    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Finalizado el plazo de exposición al público de la modificación presupuestaria 06/2021, por suplemento de crédito financiado con remanente general de tesorería para gastos generales, aprobada inicialmente por el Ayuntamiento en Pleno en la sesión del día 4 de marzo de 2021, y no habiendo sido formulada ninguna reclamación contra el acuerdo de aprobación inicial, éste se convierte en definitivo, y, en cumplimiento de lo que dispone el artículo 169 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, se publica a continuación la modificación realizada a nivel de aplicación presupuestaria :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra el presente acuerdo, en virtud de lo que se dispone en el artículo 171 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, los interesados podrán interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo en la forma y plazos establecidos en los artículos 25 a 42 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de esta Jurisdicción. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sin perjuicio de ello, a tenor de lo establecido en el artículo 171.3 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, la interposición de este recurso no suspenderá por sí sola la efectividad del acto o acuerdo impugnado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
