    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se hace público que el consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Hacienda, Gestión Económica, Deportes y Juventud ha aprobado por resolución nº 2021000047, de fecha 16/03/2021, la convocatoria de los Premios al Deporte de Ibiza para el año 2021, del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;"El Pleno del Consell Insular de Ibiza, en sesión celebrada el 24 de abril de 2008, aprobó las bases para la concesión de los Premios del Deporte de Ibiza. Estas bases fueron publicadas en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares número. 91 de 1 de julio de 2008.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En fecha 11 de marzo de 2021&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; se dispuso la incoación del expediente para la convocatoria de los premios del deporte de Ibiza para el año 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, par conceder los premios a los y a las mejores deportistas y a las entidades vinculadas al deporte de Ibiza durante el año 20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;el informe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; propuesta favorable del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;coordinador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; del del departamento de Deportes y Juventud de fecha &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15 de marzo de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2020000768, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de modificació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;creto de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Presidencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;número&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 201900471, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de fecha 10-7-2019, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;estructura del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Gobierno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; del Consell Insular &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de Ibiza y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; creació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de departament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y del decreto de Presidencia núm. 2019000484, de fecha 16-7-2019, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;determinació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;atribuciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; correspon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dientes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s diferent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;órganos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; del Consell Insular &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de Ibiza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; (BOIB &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;número&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;153, de 5 de septiembre de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2019000484, de fecja 16-7-2019, de determinación de las atribuciones correspondientes a los diferentes organos del Consell Insular de Ibiza (BOIB núm. 98 EXT. De 17-7-2020; modificaciones al BOIB núm. 175, de 31-12-2019, BOIB núm. 101, de 4-6-2020 y al BOIB núm. 153, de 5 de septiembre de 2020), y el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2019000472, de nombramiento de las personas miembros del Consell Ejecutivo de 10 de Julio de 2019 (BOIB núm. 95 de 11-7-2019)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En virtud de todo lo anterior y de conformidad con el Artículo 72.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Reglamento organico del Consell Insular de Ibiza (BOIB núm. 136, de 18-09-10; corrección en BOIB núm. 148, de 14-10-2010, modificación en BOIB núm. 48, de 16-4-2019)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Efectuar la convocatoria de los Premios al Deporte de Ibiza para el año 2021&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, como distinción &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;honorifica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a aquellas personas o entidades que participen en la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;promoción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; y el fomento del deporte en la isla de Ibiza, en las siguientes categorías:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Mejor deportista del año 2020 de cada modalidad deportiva y de entre ellos el/la mejor deportista de Ibiza del año 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Mejor entidad patrocinadora del año 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Mejor club o asociación deportiva del año 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Mejor persona física del año 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Mejor equipo deportivo de Ibiza del año 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Mejor delegación federativa del año 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Podrán presentar candidaturas las delegaciones federativas de Ibiza. Si un deporte no está reconocido como Federación en las Islas Baleares podrán presentar la propuesta la Federación Española correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. Efectuar la convocatoria de las distinciones especiales a las personas que por su trayectoria sean merecedoras de esta distinción, de conformidad con la disposición transitoria de las bases para la concesión de los premios al deporte de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Podrán presentar candidaturas debidamente justificadas, el Consell Insular, los ayuntamientos, los miembros del jurado, las delegaciones federativas, los clubs o las asociaciones deportivas o cualquier otra institución o entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Estas distinciones especiales deberán ser aprobadas por mayoría absoluta del jurado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Declarar la abertura de un plazo de 20 días desde el de la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares para que las entidades puedan presentar sus candidaturas para la obtención de estos premios i/o distinciones especiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las solicitudes se podrán presentar en los lugares previstos en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. En caso que las solicitudes no se presenten en el Registro General de Entrada del Consell Insular de Ibiza, las entidades deberán remitir copia escaneada del documento registrado a otra administración a la dirección de correo electrónico &lt;/span&gt;dep.esports@conselldeivissa.es&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.&lt;/strong&gt; Dar cuenta en el siguiente consejo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; ejecutivo que se celebre".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
