    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acuerdo del Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de Talaia por el que se aprueba inicialmente la aprobación de la Modificación de la Plantilla de Personal (Expdt.2662/2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El Ple de este Ayuntamiento, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el&amp;nbsp; día 25 de marzo de 2021, adoptó, entre otros, los siguientes ACUERDOS: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar inicialmente la modificación de la plantilla de personal municipal aprobada por el &amp;nbsp;Pleno de la Corporación en data 30 de noviembre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. &lt;/strong&gt;En concreto, es necesario, a la vista de los antecedentes y estudios realizados, amortizar la siguiente plaza:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Durante este plazo, &lt;/em&gt;los interesados podrán examinar el expediente y presentar las reclamaciones que estimen pertinentes. Transcurrido este plazo, si no se han presentado alegaciones, se entenderá elevado a definitivo este acuerdo de aprobación inicial..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
