    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El concejal del Área de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública, por resolución número&amp;nbsp;5.230 de&amp;nbsp;26 de&amp;nbsp;marzo de 2021, acordó lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Subsanar el decreto núm. 19.938, fecha 11 de diciembre de 2020 de modificación de las bases de la convocatoria del concurso oposición para cubrir tres plazas de cabo/a de bombero/a por el sistema de promoción interna en el sentido que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;allí donde dice: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; {A-(E/2)} x 10&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cuanto a la fase de oposición:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;allí donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt; “e) Formación profesional no reglada, se puntuará hasta un máximo de 8 puntos.” &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/strong&gt; “e) Formación profesional no reglada, se puntuará hasta un máximo de 6 puntos.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Publicar esta subsanación de error material en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en la web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, conforme lo que dispone el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&amp;nbsp;El plazo para interponerlo es de un mes contado desde el día siguiente de recibir la presente notificación.&amp;nbsp;En este caso no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que se haya resuelto el de reposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El recurso de reposición potestativo debe presentarse en el registro general de este Ayuntamiento o en las dependencias a que se refiere el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, antes mencionada, y se entenderá desestimado cuando no haya resuelto y notificada la resolución, en el plazo de un mes, contado desde el día siguiente de su interposición.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En este caso queda expedita la vía contencioso administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si no se utiliza el recurso potestativo de reposición, se puede interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo citado anteriormente, y los 45 y siguientes de la ley 29/98, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente de recibir la presente notificación. Esto sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso o acción que se considere conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
