    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, en sesión Extraordinaria de día 6 de abril de 2021, aprobó las Bases reguladoras de las subvenciones municipales para el Plan de Fomento de Rehabilitación de fachadas en el ámbito del conjunto histórico e inmuebles incluidos en el catálogo municipal de la Ciudad de Alcúdia del año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Y de acuerdo con lo que dispone el art. 9.3 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones se publican las bases aprobadas de las referidas subvenciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Alcúdia, 8 de abril de 2021&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La alcaldesa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;“ BASES REGULADORAS DE LAS SUBVENCIONES MUNICIPALES PARA EL FOMENTO DE REHABILITACIÓN DE FACHADAS EN EL ÁMBITO DEL CONJUNTO HISTÓRICO E INMUEBLES INCLUIDOS EN EL CATÁLOGO MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE ALCUDIA DEL AÑO 2021&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DISPOSICIONES GENERALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Base primera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Área de Patrimonio propone convocar una línea de subvenciones de acuerdo con el Plan estratégico de subvenciones 2020-2022. Esta convocatoria se rige por el régimen de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Es objeto de las presentes bases establecer y regular las ayudas económicas que se pretenden destinar al fomento de las actuaciones de adecuación, mejora, rehabilitación o conservación de las fachadas de los inmuebles emplazados en el ámbito del Conjunto Histórico de la Ciudad de Alcúdia, así como a los incluidos en el Catálogo Municipal de ésta; todo con la finalidad de garantizar la colaboración entre la administración pública y los particulares para la recuperación del Patrimonio Arquitectónico de Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;La subvención va a cargo de la partida núm. PA 336.781.000 de los Presupuestos Generales del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia del ejercicio del año 2021, aprobados por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento el día 19 de febrero de 2021 y publicados definitivamente en el Boib nº39 de día 20 de marzo de 2021, con una dotación económica total de 20.000€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;La concesión de las subvenciones queda condicionada a la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente en el momento en que se resuelva la concesión. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base segunda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Las Bases se aprobarán por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia y, juntamente con el Edicto, serán publicadas en el BOIB y en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;La subvención será dada de alta en la Base de Datos Estatal de Subvenciones BDNS. Con posterioridad se elaborará y aprobará la convocatoria, y la Resolución de la aprobación será publicada en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base tercera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;El órgano instructor son los servicios técnicos adscritos al Departamento de Patrimonio y supervisará el cumplimiento de los requisitos mencionados en estas Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Corresponderá a la Alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia o al órgano municipal competente resolver sobre la concesión o denegación de las subvenciones objeto de estas Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base cuarta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;En las presentes Bases se nombran los miembros que formarán parte del Órgano Colegiado para evaluar las solicitudes presentadas. El mencionado órgano emitirá un informe evaluando la inclusión al Plan de las solicitudes y otro informe, con posterioridad, evaluando la concesión de las subvenciones incluidas y su pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Una vez efectuada cada valoración y emitido el correspondiente informe del Órgano Colegiado, el órgano Instructor formulará la correspondiente propuesta de resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;El Órgano Colegiado tendrá la siguiente composición:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="circle"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Presidente: Regidor/a del Departamento de Patrimonio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Vocal: Técnica de Patrimonio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base quinta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;La ejecución de las acciones o la presentación de documentación definida en estas bases son de obligado cumplimiento, será requisito imprescindible para la obtención de la subvención y su incumplimiento será motivo de denegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Para mantener unas condiciones especialmente ventajosas para las obres objeto de esta subvención, se declaran compatibles las ayudas aquí previstas con las establecidas por otras administraciones públicas siempre que no se supere con las subvenciones concedidas el coste total de la obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ÁMBITO DE APLICACIÓN Y ACTUACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base sexta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Serán objeto de las ayudas establecidas en estas bases las actuaciones que se lleven a cabo dentro de los siguientes ámbitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Ámbito 1 (A1): Incluye los inmuebles comprendidos dentro del Conjunto histórico de la &amp;nbsp;Ciudad de Alcúdia (intra-muros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Ámbito 2 (A2): Incluye los inmuebles comprendidos en el entorno de protección, nueva&amp;nbsp;delimitación del Conjunto histórico de la Ciudad de Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Ámbito 3 (A3): Los edificios incluidos en el catálogo del patrimonio histórico y artístico del medio rural y suelo urbano de Alcúdia aprobado definitivamente en fecha 29 de septiembre de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Ámbito 4 (A4): Los “marges” de pared que delimitan los caminos rurales incluidos en el catálogo del patrimonio histórico y artístico del medio rural y suelo urbano de Alcúdia aprobado definitivamente en fecha 29 de septiembre de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base séptima&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Los inmuebles i edificaciones objeto de estas bases no podrán haber sido construidos, ni haber sufrido una rehabilitación sustancial en los últimos 30 años excepto en los casos en que se especifique otra cosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base octava&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Quedan &lt;strong&gt;excluidas&lt;/strong&gt; del ámbito de la subvención regulada por las siguientes bases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Fachadas de edificios en situación de fuera de ordenación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Las obras que impliquen la demolición de fachadas o muros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Las actuaciones que representen el vaciado estructural o derribo general del inmueble en que se pretende actuar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Fachadas de edificios en los cuales se haya iniciado, resuelto o no, un expediente de infracción urbanística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base novena&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los elementos de la fachada que podrán ser objeto de subvención son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; El propio paramento de la fachada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Las puertas, persianas y ventadas (incluso las destinadas a instalaciones de contadores o similares)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Cornisas y aleros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Canales y bajantes de aguas pluviales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Fiolas, dinteles, umbrales, jambas y zócalos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Eliminación del cableado de fachada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los “marges” que delimitan los caminos rurales que podrán ser objeto de subvención son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; “Marges” de pared seca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; “Marges” de pared verda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;REQUISITOS GENERALES y OBLIGACIONES DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Base décima&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; Para acogerse a las ayudas de estas bases, los promotores de la obra tendrán que reunir las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Ser personas físicas o, en el caso de edificaciones en régimen de propiedad horizontal, Comunidades de Propietarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Ser propietarios, arrendatarios, usufructuarios del inmueble o titulares de otros títulos jurídicos de igual naturaleza admisibles en derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Estar al corriente de sus obligaciones tributarias, de acuerdo con las normas vigentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;El beneficio que se reconozca por razón de una determinada actuación entenderá a quien se subrogue en la titularidad o uso de la finca y de la licencia de obras, previa acreditación documental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;El sol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ici&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;tante&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;perderá&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;todos los derechos sobre&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;ayudas concedidas en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;el supuesto de que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;se ejecuten&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;obras&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;fuera de los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;parámetros&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;autorizados en la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;licencia municipal de obras&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;o de cualquier&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;modificación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;concedida&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;que no haya sido&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;previamente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;autorizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;c. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Para poder acogerse a esta subvención se debe cumplir la condición de no destinar la vivienda objeto de subvención a la explotación turística durante un plazo mínimo de 15 años, tal como marca la Disposición adicional decimocuarta de la Ley 5/2018, de 19 de junio, de la vivienda de las Islas Baleares. En el supuesto de que no se respete esta condición, se establece la obligación a los promotores/propietarios del retorno íntegro de los recursos públicos invertidos debidamente actualizados con el interés legal aplicable durante el periodo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Se establece una&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;carencia&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de 10 años en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;el derecho de los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;promotores&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;para volver a&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;solicitar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;ayudas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;por el mismo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;concepto. Con la excepción de obras incluidas por decreto en el Plan de Fomento de rehabilitación de fachadas en el año inmediatamente anterior al presente y que no pudieran haber presentado la solicitud y documentación de finalización de las obras comprendida en la base 17ª de las presentes bases por causas imputables a este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base undécima&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Los beneficiarios de las ayudas otorgadas están obligados a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; Tener capacidad jurídica de obrar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;b.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; Obtener la licencia municipal de obras o título habilitante previamente al inicio de las mismas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;c.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; Realizar las obras en los plazos máximos establecidos en las condiciones de la licencia de obras o del título habilitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;d.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; Justificar la inversión de las cantidades declaradas en la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;e.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; Permitir la actuaciones de comprobación, control y seguimiento de la obras a la corporación municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;f.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; Comunicar al Ayuntamiento, con acreditación documental al efecto, la tramitación y obtención de otras subvenciones, ayudas o recursos recibidos de otras administraciones por el mismo concepto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;. Comunicar al Ayuntamiento el inicio de las obras y cualquier incidencia significativa que se produzca en la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CUANTÍA Y TIPO DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base duodécima&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;La subvención consistirá en una cantidad equivalente al 40% del coste de la obra, excluidos impuestos, multiplicado por el coeficiente de corrección determinado en la base 13ª, con un máximo de 8.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Las ayudas incluyen, además, la bonificación del 95% del impuesto sobre construcciones, &amp;nbsp;instalaciones y obras. Así como de las tasas de expedición de licencia urbanística, de ocupación de vía pública y cortes de calle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;A efectos de las presentes bases se considerará coste total de la obra la suma de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="circle"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Importes contractuales de la ejecución de las obras de los diferentes contratistas a intervenir. Excluidos impuestos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Honorarios facultativos referentes a la gestión, dirección y coordinación de seguridad y, si cabe, los referentes a costes de diagnóstico y estudio previos y de elaboración de proyecto. Excluidos impuestos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base decimotercera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;La determinación de la cuantía de las subvenciones incluirá un coeficiente de corrección que vendrá determinado por el ámbito de actuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Los coeficientes de corrección son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;F1: Correspondiente al ámbito de actuación A1 determinado en la base 6ª&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Coeficiente de corrección = 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;F2: Correspondiente al ámbito de actuación A2 determinado en la base 6ª&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Coeficiente de corrección = 0,75&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;F3: Correspondiente al ámbito de actuación A3 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Coeficiente de corrección = 0,75&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;F4: Correspondiente al ámbito de actuación A4 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Coeficiente de corrección = 0,75&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base decimocuarta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Cuando coincidan en un mismo edificio la ejecución de obras de rehabilitación en diferentes viviendas promovidas por un mismo interesado, se entenderá que se trata de una única intervención y por tanto estará sujeto a las limitaciones establecidas en la base 12ª aunque estas obras no sean coincidentes en el tiempo o en los conceptos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO DE INCLUSIÓN EN EL PLAN Y DE CONCESIÓN Y PAGO DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base decimoquinta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Solicitud de inclusión en el Plan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;1.- Las solicitudes de Inclusión al Plan (anexo 1) se formularán en este Ayuntamiento con posterioridad al momento de solicitar la licencia de obras correspondiente o el título habilitante y como máximo en el período de vigencia de ésta. Dichas solicitudes de deberán presentar con los modelos oficiales establecidos, acompañados de la documentación especificada en el punto 4º de la presente base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;2.- La tramitación de la solicitud de ayudas económicas estará vinculada a la tramitación del expediente de otorgamiento de licencia de obras o título habilitante, de tal forma que la no aceptación de la licencia de obras o la ineficacia del título habilitante supondrá la no aceptación de la concesión de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;3.- La solicitud deberá acompañarse de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="circle"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Solicitud de inclusión en el Plan debidamente cumplimentada (anexo 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Fotocopia del DNI del&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;solicitante,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;NIF en caso de una&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;comunidad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de vecinos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Copia del título&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de ocupación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; (escritura &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de propiedad o&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;contrato de alquiler&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, en su caso, autorización &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de la propiedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Si el solicitante&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;es una comunidad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de propietarios,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;certificación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;del acta en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;la que se aprueben&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;obras&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de rehabilitación,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;con&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;la relación anexa&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de copropietarios&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;firmada por los representantes&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de la comunidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Declaración jurada&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;del titular&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de la propiedad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;y/o del&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;promotor de la obra&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;relativa a otras posibles subvenciones solicitadas para la rehabilitación del edificio (anexo 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Número de cuenta&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de la entidad financiera&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;en la que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; el solicitante &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;quiere&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;que el Ayuntamiento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;le abone&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;la ayuda, si&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; esta le es concedida &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;(según anexo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Certificación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de estar al corriente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;obligaciones&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;fiscales&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;con&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;el Ayuntamiento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Certificación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de estar al corriente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;obligaciones&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;fiscales&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;con&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; el Estado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Certificación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de estar al corriente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;obligaciones&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;fiscales&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;con&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;la Seguridad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Certificación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de no incurrir en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;ningún supuesto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;contemplado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;en el art.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;13.2 y 13.3 de la Ley&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;38/2003,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de 17&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de noviembre,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;General de Subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; (anexo 4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Presupuesto detallado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de las obras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; (con &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;mediciones&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de las partidas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;a realizar y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;precio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;unitario de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;cada una de ellas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Memoria descriptiva&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;del tipo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de intervención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; (materiales, acabados, etc.) o, en su caso, proyecto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; técnico debidamente visado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;4.- Una vez presentada la solicitud de inclusión, los servicios técnicos del Área de Patrimonio la revisarán para verificar los requisitos y emitir informe sobre la conformidad o no de ésta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;5.- De acuerdo con lo previsto en la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, si la solicitud de subvención no cumple los requisitos que se indican o no se incluye la documentación que corresponde, se requerirá a la entidad para que en el plazo de diez (10) días hábiles a partir del día siguiente de la notificación, subsane la falta o aporte los documentos preceptivos, con indicación de que, si no lo hace, se considerará que desiste de su solicitud, previa resolución. No se concederán prórrogas del plazo para presentar la documentación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;6.- Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de las solicitudes de inclusión (indicada en la base 18ª), se enviarán todas las solicitudes que cuentan con informes técnicos favorables al Órgano Colegiado que lo valorará y emitirá un informe motivado con carácter preceptivo y vinculante, de acuerdo con los criterios de concesión fijados en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;7.- De acuerdo con el informe mencionado&amp;nbsp; en el punto anterior, el Órgano Instructor propondrá la inclusión de las solicitudes presentadas, i el órgano competente la resolverá en una única resolución. La resolución se notificará a los solicitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;8.- El plazo para resolver la inclusión o no inclusión al Plan será de 1 mes, a contar desde el plazo máximo establecido para presentar las solicitudes de inclusión al Plan establecida en la base 18ª. El silencio administrativo tendrá efecto negativo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base decimosexta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Solicitud de concesión de la subvención de las obras ya incluidas en el Plan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;1.- Ejecutadas las obras incluidas en el Plan -de conformidad con la base 15ª- se deberá presentar la solicitud de concesión de subvención (anexo 6) junto con la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="circle"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Certificación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;final de obras,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;suscrita&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;por el facultativo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;o técnico&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;que haya ejecutado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;la obra&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;en el caso&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de obras mayores&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;del maestro&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de obras en el&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de obras&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;menores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Justificación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;económica&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de la ejecución&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de las obras&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;incluidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; (facturas que demuestren el coste real de las obras de rehabilitación realmente ejecutadas y declaradas en la solicitud de inclusión en el Plan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;). No se aprobará más importe que el aprobado en la Resolución de inclusión al Plan, aunque esté justificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Fotografías&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de la obra&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;terminada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;2.- En los casos en que la solicitud de concesión se presente el año siguiente a la resolución de inclusión al Pla, se deberá presentar la siguiente justificación del año presente 2021:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="circle"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Certificación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de estar al corriente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;obligaciones&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;fiscales&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;con&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;el Ayuntamiento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Certificación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de estar al corriente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;obligaciones&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;fiscales&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;con&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; el Estado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Certificación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de estar al corriente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;obligaciones&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;fiscales&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;con&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;la Seguridad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;3.- Presentada la solicitud de concesión de subvención y documentación citada en el 1er punto anterior, se emitirá informe técnico por parte de los servicios técnicos del Área de Patrimonio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;4.- De acuerdo con lo que prevé la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, si la solicitud de concesión de la subvención no cumple los requisitos que se indican o no se incluye la documentación que corresponde, se requerirá al interesado para que en el plazo de diez (10) días hábiles a partir del día siguiente a la notificación, se enmiende la carencia o aporte los documentos preceptivos, con la indicación de que, si no lo hace, o lo hace de forma parcial, se considerará que desiste de la subvención, previa resolución. No se concederán prórrogas del plazo para presentar la documentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;5.- Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de las solicitudes de concesión de las subvenciones (indicada en la base 18ª), el órgano colegiado que valorará todas las solicitudes de pago presentadas y que cuenten con informe técnico favorable, y emitirá un informe conjunto proponiendo el pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;6.- De acuerdo con este informe, el órgano instructor propondrá la concesión y pago de las solicitudes presentadas, y el órgano competente la resolverá en una única resolución. La resolución se notificará a los solicitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;7.- El plazo para resolver la concesión o denegación de las subvenciones será de 1 mes, a contar desde el plazo máximo establecido para presentar la solicitud de concesión de subvención establecida en la base 18ª. El silencio administrativo tendrá efecto negativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base decimoséptima&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Pago de las subvenciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;1.- Las subvenciones son postpagables; es decir, se abonarán en los plazos correspondientes una vez que se justifiquen debidamente, en que se tramitará el pago de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;2.- Las subvenciones se concederán de acuerdo al orden de fecha de presentación de la solicidud de concesión de subvención y una vez que se haya presentado, en plazo, toda la documentación necesaria y se haya emitido el informe técnico favorable de concesión de la subvención por parte de los servicios técnicos del Área de Patrimonio y informe del Órgano Colegiado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;3.- La subvención SE DENEGARÁ una vez que se haya agotado la partida presupuestaria destinada al presente Plan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;4.- Cuando la partida presupuestaria fuese insuficiente para cubrir la última subvención concedida, se abonará la cantidad remanente de la partida presupuestaria destinada al Plan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;5.- Si los gastos reales presentados en el momento de la justificación son superiores a los aprobados en la Resolución de Inclusión al Plan, se abonará como máximo el importe concedido en la mencionada Resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;6.- Las subvenciones concedidas y las condiciones con las cuales se haya concedido serán aceptadas sin reservas por parte del beneficiario en el momento de concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PLAZOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base decimoctava&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes de inclusión en el Plan (anexo 1) empieza a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB y finaliza día 15 de octubre del año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes de concesión de subvención (anexo 6) finaliza día 15 de noviembre del año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Las obras incluidas por decreto en el Pla de fomento de rehabilitación de fachadas del año anterior 2020, i que no se hayan podido terminar las obres dentro del mencionado año, podrán presentar la solicitud de concesión de la subvención indicada en la base 16ª durante el presente año 2021. El plazo para presentar las solicitudes de concesión de subvención (anexo 6) finaliza día 15 de noviembre del año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Las obras incluidas por decreto en el Pla de fomento de rehabilitación de fachadas del año anterior 2021, i que no puedan terminar las obres dentro del presente año, podrán presentar la solicitud de concesión de la subvención indicada en la base 16ª durante el año inmediatamente posterior. El plazo para presentar las solicitudes de concesión de subvención se determinará en las Bases redactadas en el año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;En los casos en que la solicitud de concesión se presente el año siguiente a la inclusión al Plan, se deberá presentar la justificación de estar al corriente de las obligaciones fiscales con las administraciones del mencionado año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Ninguna solicitud presentada fuera de estos plazos se admitirá a trámite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRÓRROGAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base decimonovena &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;No se concederán prórrogas del plazo para presentar la documentación de la solicitud de inclusión al Plan. Únicamente se podrán conceder prórrogas, debidamente motivadas, de los plazos de ejecución de la obra y de la justificación posterior para la obtención de la subvención de las obras ya incluidas en el Plan. Todo esto, cumpliendo con las limitaciones mencionadas en la base 18ª.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Las solicitudes de concesión de prórrogas, debidamente motivadas, de los plazos de ejecución y justificación de las actuaciones aprobadas, se tendrán que presentar con anterioridad al vencimiento de los mismos. Se concederán por los siguientes supuestos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="circle"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fuerza mayor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Causas económicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cualquier otra justificación que pueda ser apreciada por el Ayuntamiento como causa de la dilación temporal en la ejecución del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;El procedimiento para la tramitación de las prórrogas se iniciará a solicitud del interesado y se resolverá por el órgano competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Las solicitudes de prórroga presentadas fuera de plazo no se concederán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;MODIFICACIÓN, INCUMPLIMIENTO Y REINTEGRO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base vigésima&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;La alteración de las condiciones que determinaron la concesión de la subvención, y en todo caso, la obtención concurrente de subvenciones o ayudas de otras administraciones públicas que superen el coste de las obras realmente realizadas, puede dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de otorgamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Si la licencia municipal de obras obtenida caduca, según sus prescripciones, implicará la extinción de los efectos de la concesión de la subvención, ya que la subvención está vinculada siempre a la licencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base vigésimo primera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;El incumplimiento por causas imputables al beneficiario de las obligaciones impuestas como consecuencia de la concesión de las subvenciones, así como el falseamiento, la inexactitud o la omisión de los datos suministrados que hayan servido para la concesión de las subvenciones, conllevará la pérdida total o parcial de las mismas, y si procede, el reintegro con el abono de los intereses de demora, según lo establecido en la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base vigésimo segunda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;En todo lo no previsto en estas bases específicas se aplicará la Ley 38/2003 de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones; la Ley 39/2015 del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas; el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el reglamento de la Ley general de subvenciones; así como el resto de normativa que le sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base vigésimo tercera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Contra esta convocatoria pública de subvenciones, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de reposición frente al órgano que la ha dictado, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. El plazo para interponerlo es de 1 mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de publicación o notificación. En este caso no se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que no se haya resuelto el de reposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;El recurso de reposición se puede presentar en el registro General de este Ayuntamiento o en las dependencias a las que se refiere el artículo 16.1 de la Ley 39/2019, y se considerará desestimado si no se ha resuelto y se ha notificado la resolución en el plazo de 1 mes a contar desde el día siguiente a que se interponga. En este caso queda expedita la vía contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Si no se utiliza el recurso de reposición se puede interponer directamente recurso contenciosos administrativo, de acuerdo con el artículo mencionado anteriormente y los 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa, en el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la fecha de la publicación, sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso o acción que se considere oportuna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Base vigésimo cuarta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ley orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos de carácter personal, los datos personales que se aporten se incorporarán y se tratarán en un fichero de subvenciones de Cultura con la finalidad de llevar la gestión. Se puede ejercer el derecho de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición al tratamiento de estos datos según las condiciones que se prevé en la legislación vigente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
