&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;DECRETO DE LA ALCALDIA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto el acuerdo plenario del día&amp;nbsp; 3 de Julio de 2019, de conformidad al cual se aprueba la creación de los siguientes puestos de trabajo, destinados a personal eventual o de confianza que a continuación se indican, con las retribuciones anuales que también se detallan: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Dado que, por renuncia del Sr. Josep Marí Ribas como Alcalde del municipio, el Pleno del día 6 de marzo de 2021 nombró como nuevo Alcalde al Sr. &amp;nbsp;Angel Luis Guerrero Domínguez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Dado que, en relación a dicho personal eventual, y de conformidad con los correspondientes acuerdos de su nombramiento, "este personal eventual cesará automáticamente en todo caso cuando se produzca el cese o expire el mandato de la autoridad a la que presten la su función de confianza o asesoramiento. "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Por todo lo expuesto, mediante este escrito &lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;.- Mantener el acuerdo adoptado el día 05.07.19, relativo al nombramiento del Sr. ALBERTO FERRER FERRER, DNI ***5884**, como personal eventual, para ocupar el puesto de trabajo de confianza y / o de asesoramiento especial de JEFE DE PRENSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;.- Mantener el acuerdo adoptado el día 07.09.19, relativo al nombramiento de la Sra. MARGARITA PLANELLS TORRES, con NIF ***4244**, como personal eventual, para ocupar el puesto de trabajo de confianza y / o de asesoramiento especial de COORDINADORA DE ALCALDIA Y PROTOCOLO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;TERCERO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;.- Mantener el acuerdo adoptado el día 12.07.19, relativo al nombramiento del Sr. SALVADOR VAZQUEZ GOMEZ, con DNI ***5020**, como personal eventual, para ocupar el puesto de trabajo de confianza y / o de asesoramiento especial de COORDINADOR DE SERVICIOS MUNICIPALES DE MANTENIMIENTO Y OBRAS PUBLICAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;CUARTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;.- Mantener el acuerdo adoptado el día 22.08.19, relativo al nombramiento del Sr. ANTONIO JOSE VIÑARAS&amp;nbsp; DOMINGO, con NIE ***2315**, como personal eventual, para ocupar el puesto de trabajo de confianza y / o de asesoramiento especial de ASESOR DE PATRIMONIO Y CULTURA Y DELEGADO DE LA ZONA DE CALA DE BOU.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;QUINTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;.- Mantener el acuerdo adoptado el día 24.01.20, relativo al nombramiento del Sr. FRANCISCO JAVIER COPADO MARMOL, con NIF ***5692**, como personal eventual, para ocupar el puesto de trabajo de confianza de ADJUNTO DE PRENSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO&lt;/strong&gt;.-. Las nombrados podrán ser cesados ​​o separados libremente por la Alcaldía en cualquier momento del mandato de la actual Corporación. En cualquier caso, este personal eventual cesará automáticamente en todo caso cuando se produzca el cese o expire el mandato de la autoridad a la que presten su función de confianza o asesoramiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;SÉPTIMO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;.- Notificar estos acuerdo a los interesados, para su conocimiento y efectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;OCTAVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;.- Hacer público este acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia, con especificación del puesto de trabajo, régimen de retribuciones y dedicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;NOVENO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;. Dar traslado a Pleno en la primera sesión que celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
