    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El apartado&amp;nbsp;8.5. de la Resolución del&amp;nbsp;Presidente del Fondo de&amp;nbsp;Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) de 5&amp;nbsp;de setiembre&amp;nbsp;de 2018&amp;nbsp;por la&amp;nbsp;que se aprueba la convocatoria&amp;nbsp;para el&amp;nbsp;Fomento de la conservación, el uso sostenible y el desarrollo de los recursos genéticos en agricultura,&amp;nbsp;para el año 2018, &amp;nbsp;especifica&amp;nbsp;que la resolución&amp;nbsp;se publicará&amp;nbsp;con carácter informativo a&amp;nbsp;los interesados mediante&amp;nbsp;su publicación en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;de acuerdo con los&amp;nbsp;términos&amp;nbsp;previstos en el artículo 45.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 26 de noviembre, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Los expedientes han sido tramitados por el Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 43 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresidente&amp;nbsp;en Materia Agraria del FOGAIBA, con fecha 17&amp;nbsp;de marzo&amp;nbsp;de 2021, firmó la siguiente resolución, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Con fecha &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;17/&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;09/2019, se publicó en el BOIB núm. 127 la resolución del vicepresidente del FOGAIBA de 27 de agosto de 2019 de concesión de las ayudas para el fomento de la conservación, el uso sostenible y el desarrollo de los recursos genéticos en agricultura, entre ellos está como beneficiario la &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;ASSOCIACIÓ DE PRODUCTORS D'AGRICULTURA ECOLÒGICA DE MENORCA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;, con nº expediente RRGG2018_1/003, con una importe total de 68.370€ por el proyecto presentado, con la siguiente distribución por capítulos:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Con fecha &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;23/11/2020, se presentó una comunicación sobre la afección de la situación de alerta sanitaria provocada por la Covid-19 sobre la ejecución del proyecto, más concretamente pidiendo una ampliación del plazo de ejecución de 6 meses y como justificación del incumplimiento de la obligación de ejecución de más del 80% de las actuaciones anuales previstas en el proyecto inicial.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Tal como figura en el artículo 54 del real decreto ley 11/2020, de 31 de marzo, por el que se adoptan medidas urgentes complementarias en ámbito social y económico para hacer Fornt al Covidien-19, sobre las medidas en materia de subvenciones y ayudas públicas, se pueden ampliar los plazos de ejecución de la actividad subvencionada y, en su caso, de justificció y comprobación de la misma. Según informe técnico de fecha 15/03/2021, por la naturaleza del proyecto está suficientemente justificado la prórroga de 6 meses solicitada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. Tal como figura en el punto 1 del apartado noveno de la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para el ejercicio 2018, subvenciones para el fomento de la conservación, el uso sostenible y el desarrollo de los recursos genéticos en agricultura, los beneficiarios tienen la obligación de ejecución de las actuaciones anuales previstas en el calendario de ejecución inicialmente previsto, salvo que la no ejecución sea debida a causas ambientales, fitosanitarias o de fuerza mayor.
