    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Se hace público que el consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Economía y Territorio del Consejo Insular de Menorca mediante Resolución nº 2021/321, de fecha 12 de marzo de 2021, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la convocatoria de las pruebas para la habilitación de guías turísticos de las Islas Baleares, en el ámbito territorial de la isla de Menorca, y para la ampliación de idiomas para los guías ya inscritos en el Registre insular de empresas, actividades y establecimientos turísticos, y las bases de la convocatoria y el temario que han de regular el procedimiento de las mencionadas pruebas, que se incorporan como Anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar esta Resolución juntamente con su anexo en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES QUE RIGEN LA CONVOCATORIA DE LAS PRUEBAS PARA LA HABILITACIÓN DE GUÍAS TURÍSTICOS EN LAS ISLAS BALEARES, EN El ÁMBITO TERRITORIAL DE LA ISLA DE MENORCA, Y DE AMPLIACIÓN DE IDIOMAS, CON INDICACIÓN DEL PROCEDIMIENTO Y DE LA DOCUMENTACIÓN NECESARIOS PARA PODER PARTICIPAR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto es convocar las personas interesadas a la realización de las pruebas para la obtención, en el ámbito territorial de la isla de Menorca, de la habilitación de guía turístico de las Islas Baleares y/o la ampliación de idiomas de la habilitación para los guías ya inscritos en el Registro Insular de Empresas, Actividades y Establecimientos Turísticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. CONDICIONES Y REQUISITOS QUE TIENEN QUE CUMPLIR LOS/LAS ASPIRANTES &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas interesadas a ejercer la actividad de guía turístico/a en las Islas Baleares tienen que cumplir los requisitos generales exigidos en el art. 137.2 del Decreto 20/2015, de 17 de abril, de principios generales y directrices de coordinación en materia turística; de regulación de órganos asesores, de coordinación y de cooperación del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, y de regulación y clasificación de las empresas y de los establecimientos turísticos, dictado en despliegue de la Ley 8/2012, de 19 de julio, de turismo de las Islas Baleares, para obtener la habilitación correspondiente después de la superación de las pruebas que se regulan en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los requisitos que tienen que cumplir las persones aspirantes para acreditarse como guía turístico/a, a todos los efectos, son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Tener la nacionalidad española o la de alguno de los estados miembros de la Unión Europea o signatario del Acuerdo sobre Espacio Económico Europeo, o bien ser ciudadano/ana extranjero/a con residencia en España, con el derecho reconocido para ejercer una actividad remunerada por cuenta propia o de otro, de conformidad con la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Ser mayor de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Estar en posesión de alguno de los siguientes títulos: ciclo formativo de grado superior de formación profesional, diplomado o licenciado universitario, grado o máster universitario o cualquier otro equivalente u homologado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En referencia a la calificación profesional de guía de turistas y visitantes, estar en posesión de un certificado de profesionalidad o de una acreditación de competencias profesionales obtenida mediante la evaluación y acreditación de las competencias adquiridas por medio de la experiencia laboral o de vías no formales de formación, todo esto, en los términos contenidos en la Ley Orgánica 5/2002, de 19 de junio, de las calificaciones y de la formación profesional, y en el Real Decreto 1224/2009, de 17 de julio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Acreditar el conocimiento del inglés y de al menos otra lengua extranjera, en los términos que establece el decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Acreditar el conocimiento de los idiomas castellano y catalán, en los términos que establece el decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Acreditar el conocimiento del patrimonio natural y cultural de las Islas Baleares, en los términos que establece el decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas que cumplan los requisitos a, b y c pueden presentarse a las pruebas que permiten demostrar su capacitación en los requisitos d, e y f.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los y las guías turísticos interesados en ampliar idiomas pueden participar en esta convocatoria para la habilitación de nuevos idiomas, especificando en la solicitud que ya están en posesión de la habilitación y se presentan para una ampliación de idiomas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. BLOQUES TEMÁTICOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las pruebas de habilitación de guía constan de los siguientes bloques temáticos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- (Bloque 1) Patrimonio natural y cultural de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- (Bloque 2) Inglés y 2.ª lengua extranjera de la que se pretende obtener la habilitación (y otra u otras si es el caso)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- (Bloque 3) Lengua catalana y lengua castellana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El temario de la prueba del (Bloque 1) -Patrimonio natural y cultural de las Islas Baleares- figura en la parte final de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. PRESENTACIÓN DE LAS SOLICITUDES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las solicitudes se tienen que presentar ante el Consejo Insular de Menorca mediante cualquiera de las formas previstas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El modelo de la solicitud es el que figura como anexo en estas bases y se encontrará en la web del Consejo Insular de Menorca (www.cime.es) en trámites del Departamento de Economía y Territorio-Ordenación Turística (Trámite n.º 3521-Convocatoria de las pruebas para la habilitación de guías turísticos y ampliación de idiomas, isla de Menorca) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el supuesto de que haya dudas derivadas de la calidad de la copia de los documentos aportados por el interesado, el CIM podrá requerir que se exhiba el documento o la información original.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las solicitudes se tendrán que acompañar de la documentación que seguidamente se señala dependiendo de si se trata de nuevas habilitaciones de guías turísticos o de ampliación de idiomas de guías ya habilitados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;I) Nuevas habilitaciones de guías turísticos/ícas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Documento nacional de identidad o documento equivalente del cual pueda deducirse claramente la identidad y la nacionalidad, así como la mayoría de edad de la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Estar en posesión de alguno de los títulos siguientes: ciclo formativo de grado superior de formación profesional; diplomado o licenciado universitario; grado o máster universitario, o cualquier otro equivalente u homologado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el caso de títulos emitidos fuera de España, tiene que presentarse la homologación correspondiente, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Con referencia a la calificación profesional de guía de turistas y visitantes: certificado de profesionalidad o de una acreditación de competencias profesionales obtenida mediante la evaluación y acreditación de las competencias adquiridas por medio de la experiencia laboral o de vías no formales de formación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Resguardo acreditativo de haber efectuado el pago de los derechos de examen&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Foto medida carné&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En caso de solicitar la exención de alguno de los bloques de los cuales consta la prueba, tendrá que señalarlo en la solicitud y presentar la documentación que acredita los conocimientos de la persona aspirante en el bloque o los bloques temáticos para los cuales solicita exención, en los términos que establece el artículo 137 del Decreto 20/2015 y la base octava de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;II) Ampliación de idiomas de guías ya habilitados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Documento nacional de identidad o documento equivalente del cual pueda deducirse claramente la identidad, la nacionalidad, así como la mayoría de edad de la persona interesada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Carné de guía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Resguardo acreditativo de haber efectuado el pago de los derechos de examen&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;d) Foto medida carné&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. TASA PARA ACCEDER A LAS PRUEBAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las tasas para acceder a las pruebas son las establecidas en la ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa para la habilitación de guía turístico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Para las nuevas habilitaciones: 16,40 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Para la ampliación de idiomas: 8,20 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. NOTIFICACIONES A LAS PERSONAS INTERESADAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Toda la información relativa al proceso de admisión y evaluación se publicará en el tablón de anuncios y en la web del Consejo Insular de Menorca (www.cime.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES Y ADMISIÓN A LAS PRUEBAS &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las solicitudes se pueden presentar en el plazo de 15 días naturales contados a partir del día siguiente de haberse publicado la convocatoria en el BOIB, si el último día de presentación de solicitudes cae en sábado o festivo, se prorroga hasta el día hábil siguiente. A efectos informativos, también se publicará en el tablón de anuncios y en la web del Consejo Insular de Menorca (www.cime.es). Si en alguna de las solicitudes hubiera algún defecto enmendable, se notificará a la persona interesada en los términos que prevé el art. 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de la LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Expirado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes y enmienda de errores, se harán públicas las listas de admitidos y excluidos, en el plazo máximo de diez días hábiles, con indicación individualizada de las causas de exclusión de las personas interesadas que no hayan sido admitidas. En las listas tendrá que constar, si procede, especificación de los bloques de los cuales han sido eximidos. Habrá un plazo de diez días hábiles para presentar reclamaciones, agotado el cual se publicará la lista definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vez resuelto todo el proceso de admisión, el Consejo informará en el tablón de anuncios y publicará en la web del Consejo Insular de Menorca (www.cime.es) la fecha, lugar y hora, así como los miembros que formarán la Comisión Evaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. CONVALIDACIÓN DE CONOCIMIENTOS &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A todos los efectos, las personas que soliciten la exención de alguno o algunos de los bloques temáticos de los cuales conste la prueba tienen que demostrar el nivel de conocimientos exigidos en estas materias en base a lo que establece el artículo 137 del Decreto 20/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Además, en virtud del apartado 4 del art. 137 del Decreto 20/2015, se establece que serán eximidas de realizar las pruebas las persones candidatas que acrediten su competencia presentando certificados acreditativos de haber superado cursos impartidos por centros oficiales con una duración mínima:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Para el &lt;strong&gt;bloque temático 1&lt;/strong&gt;, de conocimientos de recursos patrimoniales y naturales de las Islas Baleares: Cursos impartidos por centros oficiales con una duración mínima de 62 horas, sobre recursos patrimoniales y naturales de las Islas Baleares y que sean reconocidos por el Consejo Insular de Menorca. Quedarán eximidas las personas que hayan realizado el curso sobre «Patrimonio cultural y espacios naturales de las Islas Baleares para la habilitación de guías turísticos», organizado por el Consejo Insular de Menorca e impartido por la Universitat de les Illes Balears (Sede Universitaria de Menorca).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Para el&lt;strong&gt; bloque temático 2&lt;/strong&gt;, del inglés y otras lenguas extranjeras: Se considera capacitación suficiente la relativa a los idiomas que hayan formado parte del programa para la obtención de los títulos o certificados de profesionalidad o la acreditación de competencias indicados en el art. 137 punto 3 del Decreto 20/2015. En otro caso se tiene que acreditar estar en posesión de títulos o certificados oficiales correspondientes a un nivel mínimo B2, de conformidad con el Marco Común Europeo de Referencia para las lenguas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Para el &lt;strong&gt;bloque temático 3,&lt;/strong&gt; de castellano o catalán:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Estar en posesión de títulos oficiales de enseñanza secundaria o postsecundaria, incluidos los títulos universitarios, obtenidos en el Estado español respecto del castellano, y, respecto del catalán, siempre que se aporte un certificado expedido por el centro educativo que refleje que se ha impartido en esta lengua al menos el 50% de las asignaturas o que ha sido la lengua vehicular del centro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Estar en posesión de títulos o certificados oficiales que acrediten el conocimiento de los idiomas mencionados en un nivel igual o superior al nivel B2, de conformidad con el Marco Común Europeo de Referencia para las lenguas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se establece que se entiende acreditado por la persona aspirante el dominio del idioma del país que haya expedido el título académico que se presente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. ORGANIZACIÓN Y DESARROLLO DE LAS PRUEBAS &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las pruebas de habilitación como guía turístico se desarrollan en tres bloques. Todos los bloques tienen que ser superados por las personas aspirantes para obtener la calificación global de apto. En caso de no superarse alguno de los bloques, la calificación de la prueba será de no apto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las persones aspirantes tendrán que ir identificadas durante todo el proceso con DNI, pasaporte o documento equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La comisión evaluadora publicará los resultados de las pruebas por bloques y la calificación final en el tablón de anuncios y la web del Consejo Insular de Menorca (www.cime.es). Dentro del plazo de tres días hábiles desde la exposición de la lista, las persones participantes podrán solicitar la revisión de sus pruebas mediante escrito. La comisión evaluadora convocará la revisión de los exámenes y resolverá las posibles reclamaciones, que serán comunicadas en el tablón de anuncios y en la web del Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Evaluación de los conocimientos de las personas aspirantes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El bloque temático 1, de Patrimonio cultural y natural de las Islas Baleares, se evaluará con un examen tipo test de 60 preguntas. Habrá que tener 36 preguntas correctas para superar el examen. El examen tendrá una duración máxima de dos horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los bloques temáticos correspondientes a la prueba de las lenguas extranjeras, catalán y castellano, consistirá en una parte escrita y una parte oral. Se establece como valor mínimo para aprobar, la obtención de 5 puntos sobre 10 de cada parte. Para superar la prueba hay que superar las dos partes, oral y escrita. Dentro de cualquier de estas dos partes, oral o escrita, puede haber un examen de comprensión oral de un archivo de audio o video, así como de comprensión lectora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La parte oral consiste en la exposición de un tema relacionado con la profesión de guía turístico, seguido de una conversación relacionada con el tema. La duración de la prueba es aproximadamente de 15 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La parte escrita consiste en una redacción sobre un tema relacionado con la profesión de guía turístico. La extensión máxima son 350 palabras y la mínima, 250 palabras. La duración de la prueba será de 1 hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los criterios de evaluación se basarán en la adecuación, coherencia, comprensión y corrección que exige el nivel B2 de cada lengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. LA COMISIÓN EVALUADORA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comisión Evaluadora estará formada por un mínimo de cuatro miembros, de los cuales un mínimo de tres serán personal del Consejo Insular de Menorca que serán nombrados como presidente/a, secretario/aria y vocal, el otro miembro será un representante del Colegio Oficial de Guías de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;También podrá formar parte de la Comisión algún guía turístico con experiencia docente o en procesos de estas características como miembro vocal o asesor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comisión podrá disponer de la incorporación de asesores/expertos para todas o algunas de las pruebas que actuarán con voz pero sin voto. Las actuaciones de los mencionados asesores se tendrán que reflejar en el acta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La evaluación de los bloques de idiomas lo efectuará profesorado universitario o del cuerpo de profesorado de secundaria y escuelas oficiales de idiomas, o si no, personas de reconocida solvencia para cada uno de los idiomas en que se desarrollan los exámenes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comisión Evaluadora tiene competencia para plantear y desarrollar cada una de las pruebas, de acuerdo con lo que disponen estas bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comisión Evaluadora velará por el correcto desarrollo de las pruebas y la evaluación del proceso y extenderá una acta final con la calificación de cada uno de los bloques y la calificación final de la prueba, que será de apto o no apto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En caso de reclamaciones, la Comisión Evaluadora fijará la revisión de las pruebas objeto de reclamación y las resolverá, según el establecido en la base novena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Acabado el proceso, la Comisión Evaluadora tiene que redactar las listas definitivas de personas candidatas declaradas aptas y no aptas proponiendo al Consejero de Economía y Territorio del Consejo Insular de Menorca la habilitación como guías turísticos de las personas declaradas aptas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. RESOLUCIÓN DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El consejero de Economía y Territorio del Consejo Insular de Menorca, a la vista de la propuesta de la Comisión Evaluadora, dictará la correspondiente resolución de habilitación de las personas aspirantes que hayan superado las pruebas, que será publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares e inscrita en el Registro de Empresas, Actividades y Establecimientos Turísticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Así mismo se procederá de oficio a la expedición del carné de Guía de Turismo de las Islas Baleares, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 142 del Decreto 20/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. RECLAMACIONES Y RECURSOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra las calificaciones de las diferentes pruebas se podrá formular petición de revisión ante el tribunal evaluador, en el plazo de tres días, que será resuelta por este y publicada en el tablón de anuncios y la web del Consejo Insular de Menorca, así mismo, en el plazo de tres días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la resolución del consejero la persona interesada podrá interponer recurso de alzada, en el plazo de un mes, contador a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
