span&gt;&amp;lt;http://tn.caib.es/dgpice&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. En el caso de que un docente renuncie a la plaza adjudicada, lo debe hacer mediante escrito presentado en uno de los registros habilitados por la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional, en las delegaciones territoriales o en cualquier otra dependencia referida en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas en el plazo de tres días hábiles a partir de la publicación de la relación definitiva de los adjudicatarios de las comisiones. Una copia del escrito en el que conste la fecha de entrada al registro también se tiene que enviar a la dirección de correo electrónico sie@dgpice.caib.es dentro del mismo plazo. En este caso, ocupará la plaza la persona o personas siguientes según la puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Novena&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Propuesta, nombramiento y toma de posesión&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="border:none black 1.0pt; padding:0cm 0cm 0cm 0cm"&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez publicada la adjudicación definitiva de las plazas, la directora general de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa propondrá a la directora general de Personal Docente que nombre, en comisión de servicios, a las personas adjudicatarias de las plazas correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. La comisión de servicios tiene una duración de cuatro cursos escolares. Al finalizar el segundo curso escolar, una comisión de seguimiento evaluará al docente. El docente debe redactar y entregar una memoria que describa el desarrollo de las actuaciones llevadas a cabo sobre el proyecto presentado hasta la fecha de entrega de la memoria. Las características de la evaluación se dictarán mediante unas instrucciones de la directora general de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si la evaluación es positiva, se puede prorrogar hasta dos cursos más. La Comisión de Seguimiento usará una rúbrica para la evaluación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;La Comisión aprobará y publicará en la página web de la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa &amp;lt;http://tn.caib.es/dgpice&amp;gt; una relación provisional de los participantes con la calificación de la evaluación de la memoria presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Si el resultado de la evaluación es negativo, no se renovará la comisión de servicios y la persona adjudicataria cesará en sus funciones y finalizará la comisión de servicios de acuerdo con el punto 3 de la cuarta base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Los participantes pueden presentar una reclamación contra la relación provisional anterior, fundamentada en las alegaciones que estimen convenientes, dirigida a la Comisión, en el plazo de cuatro días naturales contadores a partir del día siguiente que se haga pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Una vez estudiadas y resueltas las reclamaciones presentadas, la Comisión publicará en la página web de la Dirección General de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa &amp;lt;http://tn.caib.es/dgpice&amp;gt; la relación definitiva de los participantes con el resultado de las memorias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La toma de posesión de la plaza y la incorporación efectiva al campo de aprendizaje se llevará a cabo el 1 de septiembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas a las cuales se les adjudique una plaza en comisión de servicios en un campo de aprendizaje deberán participar en las actividades docentes previstas en su centro hasta que finalice el curso académico 2020-2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. La Comisión de Seguimiento para la evaluación de la continuidad del funcionario en el servicio especializado la forman:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La directora general de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa, que la presidirá, o la persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La jefa del Servicio de Innovación Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Un inspector o inspectora del Departamento de Inspección Educativa, designado por el jefe de este departamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Un técnico del Servicio de Innovación Educativa, que actuará como secretario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Una persona de cada organización sindical con representación en la Mesa Sectorial de las Illes Balears, que puede asistir como observadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decena&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Propuesta y nombramiento extraordinario&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el supuesto de que no se hayan cubierto la totalidad de las plazas convocadas, la directora general de Personal Docente, a propuesta de la directora general de Primera Infancia, Innovación y Comunidad Educativa, nombrará un docente por un periodo de un año, en régimen de comisión de servicios, para lo cual seleccionará, en primer lugar, un funcionario de carrera que cumpla los criterios de la convocatoria o, si no es posible, seguirá el proceso ordinario de adjudicación de funcionarios docentes interinos, para el periodo comprendido entre el 1 de septiembre de 2021 al 31 de agosto de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
