&lt;p&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;"Vistas las Bases de la convocatoria para proveer, como personal funcionario de carrera del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, seis (6) plazas de policía local vacantes en la plantilla de personal y dotadas presupuestariamente, ocupadas por personal funcionario interino, correspondientes a la oferta de empleo público del año 2018, por el sistema de acceso de turno libre, por concurso-oposición (BOIB núm. 158, de 21 de noviembre de 2019; BOE núm. 295, de 9 de diciembre de 2019).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Vista la publicación en la página web y en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, del Acta de resultados definitivos del proceso selectivo, en fecha 16 de diciembre de 2020.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Vistas las bases que rigen este proceso selectivo, las cuales establecen que las 6 personas con mayor puntuación serán nombradas como personal funcionario en prácticas en la categoría de policía local.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;SEGUNDO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Establecer como fecha de inicio de estos nombramientos el día 17 de marzo de 2021. La duración del mismo será de un año, momento en el que el tribunal calificador elevará a la alcaldesa de la corporación la lista definitiva de las personas aspirantes declaradas aptas y no aptas, que resolverá y ordenará su publicación en el plazo de quince días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Proceder a la publicación de este Decreto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer alternativamente o recurso de reposición potestativo, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la recepción de esta notificación, ante la alcaldesa de este Ayuntamiento, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, o recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la recepción de esta notificación, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contencioso Administrativa. Si se optase por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. Todo ello sin perjuicio de que se pueda ejercitar cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
