    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se hace saber que el Sr Alcalde, en resolución del día 29 de marzo de 2021, aprobó el Decreto número 2021-0184, de constitución del Bolsín de Terapeutas Ocupacionales como personal laboral temporal del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta, siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;“DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Expediente núm:&lt;/strong&gt; 667/2020&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Asunto:&lt;/strong&gt; Decreto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Procedimiento:&lt;/strong&gt; Selección de Personal y Provisión de puestos de trabajo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El 31 de octubre de 2020 se aprobaron las Bases del procedimiento para la constitución de un Bolsín de Terapeutas Ocupacionales del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta (BOIB núm. 188-2020). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Llevado a cabo todo el procedimiento correspondiente, el 26 de marzo de 2021, los miembros del Tribunal Calificador elevaron a esta Alcaldía la propuesta de constitución del bolsín con los aspirantes que han superado el concurso-oposición, la puntuación total y el orden de prelación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo lo expuesto, y en uso de las facultades y atribuciones que me han sido conferidas por el artículo 21 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de Bases de Régimen Local, &lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Constituir el siguiente Bolsín de Terapeutas Ocupacionales personal laboral temporal para la atención de futuras necesidades de personal del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta en los términos indicados por el Tribunal de selección: &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar la presente resolución a los interesados y a los representantes de los trabajadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
