    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto lo establecido en el artículo 2 del Reglamento de funcionamiento de las comisiones técnicas asesoras en materia de Urbanismo y Ordenación del Territorio y Patrimonio Histórico del Consejo Insular de Menorca, en relación con la composición y procedimiento de nombramiento de sus miembros;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que el Pleno, en sesión extraordinaria del día 22 de julio de 2019, acordó que la Comisión Técnica Asesora en materia de Patrimonio Histórico estaría integrada por un/a presidente/a, un/a vicepresidente/a y diecinueve vocales;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que por Decreto de Presidencia núm. 47/2020, de 17 de febrero, se nombró a los miembros de la Comisión Técnica Asesora en materia de Patrimonio Histórico;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que el Colegio Oficial de Doctores y Licenciados en Filosofía y Letras y en Ciencias de las Islas Baleares y el Grupo Socialista han propuesto el cambio de sus miembros titulares;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas por el artículo 9 de la Ley 8/2000 de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Cesar como miembros vocales de la Comisión Técnica Asesora en materia de Patrimonio a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Sra. Montserrat Anglada Fontestad (titular)&lt;/strong&gt;, en representación del Colegio Oficial de Doctores y Licenciados en Filosofía y en Ciencias de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Sr. Miquel Company Pons (titular)&lt;/strong&gt;, en representación del Grupo Socialista&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Nombrar como miembros vocales de la Comisión Técnica Asesora en materia de Patrimonio Histórico a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Sr. Ismael Moll Pelegrí (titular)&lt;/strong&gt;, en representación del Colegio Oficial de Doctores y Licenciados en Filosofía y en Ciencias de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Sr. Josep Pastrana Huguet (titular)&lt;/strong&gt;, en representación del Grupo Socialista&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. &lt;/strong&gt;Que se notifique esta resolución a los interesados y se publique su contenido en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, sin perjuicio de que esta resolución produzca efectos desde la fecha de su firma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
